Im not an extremely religious person, but I prayed to God with a flat tire for 10 mi that we could at least make it to this place before the car quit. Thank goodness we made it there!The kind staff inside (who Id never met before) went beyond their call of duty to help offer options, recommendations, and even allow us to enter the store with our dogs to escape the cold while the spare got put on by a local company πŸ’œπŸ˜ They even sat with me on my roadside assistance call and helped me find my own VIN, etc (DONT judge πŸ˜‚)None of the above were their job of course.. I was just praying the whole way there that we might be going to a place with people like that, and Im so happy to say my hopes were far exceeded πŸ’œ Its weird to say, but Ive never had a better flat tire experience than this one! (and Ive had a few)

We visited Boone recently and found ourselves without a snow scraper and without de-icer windshield solvent. Ice had covered just about everything in sight. Fortunately, this Advance Auto Parts location was across the street from our hotel. Of course, the scrapers and de-icer were right at the front door. At checkout, Fred was super helpful. I signed up for a SpeedPerks membership for free in under 1 minute with my phone number.vGot what we needed and were on our way in just a few minutes.

Everything cost too much .. for replying to my feedback you moved up two Stars the cost is in your oil for maintenance products such as the oil you got to be able to do better Walmart you dont have to carry every brand every month but explain to customers youre trying to get some by and Powers why you dont have it not any other

Awesome team! I went in 3 times as I was attempting to change my wifes oil in her car. The oil filter was stuck so I had to buy a new oil filter grip because I broke the first one. The 3rd time I went in they helped with which oil to buy. Each time I bought a new peice of equipment they offered a discount. I will definately be coming back!

My usual rating for Advance Auto Parts would be five stars.. as a previous employee, and lifelong customer of Advance, however my experience with a particular employee at this store on this day, Saturday April 6th, 2019, was very unsatisfactory to say the least. I dont know what his name was. He had a charcoal gray color sweater covering his Advance Auto shirt. The hat he was wearing, the bill on it was bent into a V shape. I am a trained mechanic, 49 years old, and know a little bit about what Im doing. All I wanted the man to do, because I wasnt satisfied with AutoZones findings, which I told him the same, was to hook his diagnostics machine up to my car to give me an idea of why my check engine light was on. So I could buy the part there. So I could spend money there. Not only that. Afterwards, I was going to buy stuff to do an oil change, and a few other things. He lost a sale, because he belittled me and talked down to me in a condescending manner, like I was ignorant. He tried to convince me that hooking up that machine was not going to do much good. Its like he didnt want to take time out of his busy schedule to assist me! Instead of myself getting angry, and asking him to just help me with what I asked him for, and please hook the D@*# machine up please?... I instead just smiled and politely said thank you, walked out the door, and took my business to the other Advance Auto Parts across town in Boone, North Carolina. And the gentleman there whose name is Gary Harris, went out of his way to help me, I walked out of there buying close to $80 worth of product. and found out the price on an oxygen sensor that Im going to need, and will be ordering it from that store, which will be another $120 for that store. Now, dont get me wrong, the first store I was talking about where I had the bad incident, Ive been there before, and they have been great. It was just this one day with that one guy. I dont know if he had a bad day. He could have. I just wanted this to be known. Thank you for all your help in the past Advance Auto Parts.

I asked for a breakline for my 1999 dodge ram 1500, they told me to go back and pick it out....how would i know the lenght or the size? First,im a woman,second, im not a mechanic nor do i work in a auto shop!! They couldnt help me!!?? Isnt that what they do...i asked them to please loom it up on their computer as my front breaks had JUST gone out on me,and i was stuck in a parking lot!!!! They could not help....never going there again!! Who do they have working there, children ...incapable of finding the right break line, unheard of, from a auto shop ?!?! Very un happy with their service!!! Stuck in a parking lot on Memorial Day .....WOW !!??
