While on lunch I noticed my battery light was on. I came to autozone in Boone and was treated with 5 star service. James looked under the hood to check the battery and immediately noticed I had a broken belt. I was going to be late back to work and he had a driver take me back. James went out of his way to provide excellent customer care. I am so grateful to him for helping me. I would recommend him to anyone that needs help. Thanks to James and his driver for helping me.

Super nice people. It’s cold and we needed wiper blades. It was quick and I was in and out!! Awesome! The door did say they were out of snow chains. Glad I didn’t need those!

We were here for a vacation and didnt expect our battery to go dead while we were eating in the restaurant. So when we came out to find our Jeep not starting we were very surprised. I called AutoZone they gave me the number of a garage that would come out and give us a jump start, which I really appreciated!!! And they did come out jumped us off, and we made it over there to the AutoZone. The fella in there was so nice, he changed our battery for us and helped us get back going. Thank you all!!!

I was having problems with my car starting and the electronics weregoing haywire. I called and they said they could run a diagnostic.Brought it to Boone and a young man helped me. Ran the diagnostic, put in a new batteryAnd it is running fine. Love the no charge for diagnostic! Ford was going to charge $89.00.All the employees were helpful and professional.

I picked up a few pieces of brake line and clamps. The sales associate was super helpful and I was out in a flash!

First to say I dont know everything about anything... Bought a temp coolant sensor drove home which is a 40 min ride out of Boone. Come to find out I needed high temp tread sealant. Drove back to Boone to get what I needed to complete. I believe I should be asked if I need anything else like high temp tread sealant. Not the first time this has happen to me.

Checked and replaced my car battery extremely quickly. A+ service from the woman who helped us. They have their credit card machines several feet away from the checkout counter to promote distancing during COVID. Some of the guys working the checkout (and some of the customers) werent wearing their masks over their nose and mouth, which was a bummer, but our overall experience was excellent.

My daughter and her boyfriend were up on the Blue Ridge Parkway when they got an Oil pressure, turn off engine warning light. After getting the oil changed in Marion to see if that helped, they were back on the road, only to have the warning light go off again. They were nearing Boone, so I called the AutoZone there and spoke with Brian about the situation. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I decided to see if replacing the oil pressure sensor would solve the issue. Not only did Brian hang around after his shift was over until they got there, he helped them replace the unit so they could get back on the road. So far, so good.Brian went above and beyond, in my opinion. He was very courteous and patient, both with me on the phone from Charleston, and with my daughter and her boyfriend when they got there. Customer service is becoming a thing of the past in so many businesses, but Brian and AutoZone were a shining example that it doesnt have to be. Thank you so much for all your help, Brian. You deserve a raise!

Seems small but had what I needed.

Parking lot is dangerous to get in to. You can easily hurt the undercarriage if you arent careful. Use the other entrance.

Driving up the mountain, the check engine light came on in the car. We went to AutoZone on 5/25 and received great service. They read the codes and printed them out for us, as well as helped with a few other things. Great experience!

Excellent service! Went in the get a new battery and, oh boy, did Justin, the employee helping me, and I have a trip. Once we put the new battery in, nothing wanted to screw or lock back into place. We had nuts and bolts all over the place trying to figure out why nothing would screw back. In the end, we got everything squared away and Justin was a huge help!

On Aug. 26 we experienced car trouble and went AutoZone. The gentleman at the counter attended to us promptly, friendly and professionally - and quickly ran the diagnostics. He provided us with an explanation and printouts of the issue, and referred us to Clark Tire down the street (here the problem was quickly resolved based on the diagnostics he ran). Great service!

These guys are always so kind and helpful. Im not mechanically inclined in the least, and I could not figure out how to get my new wiper blades put on! They put them on and showed me how to do it for next time.

I had 2 items to return.The 1st item I had the receipt for, so a cash refund was given.The 2nd item was purchased with a credit card that was no longer active, due to the account I recently had closed. I was giving store credit for that item which I felt was fair and theres no reason I wouldnt need another product from the store in the future so its very logical to assume I will be spending that card at some point.Both the guys that were working there more than accommodating and friendly. Definitely recommend to others

On Friday I was traveling alone with my young child and my car wouldnt start. Autozone came to my hotel and checked my battery. Wasnt the battery but the starter. My husband was able to work out over the phone the part I needed and AutoZone delivered to the mechanic that was able to tow my car. Autozone went above and beyond expectations to help me and it is greatly appreciated.
