Jake had been the very best piercer Ive ever had, and Ive been having piercings fine now for 12 years. Hes thorough in his knowledge, calm, gentle, profession, and very helpful. Im so grateful Boone is blessed to have his talent! Little to no pain was experienced by having my septum pierced. Erin is TOP NOTCH for customer service! I am in the area on vacation and had a bit of a mishap last night. I came in to purchase a new piece of jewelry for my fairly recent nostril piercing after I snagged it and it pulled through last night to the inside (ouch!). I initially had a corkscrew in and absolutely could not get it back in so I had stuck my 14G conch stud in the hole to retain the hole until I could solve the issue. Erin walked me through my options and found the best fix for me. Talked me through the process and the change was essentially pain free. They also have a fantastic selection of jewelry! I would highly recommend having any future piercing or change outs done at Elevated Piercing.

They were able to fit my girlfriend and me into one appointment. Very friendly people! Great artwork! If I ever decide to get another piercing Ill come here.

Getting a piercing here is a very positive experience however, I have 8 piercings and the only one I got here is the only one Ive ever had issues with. Its been a year since my piercing here and it still gets infected and painful very frequently. I am very knowledgable about how to care for my piercings so Ive tried nearly everything and have taken great care of it. One of my friends got a piercing here with me and shes had the exact same issues as me. They overcharge and I would not recommend this piercing shop. Please go someplace else!

We were able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon, so that the jewelry could be changed.Pricing is great, absolutely what one would expect.

WOW!! What an amazing shop. I got my septum pierced today and had the best experience I’ve ever had at a piercing shop. This is my 14th piercing total but first from Elevated. I saw a one star review on Google but after my experience today at Elevated, I found this review to be completely inaccurate. The staff is so incredibly nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Very skilled and thorough piercer who helped me along every step of the way and made the process easy and painless.

Got my second septum piercing here and Erin was so wonderful. She was so nice and helped me choose a septum ring to go with the other septum ring I currently had. Super clean and professional. Definitely recommend if you want to get a piercing done.

I have gone here 2 times so far (many more to come) and it has been the best piercing experience from multiple points. I first got my septum done by a woman there months ago now and it healed like a charm. She changed her gloves around 5 plus times. Anytime she touched something, shed change her gloves. The next time I went, I got my tragus done by a man that works there and same thing. Changed his gloves constantly and even recommended a different type of jewelry without feeling forceful of getting it. All in all a very clean shop with great employees who just want you to have the best experience! 😊

My friend and I had both our navel and tragus pierced here today. We both were impressed with the staff, the piercers experience and technique, and with how clean and nicely decorated the shop is. The owners are so friendly and helpful, only providing the most up-to-date information on piercings and aftercare. Both piercings were done so well that neither my friend or I had any bleeding and we had no discomfort during the process. I really enjoyed how she (the piercer) explained everything as she went and opened everything out of sterile packs in the room. This was by far the best experience that my friend and I have had with piercings. We are planning on coming back for more!

The whole team at Elevated Piercing made my experience comfortable from booking the appointment to walking out of the door. The customer service at this place is outstanding! Erin talked me through every step she was taking and explaining every part of the process so well that I didn’t even have time to get nervous! She gave me a septum piercing and a double lobe piercing. I have a strangely shaped septum (the cartilage from above juts down and blocks it) and Erin made sure to test to see if the piercing even would stay before committing and gave me the opportunity to back out.While I am not someone who particularly wants any body piercings if I WERE I would feel completely safe and supported.The whole business is sparkling and they have a variety of fun paintings and a few tastefully kitschy decor pieces around. All in all a wonderful experience all around, 5/5 would recommend.

After having my ears pierced 3 times with a gun, I neglected them - over time, they closed up, so I decided to have them done professionally. After researching quite a bit, I decided to come here. Im so glad I did. The owners/staff are so kind, the jewelry selection is broad, and the shop is really cool. I decided to get a helix piercing and they were super knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Its definitely the best place to get a piercing.

Erin is the only person I will ever trust to stick a needle through my skin. She is so sweet and understanding when youre nervous and their jewelry is top notch. I appreciate her talking me through the piercing process and even giving me jewelry cleaning tips. There is another really wonderful guy that works there (gauges, septum piercing) and he is also super helpful and sweet. I have an Elevated sticker on EVERY surface I can put one on.
