I have had the pleasure of giving this Pharmacy my prescriptions to fill over the past 6 years. Most recently Jarret helped me will a refill of a medicine that had been recalled. The Pharmacists and staff have always given the highest level of customer service.They deserve 10 stars, if available.

Called with a question about a prescription. The call went right through and was answered by a very friendly and helpful person named Leslie. Much better than Walgreens!

I tell you these people have really picked it up 10 notches. Really nice people and great service! Thanks ladies

Do not go to the pharmacy at this location as the pharmacist that is there today refused to give me my sleeping medication although this medication could have been filled yesterday and was verified by another Walmart pharmacy that it could have been filled yesterday and the Boone pharmacist refuses to release the hold on the med until tomarrow. Now take in consideration that they have filled said medication for the last 2 months without an issue while I was working in the area. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Save yourself the trouble and fill your prescriptions elsewhere. The staff at this pharmacy is overwhelmingly rude, with the exception of the pharmacists themselves. Further than their rudeness towards myself, I stood by and watched the same associates be rude/completely unhelpful to multiple elderly people. Extremely disappointed with the attitudes and service here.

Terrible, wont answer the phone when called during their hours!

The worker by the name of Jo (not sure of spelling) is very, very rude and she is lucky I did not call her on her behavior in front of all the people waiting. Ashlynn was very nice as was the pharmacist I filed a complaint with concerning Jos behavior. I wish I had gotten the name of the pharmacist but I failed in that. Jos name tag was turned over and I had to ask her name from Ashlynn. I wonder if that was on purpose to due to her hearing I wanted to file a complaint. Although I did speak with the pharmacist, I plan to file a complaint about her rudeness with the store manager as well! I hope it gets placed on her record if they do that type of thing at Wal-Mart but it probably wont. I dont know who she thinks she is but I bet its not the first time she treated someone as rudely as she did me today and she needs to be reprimanded!!

The lady who usually works at the pick-up register during the afternoon is really nice and sweet.

I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN A WALMART AGAIN !! Loss prevention employees assulted me and stole my merchandise that I legitimally paid for. Im doing research to explore many other stories stemming from this location (boone,n c). Walmart pays its employees $7.07 hour. AP (asset protection) employees get bonuses for capturing alleged shoplifters. Teenagers are an especially lucrative target and Im building a strong case against these theives (walmart asset protection employees)
