I purchased a hot tub and was told it would come in in August. I have left 3 messages pleading with them to call me back and let me know a status for the past 2 weeks. No one returns my call, yet they ran my credit card for $3500. Im going to put a lien on the business if I do not get a reply.

These guys are AWESOME! My hot tub at my rental suddenly stopped heating; I called for service and they were on-site within 24 hours. Drew, the assigned service technician, was super polite, knowledgeable and attentive. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it while on-site keeping us (and our renters) satisfied. Id highly recommend SunLife and am grateful for Drews quick and capable help!

Very knowledgeable with all aspects (maintenance, cleaning, installation and product details) of hot tubs. Friendly and patient on answering all of my questions and added follow-up questions I did not think about. Thank you Cheryl for all your help!

Worst spa service. Charges for cleaning services that were never done. Observed employee hunting from my deck instead of cleaning jacuzzi. Jacuzzi was often dirty and not useable after supposedly cleaned by their serviceman. Manager promised to refund multiple charges and never did. Clean your jacuzzi yourself before hiring them.

Ive been dealing with them for 13 years and have never had any issue. Knowledgeable service technicians and the store has a good stock of chemicals with a friendly staff. Also, they are doing well with mask wearing during the pandemic.

Called 2 weeks ago and asked for a structural/ Spa analysis of our deck. The woman said she would give us a call the following week and set up the inspection, also said she would send a brochure to my email. Neither ever happened.. Called again yesterday, got the answer machine, and left my name and phone number and still no response.. Forget these guys.. My money and time are worth more than their lack of service.

Cheryl was so nice and helpful. We looked at a lot of places and she was patient explaining the differences to show us what we wanted. She gave us a good deal and helped coordinate delivery and installation. She’s a gem!

Joanna Stout at SunLife Spas was very helpful in finding the right products needed for our new spa. She is very knowledgeable and led me to the right people to build my deck to support the spa. Look forward to it being delivered and set-up soon. I would highly recommend buying a spa from her. Will post again once spa is set-up and running. Thank you Joanna for your help. Also, thank you Bruce Johnston for building our beautiful deck!

We bought our hot tub 5 years ago at SunLife, and have always received excellent service whenever it was needed. Joanna is always friendly and helpful. Great product, great service... if youre in the market for a spa or spa supplies in the High Country, I think youll be pleased with SunLife.

I bought my spa from JoAnna at SunLife more than six years ago, and she still remembers me and is incredibly helpful every time I call or stop in or call. Her willingness to be so helpful is tremendously appreciated as we dont live in Blowing Rock full time. Shes the BEST and I greatly value her outstanding customer service!

UPDATE: I am horribly remiss in updating this but after I wrote the below review, Cheryl reached out to me. I agreed to come in and look again and chat. We found a hot tub we loved and Cheryl set us up. We needed one particular delivery date (the day after Thanksgiving) and she made it happen despite a reduced work staff. The boys that came for the set up were patient and very particular about not messing up anything. We had to go through doorways and it was a very tight fit. The install took much longer than it should but they remained diligent and patient. Overall, it was an excellent experience in the end and Im grateful to Cheryl for helping me work out some very specific needs in regards to delivery and payment. I would now highly recommend this business.I was in the store in late June shopping for hot tubs. The sales person there that day was a lady that seemed very helpful. I was not sure if the tub I wanted would fit. She told me that they offered a free onsite consult and had me sign up for it. This was for our vacation home and told her I would be back in two weeks for the consult and wrote those dates on the form and to call early next week to set it up when I was back in town. She learned we were a military family and said they offer a military discount as well and would call me as soon as the owner returned from vacation to let me know that discount. Despite filling out a form with all my contact information, I am yet to hear from anyone on the consult or the discount. I was looking at a $9,000 hot tub! I guess sales are so good they didnt need my sale.

J. (I think the owner), measured a hot tub filter for me and ordered a new one. J said she didnt sell Dynasty Spas. I came back 3 weeks later and J said it has not come in. This was in 2015. I will not be back to this place.
