When another business started offering rentals, it was a god send to have an option besides this place, so really closing the Boone location was no loss to the community.

I’m a woman and depend on being told the truth. They have always bent over backwards to have what I needed on time. Giving me breaks on weekends. And advised me not to spend as much money on the model I thought I needed when I could do it cheaper and easier. And that’s not the only time they talked me out of spending money because I would’ve had the wrong equipment. Kudos

I have used them on a few occasions and was pleased. Ive rented equipment and purchased some rock and have had good results. They are usually pretty easy to work with so worth trying before going out of town.

They have a lot of things to rent. I thought that the prices were expensive but I dont know the ins and outs of the business. They provided delivery of dirt/rock since I dont have the capability to haul. Not complaining but if you were going to use the item more than once in a lifetime, buy it.

I dont understand why a rental place would be closed on the weekends. Sunday I get. But Saturday? What? people dont need things on the weekend?

Fair price on very well maintained equipment, never had any problems. Excellent staff, very helpful with any equipment rented.

They were very professional very kind very much appreciated. Equipment was awesome we appreciate it.

Friendly, extremely helpful staff, all the tools you could imagine, wish they had extended hours- difficult to rent when you start at 6 or 7 and stop after dark.

The place in Boone to go for items that you need occasionally and dont want to buy.

Customer service could use improvement, but its okay for rentals.

Insufficient staff at Boone Rental, didnt give us security code to start Bobcat, so this puts us a week behind schedule on our house.
