R&W Power goes above and beyond with the customer service they provide. Always helpful, very friendly, very knowledgeable and stand behind everything they sell and do. I bought a weed eater 7 years ago, never had an issue until this year. I took it to them and within 3 hours had it back, no charge as it seemed like a simple fix, upon getting it home I ran into the same situation and took it back. Come to find out the bearing on the shaft had wore out. They replaced the entire shaft at no charge and were extremely apologetic that it wasn’t properly identified the first time.They are awesome!

Recently purchased a used Snapper mower from R&W and was treated fairly by everyone and they even replaced a part that failed in the first week at no charge, even though it was nothing they could have done to prevent it.
