Small Starbucks whos seating is closed right now due to covid-19. Staff are competent and helpful unlike some other locations where they can be kind of jerks.

It was clean and nice and well stocked, a good central location. A very good selection of local sports team apparel - nice for being so close to Fenway as an alternative to buying at the park. Handy to get to from downtown/Back Bay.

Store selection is fine. Customer service is nonexistent.I Purchased a shirt recently that was on clearance. I returned the next day after realizing that the shirt did not fit. The gentleman at Customer Service claimed that the item showed that it was no longer in circulation. I asked him how a shirt that is no longer in circulation could be sold and he would not allow me to return the said item. When I asked to speak to his manager he became increasingly agitated. They would offer no other avenue for me to return the item. He stated, do you want me to call a manager to tell you the same thing that I just said I will never shop here again. In fact I dont think I will ever patronize any additional Targets based on the behavior that I witnessed here. Id rather spend my hard earned dollars elsewhere.Ive shopped at target for many years and have been a card bearing member for a long time. This experience has made me reconsider my relationship with the brand. If I wanted to deal with rude and unhelpful Id go to Walmart and maybe I should.

Good prices in the pharmacy section esp. store brands. Easy to navigate store layout. Has a food, home goods, clothing, electronics and to-go section. Even Boston sports tees. Easy selling checkout. Bring your own bag.

I went to this target with my bike, it was a beautiful outside and inside it has a couple of floors and has basically everything. I went to get a basketball and they had a whole sporting section with all the equipment and balls that you need for sports. I got a basketball and the cashier TJ was very nice. This is probably the best target in Boston. Definitely recommend coming here.

How often do you get a view of Fenway Park when shopping at Target? Great grocery selection, underground parking, and selection of Red Sox Gear as well as wine and beer.

Pricing is inaccurate throughout the store and their validated parking doesnt work. My trip was $15+ more days expensive because of this stores mismanagement

Just ok. By far the smallest childrens section Ive ever seen in ANY Target across the East Coast. Very disappointing.

It’s probably the cleanest Target I’ve been in around the country! Though, the men’s single dressing room is also the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. It’s pretty neat how much Boston sports team apparel they have in stock, at pretty reasonable prices. The proximity to great food and coffee shops is a plus. At an organizational level, though, I just wish they stocked better men’s clothing and shoes: that Goodfellows brand is atrocious, with ill-fitting workout tops, overpriced and low-quality business casual wear, and the lowest quality, stiffest, most poorly-designed dress shoes you can imagine. Target used to be amazing, but not anymore. This store in particular is still fun to stop by and waste some time.

This is my favorite Target in Boston. It’s huge and a one-stop shop for pretty much everything. It’s clean, well-stocked, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is that it can get overcrowded sometimes, especially on the weekends. It’s probably the most popular Target, being in the Fenway area.

Though the products here are reasonably priced, the store consistently fail to replenish depleted products promptly, particularly high demand products ( e.g., Levi blue and black jeans) - and they cant blame it on the pandemic. This disconcerting issue has long plagued the store, long before the pandemic.It is very frustrating to enter the store to purchase a particular product, and as I approach the designated shelf, the product is depleted; for instance, I have entered the storedaily since mid December 2020 in search of two pairs of Levi jeans. To date, this product, however, has essentially been depleted short of odd sizes most consumers are unable to wear. It is the height of irresponsibility bordering on bizarre.Three months of a depleted product and no indication of a fully replenished inventory of both blue and black Levi jeans shortly. Really!Ive never worn black Levi jeans; at this juncture, however, Ill purchase two pair if I notice my size on the shelf, which motivates me to patronize the store in the event that my size is on the shelf, and that I need to secure two pair before a competing consumer notices them and promptly grabs them. I have to resort to being a self serving weirdo...for two pairs of Levi jeans, coincidentally, are grossly over priced.Do your job, Target!

This is probably the biggest Target store I have ever seen. There are 2 shopping levels that are huge. The aisles are wide, the products are all in order and the inside of the store is clean. There is no inside seating available at the moment so be mindful of that If you are visiting Starbucks that is inside the store.Grocery aisles are at the top level at the very back so I would not recommend this Target for a quick grocery shopping trip.

Such a great location I’ve always gone here for all my needs but lately seems there is something missing. All the happy faces are no longer there. Everyone looks exhausted and it seems that they are under staffed. Yes I’d eventually find someone to help when I cant find an item but most of the time have to end up on the app to find the location of it. Love getting some coffee before I leave to go home but there is always 1 person working both the register and making the drinks. So the line always seemed to be backed up, I’m never in a rush so I’d wait it out but the poor worker running around. Question why doesn’t there ever seem to be more workers even on the weekend? It’s getting warmer and things are opening up again so wouldn’t it make sense for more people to work more efficiently?

Wasnt able to buy a 4-pack despite providing driving license and international ID, although it had been never an issue in the same store and in other states

I will always look at Target now before buying from Amazon.Amazon had Ball Mason Jars, set of 4, for $24, unless you could get them on sale. Target had 12 identical jars for $12, so $1 per jar instead of $6 per jar. I was blown away.Plus, they had plastic lids to substitute for the hokey 2 part mason jar lids, and at less than half the price of Amazon.Easy pickup, too.

So today I went in to get Christmas clothes for someone, I was on and off the phone. I was Trying to figure what to get for that person, I was picking things up and putting things down. When I finally decided what to get, I went to self checkout. And to my surprise they placed a worker at the self checkout register I was at. I know they have someone in that area to assist customers if they need help. But they were clearly assuming I was stealing making me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome for my first time at this location. I felt racially profiled being African American and not all like this was happening to any of the other customers.

Worse target ever avoid at all cost terrible management no inventory planning they were out of everything including hangers which is basically what I came for. No planning for extra cashiers on busy days this is the Line that went almost to the back of the store. i just rented a zip car and paid $8 parking wandering around the store to find they were out of almost everything I came for and standing in this line to checkout.No thank you. I wont do that again. Hopefully you can read this and save yourself.

We went to Target because of the price on internet they were showing this particular item that was important to us.. so we went to purchase the item we got our eye on it.. when we arrived to the cashier it show on their screen different price then on the internet showing. ( on Target.com).. I could not believe that target chooses sales strategies to inform their costumer cheaper price to take them in to the store ..I was extremely upset not because of different pricing ..what about principles what about respect.. when I talk to arshley ( manager)She did not take ownership she was like a machine keep apologizing to us but not taking care of the real problem..I will never enter target rest of my life!!why I was cheated by the big cooperation ..I felt powerless there was no one to help.. they trick me.. will never forget about that..( I have been in that store since they open )I want people to hear and know what happened to me at the target today!!Thank you

Im hardly one to gush about Target, but I really love this one! Its great to have a retailer of Targets size and scope of products (including a surprisingly good beer & liquor section) in a non-suburban location, with super-easy access via transit or active transportation. Employees have always been courteous and helpful in my experiences with them.

I just want to give a shout out to the lead Anatasia. There was an issue with my phone being removed from a Charge it spot and she was so helpful, sharp and relentless with trying to get it back. I really appreciated her leadership, effort and help. Also a very easy person to talk to, attentive. Huge asset to the Target family.

Difficult Parking and Expensive Each Item! For 1 hour the parking fee is $12 even if you are going there to spend more money. In addition, I found each item to be more expensive compared to other groceries I have been. Almost felt like a tourist trap! Shop is clean and spacious but probably will not go again.

Their selection isnt great for such a large store. Staff is okay, but not the most helpful.. Lots of clothes and cosmetics, and home goods. Toy selection is pretty good.

Every time I have visited target it has always been well stocked and clean, even during the pandemic. I have never felt crowded and trips have always been quick and easy!

This store you will find goods expanded on large price range.Multiple selections with different price tags giving you opportunity select based on your capacity. I will recommended this store for any tourist - you will find daily essentials and other items for very reasonable price. Bring down your ID/passport if you plan to purchase the liquor/beer.

One of the best Target experiences Ive ever had, on multiple occasions. The staff made my day go better several days when I was feeling down by being genuine, and one time they kept the store open a few minutes late so I could grab an air mattress for my visiting family, when mine popped. There were at least ten people there all being patient and nice, just to help me-they even offered before I could ask. Ill never forget it.

Helpful staff but I was shocked to see that there was a very limited selection of XL womens underwear compared to other locations. (Besides the fact that their XL is their largest size and fits more of a medium to small person, which goes against all their body inclusive advertising...)

The mall pretty much has everything from electronic hardware to dresses, but the vegetables here were less than expected, very selected number of products. But rest of the condiments are pretty good.

This is not your mothers Target. Welcome to the new Urban layout design for Target. It was three different floors. Some departments that you were used to are not in this Urban Design, like crafts. Still its Urban up design works for the city and the upscale shopper on a slightly down City budget.

It was easy, friendly and convenient.

Don’t bother with drive up delivery. Staff takes too long to bring it out and garage (which is where the drive up is located) has a 10 minutes it before it starts charging you. Tried to get validation from Target and they still made me pay $5.

Target Fenway has been great with helping whenever there is an issue at the store or with an order I have purchased. They have gone above and beyond each time I have needed help. Alway friendly and I respect that. Its not always that you get great customer service but Target hasnt failed me yet!Thanks for that 💜

A surprisingly large Target tucked into the corner of a city block. We came to collect some items we had bought online in advance. The staff member that helped us went above and beyond. He insisted ion helping us to carry our items down to the car. We could have done it alone, but it was very kind of him and it did make it much easier for us. Service like that is why we returned a few days later to purchase a rug.The store was clean and well organized, and the Starbucks at the entrance was convenient (although we did not use it.)

Looking for a specific detergent that the app said was in stock. The shelves had innumerable detergents but not the one I wanted. A sales associate was happy to go to the back and grab me the one I wanted.

Big! Did I mention that this place is big?Two floors, big floors. If you forget something that is on the other floor, brace yourself for a bit of walking. It is a good idea to ask staff if what you havent found yet is on the floor you are on before leaving that floor.There is a cooler section at the front of the lower floor near some nice tables and chairs, with some snacks and quick pick up items, so if you have forgotten something, you have a chance to find it there before striking out into the rest of the store.Since it is a big store, there is a full selection of items that you would expect to find at a normal SuperTarget in the burbs. Prices seem in line with other Targets. Staff can be hard to find since the place is so big. Once you find them, they are helpful and friendly.Starbucks inside is a nice thing, at the front of the lower level.

I like the selection and the prices, but it seems like they have a policy to hire people with the worst social skills!The cashiers are often arrogant, poorly trained, and you never see them smile.

Absolutely love this Target! They have always had almost everything I need. However this doesnt include the occasional times when some of their aisles are completely out of stock. Being that there are so many universities near by, this is understandable and to be expected around September and January when students move in. All in all, there is basically everything you need and staff have always been a good resource in pointing me in the right direction to find whatever Im looking for.

I have been going to Target for over two years and have always had a great experience with finding products, checking out at the self-checkout and registers, and returning items at customer service. They have a great Christmas section, I love to look at the large decorated tree they have on display. I can always find what Im looking for when it cant be found at Star Market. Great store!

Its an interesting Target that has most of what you would need, but seems to skimp on some things especially related to Home Hardware and things like that. While that might be standard in the city Targets its too bad because sometimes Id like to just stop by Target and not find a specialty hardware store.

Great full store, and convenient location. 5 stars out of 5 in those categories. I wish I could give negative stars in every other aspect. The employees are terribly trained and seem to not care. During Halloween, one of the employees accused me of playing with a unicorn mask that I had no intention of buying because she didnt want to have to put the mask back on the shelf. Mind you, all I did was take the mask out of the cart I was pushing to inspect it. Ive had issues of security accusing me of shoplifting WHEN IT WAS THEIR CASHIER that made a mistake of scanning the soda one too few times when I bought three cans. You know, either get it right or dont be lazy and scan each individual item? I offered the security to go back to the register and pay but he insisted on calling the manager down. Seriously? I didnt even use self-checkout... This target proves over and over again its convenience but over the past 3 years living in this area I always end up with issues with the employees and security. They often exercise no common sense. I try my best to avoid the physical store and order online if Target has the cheapest price. I get that retail workers get abused by customers but these workers are the ones harassing me first getting worked up for such minor things. I leave the target workers alone here.

Big Target with a big selection. Due to its location between multiple colleges, supplies are always low at the end of summer when school starts up. That saud, they do a very good job keeping the shelves stocked with an impressive selection of goods. Never been disappointed.

Large selection on items and clean store. The bathrooms are nice and there is a sitting area for eating or work. Its a great location to get what you need and you can order in the store if they dont have it!

Staff is immature, have no knowledge of any of the product and don’t seem to care at all about any of the customers, making it a priority to chat with their co-workers and dismissing customers. Nine times out of ten item that were put on hold were no where to be found and no one knew where they are. Their answer to solving that problem is shrugging their shoulders and walking away

Convenient store and close by in the area where I live. Big store but dont have much of a variety like most other stores. Mainly crowded in the afternoon and on weekends. The fact that it opens til 12 midnight except for on Sunday, I believe they close early. Prices are a bit expensive but on the other hand, youd be lucky to find some cheap stuff on sale. Nonetheless, the store is clean, it is nice looking and just easier for me to get too when buying stuff on the go.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service at this location is awful. I’m not sure if they train their employees on courtesy or respect or decency, but I doubt it. If this is a reflection of how this store responds when a customer politely asks a question, I am not interested.

Target have a lot of things that we need in in every days.

Conveniently located target with a wide selection of items. However the layout of the store is a bit confusing. Also it’s much pricier than other surrounding stores, but it’s generally worth it for the convenience.

A very clean and well maintained Target. There is a huge selection of items and their food department is always well stocked. The staff is very nice and helpful when needed.Check out the Baseball artwork near the registers, its pretty impressive.

Target is always friendly, clean, and cheap. There is just enough variety of products to cover most of what I need. The selection of meat and veggies could improve a little. Its also a great place to chill on these ridiculously hot summer days.

I absolutely LOATHE your gift card on the app / Target Wallet process. Its literally the worst thing imaginable. I have been trying for months to get rid of my gift card balance but Target has singlehandedly made a simple process unusable.

The temple in my glasses were broken. Apparently, no optical shop was able to replace them, except target optical. Yoanna, replaced the temples free of charge in no time! Great service!
