A great spot to stop in quickly for a last minute gift or card! It is also a great place to browse for fun paper products and get inspired for future products.This location also has an entire service and section devoted to stationary design. It is mainly geared towards weddings, but I’m sure it would also be relevant for other announcements/invitations.

Cute little store. Love getting my floral notebooks from here, but overall a beautiful experience to walk around the store and find a gem or two.

I love small independent stationery and gifts stores. Unfortunately, those are a vanishing breed. Paper Source is a small chain and online retailer, but they have much the same vibe as a little Indie place would. This store has scores of unusual greeting cards--many of them handmade. Theyve also got fun gift and seasonal items, as well as supplies to support paper-oriented crafting. The staff here is friendly and helpful. This is my favorite place to shop for greeting cards in Boston.

This is a review of their online service - not of this store in particular. I’ve never had any problems at any Paper Source store, which is why I thought I’d try ordering online. That was a mistake.Everything was going well - my package had shipped, then it was canceled by the company for some reason. No one reached out, or followed up to say what was going on so I emailed them to see. I was told they were shipping it out through a different carrier, since I have a P.O. box and should expect it in 4-10 business days (I had chosen the free shipping option so this was expected). I later followed up asking for a tracking number, I was told the shipper could not provide one but the package was on it’s way. Fast forward to business day #10 and still no package. I called this time to see what was going on, since my email went unanswered. The lady, who was quite nice, told me that the package HAD NOT been shipped at all yet. Essentially I had been lied to the whole time about the status of my order. I do not appreciate this, so while it is definitely not the worst customer service I’ve received, I will not be ordering online through Paper Source again. Just posting as a fair warning to anyone else who doesn’t want to waste their time and money too

Tom reminds you why it is worth going to a brick and mortar store. I think I had one of the most pleasant and helpful customer experiences ever at this paper source and it is basically because of Tom, the manager on duty.I had questions about paper types and sizes he had answers and suggestions. He knew his products he knew his prices he was cheerful and helpful. I can say I 100% unequivocally recommend going to this branch for all your craft, stationery needs because of Tom.

They have so many different items are on sale right now for back to school. also, there are so many cool bent boxes. the prices are reasonable. there are many many different cool items from Japan. love to shop here. will be back again. p.s. the people who work at Hibachi Kan are very nice and helpful.

Ive always loved this store. I could easily empty my bank account buying things here. Its well organized, the products are high quality, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. From high quality decorative and wrapping papers to rubber stamps, embossing supplies, stickers, and archival photo albums, you can find just about anything you need here for a paper-based project.

This store has a wide range of stationary and related items. Lots of good notebooks, pens, stamps, etc. They also have sheets of designed paper which are gorgeous!

I love these little stores that sell cute little knick-knacks for your enjoyment. I definitely like walking into these just to explore all the cute things they have.The items are kinda pricey, but theyre of great quality and definitely worth it.

If you need a special card invitations was that unique little gift paper source is definitely my go-to place

The Paper Source is the perfect spot for those who fancy creative arts & crafts supplies, fun and educational workshops, gift wrap, and stationary. I fell in love with the store the first time I stepped in it. I bought stamps and ink pads, even an embossing tool...and had no idea what to do with any of it! I took a Valentines Day card-making workshop and learned so much from it. I now know what to do with all my supplies and tools. The staff is friendly and helpful enough (could probably be a little bit better). My review covers the Boston and Brookline locations.
