I used Crown Relocations for Foreigners Residence permit application and obtention. The whole experience was very smooth. Mr Anilcan was very helpful and communicative throughout the process . Even as there way delays and change of procedures during COVID-19 he followed up diligently. As a result we obtained the residence card. The fees charged are very reasonable and even if one can apply directly, it is not worth the efforts and the complexities, believe me!

Quality of the moving service is extremely poor! Workers brought the boxes to my apartment and they basically considered to job done. I had to be pushing them for unpacking. During that unpacking they were not profesional at all and they were damaging my goods so I had to ask them to stop before they damage something else. The few furnitires they assembling were completely wrong so I had to do it on my own again once they left. A disaster! I would never ever recommend this service with Crown in Istanbul.

We are currently waiting for the customs process of my items to be finished, there is an instant follow-up option for loading. Kaan Bey and his team also provided a professional service during home packaging. I saw that there were people working by removing the mask from time to time during packaging. I guess it is difficult to wear a mask while working, but I recommend that it is mandatory and followed frequently, since it is an extraordinary situation like covid.
