I took my PC here to be looked at by Robert when it was so bogged down I couldn’t even open my Internet browser. He told me what his diagnosis fee would be, and it was extremely affordable, and actually worked out 90% of the issue with me before I even left his office. He fixed a couple of firmware and software issues that I had which was a pretty simple fix, but we also determined that my hard drive needed to be replaced. He explained to me that I would still be under warranty through Dell as I just bought the laptop six months ago and instead of going through the warranty process and waiting a month to have my laptop back, I opted to have Robert install a new SSD for me in my laptop. He had it done within 48 hours. He seems to love his work, was very friendly, fair and his pricing and did what he said hes do. I’ll definitely go back to him in the future for any computer needs.

I was getting ready to move out of state and needed to get Dads profile moved from one computer to another. Robert was wonderful. Fast, effective and very personable. You work directly with the owner. That kind of service isnt found much anymore. I highly recommend NCC for all your computer needs.

I came for data recovery service for an old macbook pro that cannot be turned on, the owner is really nice, honest and professional, he asked me to bring my own external hard drive to save money. It took less than 24 hours to get all the data backed up and the cost was less than what he initially asked for. The price was literally the lowest among all the places I inquired but the service wasnt discounted at all. I would highly recommend this place.

Super nice guy. Honest with me about the chances of the repair working didnt even end up charging me to diagnose. Couldnt do the repair for 2 weeks because he had surgery on his had. English wasnt the best but I dont think I would go anywhere else.

Just got all our files pulled off a very old desktop computer and put onto a external hard drive. All my files are there, quick 24 hour turn around, and the owner is an absolute delight to speak with. Will be coming back for all my computer needs.

This place may be out of the way but it is the best place and well worth the drive! A more honest computer tech has not been invented yet.

Honest, helpful. My laptop had a screen display issue. Gave me a free diagnosis. Told me he could fix it but recommend I buy a new laptop instead. Puts customers best interest before sales, wow!

Called looking for long auxillary cords. They dont carry them but he immediately directed me to a store that does. I brought my laptop in a few years ago to replace my screen and both times they have been helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

The owner was straight forward, practical, honest, and efficient. I really appreciated how he worked with me on my computer repair. The cost was very reasonable. I wish I went there years ago when I needed a different laptop repaired! You can buy parts there too, but there is not a big selection. The best buy Geek Squad could not help me, but this guy did!

He is a nice and honest owner, he helps us to fix a $1500 USD computer and it is hard to fix since there are many error keep arising and I can’t find the problem. It takes him several days to fix the computer but he only charges us around $50, unbelievable! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Ill spare you the long version of my nightmare. Heres the short version: full glass of water meets fan exhaust port on top of my full-tower gaming rig. Buzzing sound, crackling, and a shut down. D@mn. Dried it out and tried the next day. No good. D@mn. Took it to NCC and Robert was able to expertly clean/bake the boards. Works like new. Literally just a labor charge when I was expecting to replace components! I can not praise NCC enough. Thank you thank you thank you! Theres no other shop Id rather take my business to.

The guy is rather eccentric and flighty. I dropped off a PC with software issues, and he replaced a hard drive and I still needed to resolve the software issues. I dont believe he did anything, but did hand me a hard drive as proof he replaced it. I havent tried to verify that it was the original but I have my doubts. He had the PC for a month and did not attempt to contact me to say it was done. I had told him that I had other PCs at home and I really wonder if he was hoping that I would forget, as it is a touch screen all in one pc with an I 5 processor.I dont know that I would recommend, there are many other repair shops that I will try first. He was simply nearby and convenient.

Wow. Really wow. -SO- happy with NCC - they took a situation Geek Squad no less than turned their nose up at (previously went to Best Buy and they said my computer was fried after I hooked up a childs electronic phone toy and my battery light would no longer turn on, they literally told me I was best off getting a new laptop); calling NCC, Robert expertly took my phone call explaining very quickly what both I could do on my own that might help and also that they could help as well if needed - his advice paid off and it was a quick laptop open, disconnect internal battery, turn on laptop without battery, turn off, and then re-insert battery and turn on - works like brand new. Biggest thanks to you Robert :)

My laptop burned, with smoke and special effects. I was sure I would need to buy a new one, but decided to bring it here just in case. After all, I used NCC Computers for past 12 years whenever I had a hardware issue I couldn’t resolve. Day after I dropped off my laptop, Robert called and said he managed to repair it. Without getting into tech details, there was a lot of work to be done… But I’m glad he didn’t give up and basically saved me $ 2k from getting new gaming laptop. Highly recommend this place.

I came in here a few weeks ago to buy some RAM for my slow computer, rather than just sell me what I wanted he asked questions about my pc and why I thought I needed more RAM. He recommended I find out if I had a virus first. I came back in a few weeks later, after purchasing an anti-virus elsewhere. I again thought I needed RAM. He looked at my computer specs and realized my processor was low end and more RAM wouldnt help.I appreciate the honesty of this guy. Twice he couldve just sold me something, but both times he was telling me not to waste my money until I knew what the problem was.I definitely recommend this guy!

The guy that operates this shop is pure magic. The diagnosis fee is $45-75, and he has been exactly right every single time, and has succeeded every single time with lasting results.

Hung up on me when I asked if he coukd do better than $63.00 for a lousy 8G ddr3 ram stick. You can buy 2 for $22 on ebay. I would have been happy to pay a premium because its local and in stock, but 6x market value? And the guys hangs up on me.Extremely rude. Out of business in 6 mo.

First off I want to say the gentleman who works here is very nice! What my problem is, is that I know how to be a salesman too.. My experience here has not been the best. Ive been here 3 times now to ask very specific/technical questions and only twice have I had them answered because the first time I went he was busy so I thought maybe hes just being short. The second time he was too busy and the third.. well that will be the last time.Heres my problem with him.. I dont tend to go ask questions blindly, my point being is ill ask him my Q and let him answer the questions and he tells me what he thinks and how he can fix it. The problem comes the second you say something where he gets wind that you know what your talking about meaning that he cant easily sell on the $$$ Repair $$$ his body language suddenly changes and he leaves or is busy all of a sudden! or he just walks away!My other complaint is I have now listened in on 3 separate occasions where he selling people on something to fix their computer which is the right way to fix it some of the time but omg the price he is quoting you.. You might as well go buy a new computer! Like the guy a few weeks ago who got talked into spending $400+ dollars to have new SSD drive put in on a 10 year old HP desktop so it would speed up your computer! Dude you got ripped off. I dont know Im sure some people wont agree with my negative comment but dang I just dont like being lied too and seeing other people being lied too as well and taking advantage of.. its just not right! And I felt like I should share.. thats all!

Only went here for emergency parts. Pricey and the manufacturer brands were sub par but the clerk was knowledgable. Sometimes you just cant wait for Amazon delivery.

I came looking for pc components to collect and I find a gt 1030 (ddr4) so I ask what is the price and he says “why do you want it” and I say “for testing and then collection” and he says “you should not buy it and instead get a gt 210”. Then I ask what is the price of the 1030. And he says “you should get the 210” very irritating and looking down at me like I did not know what I was doing.Would not recommend coming here unless you like being talked down upon.

I have been a patron of NCC Computer for years. Theyve built 2 computers for me, and just recently totally cleaned up another computer. They first eliminated the possibility of it being the hard drive, so it had to be software. In the process of ridding the computer of any virus, spyware or adware they had to reinstall window and all the updates. Im not computer savvy enough to achieve what they did, so I expected a pretty hefty charge. It was more than reasonable. If you have computer needs call NCC.
