Crazy lady working there just denied me my purchase because she thought I was somebody else who was just in there. She straight up can’t tell the difference between two people? There are plenty of other gas stations near you, not coming back.

This Shell station is the reason why the neighboring 7-Eleven and Teriyaki place both got kicked out, solely for a bigger mini-mart :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

This is the worst Shell gas station I have ever been to. Not only have I found used heroin needles with dried blood and residue still in them, but I have also found crack pipes not only in their parking lot, but also in the surrounding parking lots and area. I have personally witnessed people smoking something off of folded tin foil in this Shell stations parking lot and parking lots around that area. I have also found around their building disposed used condoms on the ground. That wasnt the worst of it either, the worst was a used dildo covered in lube, a porn magazine and a pair of what can only be described as, horribly soiled panties. Most of the staff at that station is at least helpful, accept the older lady manager. I have seen her packing large amounts of inventory into the trunk of her car and taking it home after shift, she stands around all day smoking cigs outside and waiting for people to abuse. She literally accused me of stealing a pack of cigs from behind the counter, when I had not even been inside the store, nor ever behind the counter. When I told her to call the police and that I would wait for them, she refused to do so. Best I can figure, is that she looks for people to blame her own thefts on as her cover story. I would avoid this Shell station and the older woman who works there, like the black plague. Unless you are into being blamed for the managers thefts and like stepping over used condoms, used heroin needles and the leavings of drug addled sexual psychopaths.

If I could give this gas station a zero I would. I fill up here alot and the woman who works in the morning is always so rude. but today I decided that I will never spend another penny here. I pulled up to get my sick kid a water. I was not getting gas this morning but thought it would be nice not to have to get her out of the car. But the woman told me that it was not a big parking lot and that people dont just pull up to Safeway to get a loaf of bread and take off. First of all, this was 5:30 am and there was no other cars there. Second there are no signs saying you have to get gas. I will go out of my way now to fill up and spend my money.
