Worst job ever. This was my 4th kitchen to install granite countertops. I have always used Global Granite in Renton or MN Stoneworks in Auburn. But the company All New Again was doing a insurance water restoration and said I needed to use their guy, Supreme Surfaces. Cant believe they installed a cracked piece and refused to replace it. It was cracked during installation next to the front of the sink. They said they will make it look good. It looks terrible. I tried to contact them by email and phone and they will not return my call or email. They obviously do not stand behind their work. I would not use this company. No customer service after the install.

I went online to find this company, filled out their online form for a request for a home visit and estimate for countertops for a kitchen and 3 bathrooms. I waited 2 weeks and no one got back to me. Then I called and talked to Ruslan. He told me they never check their website email? That made no sense. But I tried to overlook it and asked for an appointment. He came out and we took about an hour to go over the project. He had no samples, brochure or anything to show me to let me know more about his company. He told me he would have an estimate to me by that evening. I waited 3 days to text him to ask why I had not gotten an estimate. He did not respond. I waited 2 days after that and called. He said he had been busy and promised to send me the estimate that evening. I waited another day. Nothing. Finally, I sent a text to tell him I was no longer interested. I dont understand why contractors waste my time and theirs to come out to a potential job and then blow it off? If I cant count on a contractor for the simple things (like just doing what they say will do and respond timely) I refuse to trust them with a multi-thousand dollar project.

Always a pleasant experience dealing with supreme surfaces. Quick turn around and affordable pricing. These guys are the real deal.

Ruslan was very professional in his explanation of his services. His customer service was great and made the entire process very comfortable for my PREGNANT wife and I. He took the time to hear what we wanted and displayed integrity in dealing with us, compared to some of the other places we called.We will definitely continue to do business with Ruslan and his team.

I’d recommend them to anyone looking for high quality products and personal communication. I was impressed with the selection and quality of the cuts that they made. I was looking for a specific peice of scrap quartz to match my countertop for a custom windowsill and Supreme Surfaces had it. I was able to text them pictures of the exact product and dimentioms that I needed which was really nice. They had it cut and polished and delivered within two weeks for a fair price. There was a minor delay in the process because of how busy they were, but they made up for it by personally delivering the peice for me. I will use them again when needed.
