I dont like this location as I always get attitude here I have seen the employees smoking marijuana in the parking lot in there car an then returning back to work like nobody didnt watch her get high.... This location really needs better employees especially the one getting high instead of helping her customers.

This is my most honest review

They had a good selection of furniture and the prices are low but they dont have much in stock and say if you order one it could take 4-12weeks to get.

We wanted to buy a chair that was out on the floor for sale. They did not have one in stock, and would not sell us the floor model. They said they could order one, but it would take 6-8 weeks. I understand that things are tough with the Covid thing, but the store should not put merchandise on the floor that they cannot sell.

I love Biglots...I wish I went there 1st sometimes when out shopping cause prices are usually way better. But I only gave 4 stars cause the last cpl times I went shopping there I had a hard time finding prices on alot of items I looked at. And the shelves were really messy & disorganized. Thats something that doesnt usually bother me but when I see ppl who work there standing in the front just talking the whole time Im there I cant help but wonder why they arent getting the shelves straight. But it definitely wont stop me from going in...just hope they work on getting the employees motivated so those things dont become a problem.

Not much there off toys for kids but its an ok store

Bathroom is often a mess, but the staff are polite and adhering to Covid regulations. I love the expanse of inventory available.

Can usually find what Im looking for. They have great prices and wide variety of products. The staff is helpful and friendly. They have an issue with pricing every item. They assured me they are working on this.

Love the customer service and love the stay of different products there really is something for everyone here

Good selection of products at the store

I take my friend shopping here for various items. They usually have a great selection of inexpensive storage totes. I also love the clearance aisle. Ive found many practical its over there.

Love this store as always! However the prices have gone up over the years not as much of a deal as it once was.

At the beginning of the season, we tried repeatedly to purchase a patio furniture set. We were able to get the chairs, but the sofa was out of stock each delivery due to COVID. Then the floor models were sold and we were beyond disappointed, as we absolutely would have purchased them given the opportunity. We assumed we were now stuck with chairs that we wouldn’t be able to find a set close enough to match to them. Then John, the manager called my husband on Saturday to say that he got a set in of a model very similar to the set we were looking for. He knew we had been looking for the others and gave us first dibs. Not only that, but he price matched the sale prices that they had over a month ago when we purchased the chairs. And he offered us to be able to swap our purchased chairs in the new set (since they’re just a little different color). AND he loaded them into our truck. John went well above and beyond good customer service. He made our day by his exceptional customer care. So thank you John!! It’s great to see that caring about your customers isn’t a lost art. We greatly appreciate it, and LOVE our patio space now!!

This is a really fun store to visit. They have a small selection of cheap furniture along with alot of random household needs.

I love Big Lots. They have everything I never knew I wanted. Going there is like going to Costco for me - I cant ever get out of there without spending at least $150 or more...

I love the Big Lots at the North Point Center. The prices on headphones for your mobile devices you cannot beat. And you John the manager that hides away and Furniture in the back has great customer service skills and is very friendly help you out with just about anything.

Don’t waste your time buying any sort of “big item” here. Purchased a couch about a month ago. Couldn’t give me date when it would be in cause they don’t know what will be on the trucks they receive. Just a random draw apparently. Well couch comes in but not ottoman (they were ordered at the same time) but can’t take couch home till ottoman comes in, but they have no idea when that will be. Called multiple times only to be left on hold for about 5 minutes.Then I’m told couch is broken, so now have to wait another month for A new couch. No thanks.

I bought a table and stool set on June 16th, I called every 2 weeks to see if they have arrived because no one called from Big Lots, found out the table arrived but STILL waiting on the stools. I called the manager the 1st time and said due to COVID-19 that they were backed up and said sorry thats all she could do. I called again today and the freight manager said he would look into it. Well in 3 days it will be 1 month since I bought them and they dont know when they will get them in, hopefully i dont have to wait another month for the stools.

Purchase several items including a recliner. Anna who works in the furniture department is just awesome!!!

Horrible furniture. The only saving grace is the district manager made it right. The store manager was unwilling to do anything when the furniture fell apart within the warranty window and the furniture was out of production. They had nothing in stock to replace it with so I had to get ahold of the district manager. He was great and took good care of me. Thats the o my reason Ill give 3 stars.

Good deals on household products

Big Lots is far from a fancy store, but its got some good deals depending on what youre looking for. My last visit they didnt have what I wanted, but Ive gotten some nice cheap kitchen stuff here and their outdoor furniture is cheaper than anywhere else. Again, not fancy, but good for what it is.

Big Lots is totally THE place to go for certain things. Electronics: cool, hard to find/unique stuff at incredible prices. As an example, 40 wireless wall mount surround sound speakers that sell for $200 elsewhere, $39. Wireless headsets, mice and keyboards, as well as Bluetooth shower speakers, and the Polaroid line of cool Bluetooth speakers with disco lights, etc. Outdoor lighting and other gear: awesome stuff, dirt cheap, and you can buy it online come fall at 70-90% off! Some tableware like glasses (20 oz tumblers), in sets of 10/12 for about $5.

Great prices and even though it startles me when an employee randomly comes up to you and asks if you need assistance or have questions and the fact that they are extremely friendly and willing to answer your questions AND with a SMILE on their face. That is quite rare anymore and it made our shopping experience just that much more enjoyable.

They usually have decent prices on many products, especially during the holiday seasons. There is always something new to me there. Although some things are above my expectations on price, and a few things are not very durable, they are happy to fix the issue with your receipt. Not sure how the outcome would be not having it when a problem arrives. But always greeted the moment of walking in and very friendly when checking out.

Decent prices, but the selection is inconsistent. For some reason theyve expanded their furniture section and it takes up over half of the store, now. I dont necessarily like this change. But its a good place to hunt for a good discount.

Good place for shopping visits

I really like this store. I feel like Im getting decent prices for a big variety of things. sometimes prices arent that different but sometimes the difference is huge. Ill often stop there before I got to Target or similar places as I can get some of that errand shopping done cheaper and more efficient there.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. You will be greeted and approached several times if you find yourself near the furniture section. They have lots of discounted brand name items (they usually have better prices than the neighboring stores). This store has pretty much everything you could need and even though theres usually only one or two registers open, they move lines quickly.

This is a store with many different items. Great prices. I enjoy going here all the time. Customer service is great.
