They NICKEL & DIME U on everything!! Had 3 bad experiences. Charge $5 to print an Amazon return label, $5 taping 2 boxes together (Says $2 on their door) & taping a very small box $1.50. its not expensive - but its the principal of it. Constant EXTRA CHARGES. Employee today was argumentative as I walked out the door!! So unprofessionable!! Im a Dental Hygienist & when people are upset we say Im SORRY, even if its our fault, its forgiving & fantastic at calming people. Simply saying, Im Sorry but its not our policy to tape boxes wd have been sweet. We go to the UPS store now in Henderson. They helped me repack a box in a bag & didnt charge & tapped 2 boxes!! WAY BETTER STAFF!! πππ
Tried stopping in yesterday around 2:15-2:30 and they were closed. Their google listing says they are open until 5. Either change your hours on you google listing or be open when you say you are.
Hours posted are incorrect. Went there in a Saturday and it shows theyβre open until 5pm but they were closed when I arrived at 2:30
Tried to refax some loan docs.the lady that helped me was the same one who faxed it the day before.but they did not receive the docs? She was extremely rude and argumentative. We never have a problem with the young man who works there.but we liked this store.but we will not be coming back.because of her. Attitude.too bad because we really liked this store.
Laura was extremely helpful, she opened the store early when she saw me outside the store, she carried my packages in for me and was as pleasant as could be. I have been a patron of the UPS Store in Boulder City for at least 13 years. As far back as I can remember Laura has been there and through the years has always given A1 customer service.
Stop telling what you canβt do. Have a can do attitude.
$20 to receive a UPS flat bubble pack envelope. This is a record, have never paid more than $10 anyplace else in the western US.
Eire from state farm, red. not interested in the army and then the brunette couldnt bother to learn the new greeting, happy tamale-giving day
Excellent one on one service. I returned a product to send back to seller then lost the receipt for the return. Two weeks later I needed to contact the seller but had lost that receipt. Duh! The man at the desk sifted through hundreds of receipts on his computer until we located the info. He was a very nice guy and I felt like a Doofus.
The reviews for the BC UPS store, havent been great; I am very unsure as to why. My experience was fantastic, start to finish. The staff was both friendly and efficient. Far better than Ive ever got at the USPS. Perhaps their prices are a bit more, but it was well worth it, considering how much I had to ship and the ease in which it was accomplished. All of my packages arrived on time and in great shape, especially the electronics which I had the staff package for me. Highly recommended- a great experience.
Shipped a tiny package yesterday and the cost was nearly $37.00. Was told there was no cheaper option. I did not want 2 day shipping but thats what I was forced to use. The staff is super friendly but Ill never be back here again. What a rip off.
A Real Customer Service- oriented staff. Special thanks to Laura for saving me from having to find a way to get a package returned. We were able to take care of it on-the-spot, which really lightened my load.
I visit here everyday, and everyday is a pleasure. Management is willing to work on projects that, to me, feel overwhelming at times. They offer a very fair price for copies and other services.PLEASE dont hound the staff because you feel like you shouldnt pay for a markup on USPS postage from their competitor. Its a small town, drive up the road to the Post Office. Its usually not terribly busy. Otherwise, just pay the difference and STOP COMPLAINING.
Online said they were open till 5pm on Saturday, this location is only open till 2pm.
I was told by the UPS clerk it would cost $63 to send a package back to its place of origin (WA). I took it to the US Post Office who did it for $10.95. The UPS clerk told me the price was so high because they are a convenience store. They aren that convenient.
Says they are open til 5 online. They are only open til 2 on Saturdays.. When i called and asked them a question, the girl could have told me that they are closing in 5 minutes. I wouldnt have wasted my time.
They charged $10 per package received per day so they wanted me to pay $30. I had to negotiate them down to $20. Other UPS stores charge $5 flat per package. A highway robbery for people on the go or full timing RV. Truly a sad story. Donβt come here.
Submitted items to print via online store. They bullied me and held my documents hostage... wouldnt print them until the next day unless I emailed them and printed them via premium charges. NEED TO PRINT? - use Boulder City Library $.10 a sheet - no premium fees you can even upload documents to an app and they will print it within mins. - this UPS store is not convenient or friendly. When the public library is more convenient than your franchise ... sad.
Customer service is perfectly fine here. However; the usps seems to have more reasonable pricing for the items I ship.
Google maps says its open till 5pm on Saturday when they actually close at 2pm. Very frustrating to drive to Boulder City from Vegas to find this out. Clearly the franchise owner does not care or is incompetent because judging from other reviews this has been a long standing problem.
Always friendly
Dont go here $2 tape fee staffs not very friendly either.
Closed when should be open.
