Went to Boulder to actually look at a car at a different dealership. Got stuck in traffic on my way there and decided to look for cars at other dealerships since I was going up there. Found Boulder Nissan and a car that I really liked. Decided to go there first to check that car out and ended up really liking it! Everyone was so helpful and Mike was great with the whole process. He and a few others actually stayed way later than they should have to help me get the car!! I highly recommend this dealership, they are quick and very helpful with all questions I had! If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Boulder Nissan is hands down the best Dealer and Service department Ive ever experienced. Anyone can sell you a car but the real experience and value is in the service and the relationship. These guys are really there for their customers.I can personally attest that they arent about the lip service - theyre about the follow through. If you need a vehicle or, more importantly, if your Nissan needs service, proceed immediately to Boulder Nissan.Their GM, Ted, is absolutely top notch and Chris in Service is the man to see when you need any support for your vehicle.

This dealer is legitimate as advertised. Joey, Mike and even “the dreaded finance manager”Jarrod were a pleasure to do business with. Kudos to Chris in the service department as well. Very polite and professional. I bought a used Murano from them and found the no-haggle price fair and the vehicle as advertised. This was the lowest pressure car purchase I have ever made from a dealer. I felt comfortable and everyone I spoke to were friendly and easy going. I have already referred friends and coworkers to Boulder Nissan. My only regret?…..I live in Castle Rock and it’s a bit far to go for service! Thank you to everyone at Boulder Nissan. This was the 3rd time I have gone to Boulder Nissan for a car. I live in Denver so it seems a bit unusual that I would drive there instead of working with a Nissan dealership in Denver. The main reason I have now gone back 3 times is all about the people. I am not a “car guy.” I see them as a useful tool. Nothing more, nothing less. While I am not a “car guy” I am a culture and people guy. That’s why I keep going back. The culture and the people. My experience this time around was even more smooth and more seamless than the past 2. Can’t imagine going anywhere else as long as I am buying Nissans.

This made my car buying experience easy! He failed to tell us that the warranty they offer is split 50/50 between the driver and the dealership until I was signing the paper work. Worst happened while in a different state. Check engine light came on and car began to give us serious issues. Chris Allen the service manager there really came through with helping us with our car! he did everything possible like cant even fit our day in this box from getting part from denver, helping us with a ride to our hotel and ensuring our car would be safe to drive back to make sure we were back on the road. We are defiantly grateful for his help and determination to go above and beyond!!! hundreds of miles later and back home car is running even better than when we left!! - Also huge thanks to Master tech and technician who helped.

I had a very good experience buying my new Nissan Leaf at Boulder Nissan. Mike Henry was very knowledgeable, patient. He wasnt at all pushy and understood quickly what I was looking for. There were a few moments when I was a little upset that the service warranty hadnt been fully explained but I did realize that I had made assumptions and hadnt asked about it.

Having experienced numerous service depts. in my time I can honestly say I have never had better customer service that at Boulder Nissan. I dont live in Boulder, but because I needed service on my Infinitis on my last two visits I called and asked them if they could service my vehicles. Chris set up the appointments and took care of both vehicles (different dates and times) and was not only incredibly professional, but a really nice and personable individual. The service was timely and Chris took considerable time going over work performed and what will be needed in the future, No upsell, no pressure to perform future needs. I found a vehicle online and gave the dealership a call. Jared answered the call and gave me the details of this sweet SLK350 that was only on the lot for five days. I was out of state but we were able to arrange financing quickly (the dealer matched my rate through USAA) and in less than two weeks the vehicle arrived. Titling was a bit tricky since I wanted to keep my vanity plates but Jared was able to give me another two months on temporary tags which is a huge help!Truly a seamless transaction handled quickly and professionally.Thank you Jared and Boulder Nissan for my new convertible Mercedes Benz. I did business with a guy named Mike. Definitely one of the best people you could ever buy a car from. I first saw the the car. But got discouraged when I saw that it was seven hours away. But when I learned it was at a dealership I got excited. Especially after talking with Mike. After getting off the phone with them and leaving a deposit I was confident everything was going to go smoothly. On the day of my trip. I missed my flight out there. Then it got rescheduled to six hours later so by the time I got to Denver it was 11 o’clock at night and the dealership was closed Mike luckily pulled some strings And picked me up from the airport at 11 at. Theyre not as close as another Nissan dealership, but theyve always taken care of my issues right away, such as a recall repair when I first purchased my car (from CarMax) and now a warranty repair. Nissan was our last stop on a (loooong) day of looking at cars at various dealerships and after a day of old school salesmen techniques, it was a refreshing change of pace. We walked in and were greeted by Alex, who was knowledgeable about the cars we looked at and exerted no pressure like we saw at certain other dealerships. No gimmicks here, he was straightforward and transparent about what we were getting. Fast forward roughly 4 hours later, I walked out with a car I was really excited about and a process that didn’t leave me feeling like I ran a marathon. We unfortunately ran into a small problem the day after on our used car but we brought it back in and both Alex and Will resolved our issue as quickly as possible. Definitely go see Alex whether you know exactly which car you want or are still trying to find the right fit like I was—his expertise, experience, and personality will make this otherwise lengthy process exciting (like how buying a new car should feel)!

I had my truck stolen in late January. Actually, I didn’t personally arrange for the punk to steal it, but you get the picture... I then purchased a Toyota Highlander from Mike Henry at Boulder Nissan, and very quickly realized my mistake, in that I actually NEEDED a truck. I crawled back to Mike and Joey Parent, the sales manager, certain (absolutely certain) that I was in for a thrashing, trading so quickly for a truck but, to my ENORMOUS surprise, pleasure and gratitude, the lads worked me a trade deal (Highlander for a ‘15 Silverado) that not only set me right, and with the vehicle I really needed, but even left me with enough for at least three days in HOT lunches! When I first bought my Nissan Leaf in 2017, I had a terrible experience with the car-salesman, but I let it go because I knew I would never have to see him again. Unfortunately, I bought an add-on warranty at the time of purchase for dings and dents through the third-party companyCentury Automotive Service Corporation. Someone opened their car door into mine and left a dent right where you would expect that to happen. As you can imagine, it cant possibly be very deep. However,Century Automotive Service Corporation refuses to honor the warranty and repair the dent. I trusted Nissan Boulder to have partnerships with honorable companies. Yet, a quick google review ofCentury Automotive Service Corporation shows how poorly rated they are. This experience alone has made me want to never buy a Nissan again. Trust me: Do NOT buy an add-on warranty!Edit: Why would I want a reference to an auto-body shop for less than a 3 inch dent when I bought a warranty through Boulder Nissan for just such dents? Yea, no thank you. But your offer made me decide to share a picture of the dent so others can see how ridiculous it is. Thank you.

I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla from Boulder Nissan, and they were phenomenal!! I worked with Mike Henry, who was great from start to finish. I had a small issue with the trunk not unlatching from the interior release lever, but Mike took care of everything for me!I wish that Boulder Nissan would come to Fort Collins! I bought a vehicle here years ago. No matter how many times I ask them to remove me from their email list, I still receive them. They once charged me over $300 for an oil change because they added filters without even letting me know first. They did the same thing with a tire rotation. Who has the money to throw away without warning? Won’t ever buy a Nissan again.Interesting reply from the manager. I’ve already asked them three times to remove me from their sales and email list. Finally had to block them.

My experience at Boulder Nissan exceeded my expectations by a long shot. Travus, Mike & Joey were extremely positive, non-aggressive and supportive in my car shopping and purchasing journey. They allowed me to stop in when I could and test drive multiple cars until I selected the one I wanted. They knew I was shopping around and gave me space to do what I needed to do to feel comfortable with my large purchase. I had been struggling some as a single mom of three, a small business owner, and financially a bit, especially since the flood a few years ago which damaged my home. My credit had been stretched and dinged a bit and I did not expect to be able to get a loan. They worked hard to find a local institution that believed in me and my vision enough to take a chance on me. I will probably buy every future car I own from these guys. I feel like I have gained friends in the process. I could NOT have asked for a better car-buying experience. I would recommend them to everyone. In April I began a search for a newer used vehicle. My first stop was Nissan Boulder because I had purchased two Nissan cars in the past that were good vehicles to own. This was during the early stages of the Pandemic. I was greeted by the manager Joey Parent. All protocols that were in place at that time were followed. The car was immaculately cleaned and detailed for me to test drive. The contract included a copy of the cars history for my review. The contract was clear, concise, and honest. Joey patiently went over everything in detail and answered all my questions. Even the waiting room thoughtfully met the needs of the customer. I left advising that I needed some time to think about this purchase. Weeks went by and I was followed up by Jared Olsen. He was taking over for Joey. Again, I was not pressured and was treated with upmost consideration. We spoke several times and in mid-May when I told him that I had purchased elsewhere and I was still treated kindly. I went to four other dealerships and none gave me the excellent treatment that I received at Boulder Nissan. The only reason that I did not purchase there was because I chose a different make of car. Thanks again for a good experience.

We bought a 2017 Nissan Leaf from David and Ed at Boulder Nissan. The last time we bought a car was in 2005, and we were not looking forward to the experience of shopping for a new car. On top of that, we had a negative experience with Boulder Nissan in 2004. This experience was the complete opposite. David was very friendly without being pushy and kept all of our appointments. We were initially very indecisive, and David was very patient. When David was not available over the Holidays, Ed stepped in and helped us. They even loaned me a big red bow that I put on the car as a Christmas present for my wife. The entire staff, including the Parts and Service departments, was very knowledgeable on the Leaf. (Please note, this review is on the dealership experience - we have our gripes about the Leaf with respect to the car apps and phone app and that would warrant a different review.) We still stop by the dealership for the occasional quick charge, and David and Ed still remember our names and are happy to chat Leaf, Titan, soccer, and life. Net-net: a great sales experience!

After getting out of the military I was in need of a car. I Showed up after calling an hour ahead to see a Subaru Outback. Ted met us at the door and was more than welcome to give us a walk around of the vehicle, as well as a test drive. I called the dealership and Nigel personally drove over to my house to help me jump the battery and get me back up and running. He went the extra mile and thats rare in this day and age. Beware when you take your vehicle to service at this dealership. For a while we thought they were different but they are the epitome of why dealerships are not trusted. About 10k miles before these pictures were taken they said the vehicle needed new brakes and new rotors right away and wanted to charge $400. As you can see the rotors and the brake pads were not needed to be changed yet, therefore 10K miles ago they definitely did not need to be changed, however they just wanted to make a quick buck! I am sure that they do this to other people, it is not easy to check on your brake pads, you have to take the tires off in order to check them, they know that people are not going to do that and will just take their word for it.When the care was taken back there to show them, the service advisor said that he didnt know how to check whether the brakes were needing to be changed or not, then went on to try and get us to leave so he wouldnt have to deal with an upset customer. The General Manager was supposed to come out to speak to me, never did. As a matter of fact he passed by four times and decided to ignore that there was a customer with an issue. When they finally decided to do the oil change and maintenance that the vehicle needed to include a safety recall that was supposed to be done months ago but they never did, all that the service advisor did was try to defend that their inspections are always correct rather than take responsibility for their unethical actions.The vehicle was also needing warranty work that they refuse to schedule it for saying that the Service Manager would contact us this past Monday. It is Thursday and there has been no call or email from him. As a matter of fact an email was sent out to them yesterday to which the only one that replied was the General Manager without any indication of trying to make anything right, just an apology and sending people off on their way. Basically an email stating: Ok, sorry for the troubles, please go to a different dealership.Calling them is another nightmare because no one really answers. So, when you take your vehicle to them for service, make sure that you are getting a second opinion elsewhere before you spend money with them. They are extremely unprofessional and unethical.And as you can see on the reply the manager still states that someone was trying to fix the fact that no one reached out, as a matter of fact no one has reached out which is the reason I wrote this review. He did not even state in the email that someone would actually reach out, just like on the response on this review he implied I should go elsewhere. Once again, the brakes were not needed to be changed, you can take a look at the pictures and see how obvious that is and the vehicle is still needing warranty work that they are now refusing to do because they did not like that I wrote a review stating their bad practices.

Eric Stockton the service manager is nothing short of amazing. Its great to know my GT-R is in good hands while at Boulder Nissan. Eric personally sat down and discussed common problems with GTRs when I was purchasing the vehicle and from that point forward I knew Eric was my guy for any questions / work needing to be performed on my car. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Eric and his crew (extra shout out to Tony for the excellent service). I look forward to using Boulder Nissan for any and all my needs GT-R related.

My salesperson was Jared Olson and he made the whole awful experience of buying my car an actual pleasurable one. He was informative and had an all around honest and sincere demeanor, which is not the feeling one usually gets from a car salesperson. The price of the car was fair as well as the trade-in value of my Mini. There are no ridiculous dealer fees added to the sales price, just taxes which are unfortunately inevitable, lol. So I do recommend Boulder Nissan
