Trash all over the floors, maskless employees blasting music from a speaker behind the counter and eating while they serve people, people constantly begging outside the front door, drinks always out of stock in a cooler that barely works…this location has always been bad but lately it’s the worst I’ve seen in 10 years. Terrible.

Worst gas station in boulder I’ve been to. Messy, cluttered, soda machine is out, unmasked homeless, and employees on speaker phone talking while working.

Was given an attitude and harrased by the employee and accused of stealing when I went back to my car to get exact change for an item.

I normally stop here every morning before work. Lately some of the staff and customers have not been wearing masks. Today was the worst, not a single person in the store other than me was wearing a mask, and there was at least 5 other people inside. Really disgusting, I would love to continue coming here out of convenience, but not wearing a mask at work is just disrespectful. Please fix this.

This is one of the worst convenience stores. The clerks just let homeless come in and get a soda and walk out without paying for it. While i must pay for mine. Still happening so Im going to do you a favor Im going to ask corporate to do an audit and watch the video for past month and watch for unpaid drinks and customer not wearing masks and allowed in the store. Also bringing in cups from outside filling with soda and walking out without paying anything.

I find it wrong to close your restroom and use COVID as an excuse. I’m a plumber and I need places such as this to be able to use the restroom and wash my hands prior to purchasing food at such a establishment. Colorado has the worst Circle K’s. I will no longer go to Circle K for anything.

$55 gas, stand in line for business expense receipt then no restroom. Never again.

Staff is very rude.

They falsely claim that their public restroom is out of order - the restroom has been out of order for months. I understand if you dont want the local transient population using drubs in the restroom, but that is just unreasonable. Additionally, staff is often rude (though there are a few that are really nice and seem to care!). I only come here because its the only place in Boulder that sells Krispy Kreme donuts.

This is the worst! I pumped gas & bought a car wash at the pump. I had to then see the attendant for my receipt for the wash code. There was a sign on the door to wait 15 mins. I did, the door did not open. I knocked, & a rude man said he was eating lunch! I had a baby in the car! WTF?!

Clerk is about the only thing good at this store. Reatrooms trashed, circle k should be required to pay people to drink their coffee it so cheap and disgusting. They make it look like its fresh ground but its garbage. The drink fridges are usually half empty and rarely stocked.

Absolute garbage. Boulder native and cu buff 5pm about to pay for gas for the 100th and last time bc I first need to use bathroom so bad . I was there earlier today used it when sun was out now sun goes down and register person says that its out of order. They do this ALL THE TIME bc transients right by rtd station use it for drugs.Ok I get it put a freaking sign up that say 5 minute or they are allowed to come in and if theres a junky call the cops.But dont freaking deprive people of a restroom when they come down canyon and are paying customers

Very well staff. Very clean. Does have a restroom. You do have to buy something first. Which is completely understandable. I will be back here when visiting Boulder!

The business here doesn’t let customers use the restrooms, door is always locked with a sign saying out of service. The cashier lady working nights is also rude. I asked if I could use the restroom, she replies it’s only for paying customers, I told her I paid gas and also will purchase something inside. She said “oh well they out of service.” Don’t do business here, clearly the owners don’t care about serving customers.This business is a fraud, advertised that drinks were 2 for $2, yet they charged me $3. Told the clerk, and her resolution was she would take the sign down later. Clearly she doesn’t care, why don’t you take it down now? You don’t have a line waiting for you or anything.

Staff is rude!! Assistant manger said on his name tag was rude. Won’t let people to use bathroom. Even if they bought something. Place is disgusting! This place need to be shut down. The manager is really rude. They way she talks to her employees and customers. The assistant manager made a girl cry! I asked for corporate number and refused to give it to me. Only accepts IDs from white majority parts of the country. They dont care if its a US citizen with a government issued ID, the clerks decide who is American enough.

The lady at the register said she wont let people use the restrooms at night because the gas station is not in a safe area. Yeah right. This is Boulder. If you told me that in Detroit or Atlanta Id believe you but in Boulder thats a joke.

Clerk mIstakenly thinks he is in the hood. This is Boulder. Perhaps he is the right ex-inmate/bar bouncer to deal with the unruly late night bar crowd that wanders in there. His demeanor was abrasive and agressive in a way that is just laughable though... and really not needed for a mild-mannered customer like myself. I stopped in for a purple Vitamin Water after my shift, not to challenge his authority over the store.You are a clerk at a Circle K, Homey. Your many years spent hanging out in front of convenience stores somehow did not make you qualified to work at one.

Staff, who themselves appeared threatened and abused, have not been properly trained on service or how to operate the registers and equipment. When I asked for a routine purchase, I was told it could not be done, and a young female staffperson became menacing and hostile toward me - I left without my transaction when I feared she would become violent. I have also witnessed their staff getting threatening and violent with homeless customers and other disadvantaged people in our community. From now on I will travel far out of my way to avoid using this gas station / convenience store.

Its 8 degrees outside with 2ft of snow and still snowing and the employees want us to wait outside for our rides because they decided to restock. If I was shopping or 10 people walked in they would be in some trouble

On Sunday, we went to Boulder Creek river, and on the way back down we stopped in the this Circle K, i asked the security guy if i could used the restroom and he gave me a story about not letting no one in because of habitual overdoses in the restroom and eventually a suicide, he said i could go across the street or to the port a potties at the corner, i said thanks and went to go get me a coffee, my brother also asked him and got the same answer, when i went to go pay, i noticed a White male with his daughter ask the same guy and with out hesitation he opened the door to the restroom..seems to me that prejudiced still lives well in Boulder,CO. and at Circle K...
