I moved to another town. After using this Walgreens for many years I found there really aren’t any others like it. So we now travel a couple of times a month to use this pharmacy. I’ve never had a problem with anyone. Much like everyone else, my appreciation to Will is beyond words.
I used this store’s photo printing service (via mobile app) for a gift. The photo came out great and Audrey was super communicative and helpful. I will definitely use this service again!
This was my first and last time I handed the man The money When it comes to my change he sets everything down on the ground Did not ask me if I wanted a paper receipt Just assume that I wanted the receipt for my email Its so sad how people treat each other in society.
Will, the lead pharmacist/manager, is great and very helpful. Unfortunately, Casey gives the store a bad reputation, as others have said. My encounter with her was pretty awful. She is very rude and does not seem to have the sensitivity and social skills needed to be a competent pharmacy tech. I agree that calling in to see who is working before you go is good advice.
The Pharmacy at this Walgreens is great IF Will is working. If Casey is there...walk out. Complicated issues, Will knows what he’s doing and will handle them efficiently and pleasantly. Casey, is a different story. Uncooperative and doesn’t care. Not just me. I’ve witnessed her interactions with other patients. I suggest calling first to see who’s working.
I love this pharmacy! They provide such great customer service. Remember who you are (which considering the volume is amazing). Today, we had to take our daughter (who has high functioning autism) for her flu shot. Nathan, the pharmacist is a gem. He is so busy, but he took 15 minutes out of his schedule to calm the most anxious 9 year old ever! He got the job done too, which is exceptional considering last year we had to make multiple trips to our pediatrician to get the shot, because of panic attacks. Go Nathan!!!
Just a regular old rite aid, but in the 5 minutes I was in here the employees managed to be rude enough that I felt the need to post this review. I know working retail can suck, but basic manners when talking to a customer isn’t too much to ask.Update: went back in a few minutes later to get a few more things, there was a nice young man working the register this time: he was very polite.
I started going here when I moved to Boulder, because it was close to my primary care doctor. I really like Will, the pharmacy manager here, but when he’s not around, no one seems to know how to run insurance, check records, or follow up with physicians. Sorry guys, have to move pharmacies at this point. Hoping ya’ll work it out.
This place reminds me of walking into my high school years... I worked at a drug store much like this doing photo finishing for that time of my life. Anyway - not much has changed in how they set up a store or do their marketing since that time. It is good to note that they have excellent sales after the holidays.
Love this . It’s like the corner drugstore. Too bad there’s no soda fountain! Pharmacy is great, too.
Great rite aide! Great service
Nice rite Aid but no thrifty ice cream.
