Good service. Good inventory. It was very meaningful to see two young people working in an independent hardware store. Made me feel like I didn’t have to worry about being condescended to.
Can’t say much about their product but their service is phenomenal. Extremely kind and willing to help you. I was greeted and helped by two separate individuals that seemed happy to be at their job.
Very friendly and helpful staff! Helped me find the correct size wrench for my Ikea furniture.
Table Mesa Hardware has a wonderful selection. They make good use of their space, so even though they are smaller than some of the larger chains, they tend to have anything you might need for regular hardware store items. The people are great and going there gives you an excuse to eat Sweet Cow Ice Cream. What more could you possible want in life than a wire stripper and Lucky Charms Ice Cream?
Amazing service, came in ten minutes before close and they knew exactly what I needed so quickly.
Excellent local hardware store. The people who work here are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I never feel like I’m wasting time here as I tend to when I happen to visit any of the chains. The selection of items is impressive as well. I’m lucky to have this place in my neighborhood.
We are so lucky to have a hardware store so close to home that seems to have every item we have needed for the past 9+ months. Helpful and friendly staff. We couldnt ask for more. Thank you again and again.
What I love about this store is that I can walk in with a part I need to replace and they help me find the correct part and tell me how to do the project. I’ve never been particularly handy at repairing things but the staff at our local hardware store has enabled me to tackle small projects successfully. I’m grateful.
Great service. Would rate 5 if they had a larger inventory, but you cant expect too much for the small footprint of the store.
I was looking for bed slats, and I received the most help from this store than any other place in town. They told me to take some measurements and we could figure something out. I went and they had quality boards, and a really helpful employee that cut the boards to length - all for less than I could even find online.
Update to the below: I visited for a quick purchase and everyone was super friendly and attentive. Thank you!Previous post:Just wow. Probably one of the most rude encounters I’ve had in Boulder. While what appeared to be the only staff member was assisting someone else, how I was treated was unacceptable. I came in for a propane exchange and got a rude “how can I help ya?” Followed by being asked to wait 10 minutes, and when he realized I was not going wait and almost walked out the door, he was incredibly rude in assisting me for what I needed. I GET it…someone else was being helped at that time and I’m next. There ARE ways he could’ve addressed that.I would’ve waited had he not had the tone like I was inconveniencing him by walking in the door. Or, if he had a more polite approach to finding a way to making sure both customers had the help they needed. It’s interactions like this that make me dread going into hardware stores as a female. Thanks?
Very friendly and they refill the small refillable green propane tanks so I can grill at my condo. This prevents the waste of the non-refillable tanks. Thank you for offering this service!
Used to shop here often but customer services offended me so much Id rather walk across town and go to mcgguckins. I went to return something at 6:05 and the guy looked at me through the window like I was a foreigner. Edit: I dont accept your excuse that you have poor employees. Could have said something to the effect of sorry at that time, not a day later when you read about it. He was rude. Ill just shop at a better store thats not just lip service.
Shop local.Support local.Fast, convenient and friendly.Thanks team.
Always helpful and way easier than going to a big box store.
Quality products and friendly staff. I was able to save myself a couple hours of sanding by picking up some lumber here. It was a WAY higher quality than what Id bought at home depot. And they had all the other supplies I needed as well.
Great small hardware store in my neighborhood. Each visit I have had helpful service. When I went in this time for a specific item, staff were able to tell me exactly which aisle, which side, which end and that it was on the bottom shelf so I could find it right away. Always my first stop.
Always been friendly, professional, and helpful. Employees are attentive and quick to ask if you need help. I recently rented a carpet cleaner from here and it was an excellent experience. High quality machine and easier to use, clean, and carry compared to the carpet cleaners for rent at Home Depot.
This is a great locally owned store that stocks what you need at a great price. They always carry great new products in addition to the timeless hardware essentials. The staff is awesome and always very helpful. They know where things are, and I have seen them field questions with professional grade answers. Its always easy to find someone to help you if they didnt find you first. If you are a weekend warrior, do it yourselfer, or a contractor needing a better destination than the box stores, check out Table Mesa Hardware!
I just had a laser cut vehicle key made here. Jay, who I believe is the owner, is excellent. His customer service went above and beyond. I highly recommend this store.
This is a great resource for south boulder. They have a surprisingly large inventory of actual hardware and its great to be able to stay in and support a south boulder business. The staff is super friendly and helpful, cant say enough about this place.
Loved it, friendly people, good selection, exactly what you would think of for a hometown hardware store
Friendly staff with nice selection. Such a joy to have this in the neighborhood. Folks, buy local! This is the kind of business we want here. 5 stars.
So convenient and nice employees. The price is also very good. You can find most stuff in HomeDepot from here.
Love this local hardware store! You cannot get the kind of customer service that they provide anywhere else in my experience. They have always gone above and beyond to assist me with anything I am purchasing and projects that I am doing. Local is always better!
Excellent store, very helpful folks.
It amazes me there is a local hardware store, and Im always happy when I dont have to go very far for an emergency bit of plumbing or the like.
Love this store...they have an amazing selection for a small store, the prices are competitive and I always get great help and advice. Stress free shopping a mile from my house - cant beat that!
Great customer service 🥳
A great local hardware store that covers many of my repair needs. The team is very helpful.
I give them 4 stars only because its hard to compete with the inventory of somewhere like Lowes or Home Depot. For projects where Liberty will have most of what I need, I use them. Service is good. Return policy is fair (Ive returned items for a refund due to buying the wrong size, small re-stock fee is OK b/c I had damaged the packaging). All in all, for a classic local hardware store, these guys are fine. If you dont like big-box stores in your town, vote with your dollars and patronize these guys. My two cents, hope this helps you.
Awesome selection and friendly staff. Definitely can save a trip to the bigger hardware stores if you live on the South side of town.
For a small hardware store, they have a tremendous amount of inventory. Ive purchased everything from screws to nuts to hard-to-find parts, and had keys made there, too.I love the fact that if I need a part during the middle of a project, they are just down the street in south Boulder.I also love the fact that I live in a town where people value having a local hardware store, with knowledgable people and a decent selection, where profits go back to the community, more than saving $0.93 on a part at a bigger box retailer. My great-grandfather ran a general store in Cheyenne, Wyoming. So maybe its nostalgia for a past era that existed before Wal-Mart and other big box stores drove so many smaller businesses like this out of existence. But I dont think so. I think its that I prefer to deal with a store where the people really know what each product does, and can make intelligent recommendations.I do wish they were open more hours, especially on the weekend, when I have a small amount of free time to get projects done around the house. But really, thats not such a bad thing. Its taught me not to start on a plumbing project at 10:00 pm on a Sunday night :).
I have always had a positive experience with this hardware store! I live in the neighborhood, and would much prefer to spend my money with them then one of the box stores. I give it 4 stars. If it was a larger store, and had more inventory, i would give it a 5
Compact . . have alit $$$ though
Friendly local store. Excellent service.
So glad to have Table Mesa Hardware in the neighborhood. Very friendly and helpful staff!!
Amazing for a small local shop. Great local Biz. Helpful. They know their inventory
Good neighborhood hardware store. Not a huge selection of items, but they probably carry that one piece you forgot for your latest project.
Very friendly staff. Helped me find exactly the screws I needed and advised why Id want one versus another.
They always help you find what you are looking for, and help choose between options. Nice staff.
Normal stock. Locally owned!
Love the variety and service
