Well, it is very sad to see people do desperate moves. like ignoring phone calls because they dont want refund the money you paid them. $1200 for training was not refunded. I wold not recommend buying or doing any business with these people or trainer that claims that trained top chefs in Ritz Carlton hotels. dont buy equipment or service from them.Update- looks like their ice cream machine also bad quality, once it breaks down which happened very fast, their service almost non existent.
