I ordered SKI POLES, and I go to the UPS store to get my SKI POLES. The employee proceeds to bring my package up and make a call to there supervisor. I’m thinking what’s taking so long because they are just SKI POLES. The employee addresses me and proceeds to tell me that I need to show government ID and at this point I’m very confused. I say that I don’t have it on me and they said I had to be 21 to accept this package. Someone that works for the schools UPS store wrote in sharpie on my package that had SKI POLES that I had to be over 21 to accept it. But the manufacturer online never asked me my age when I checked out because you can buy ski poles at 6 years old… very disappointed in CU Boulders UPS store and would love for someone to explain to me why I have to be 21 to accept SKI POLES when the manufacturer didn’t even ask that question…

Great customer service. I left the ups store at 1630 30th street because the teller was rude. The teller at this location was great!

I love the people inside. Theyre knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. The manager however is disagreeable and will hustle you, which is very annoying.

Staff are very friendly and there is often great music being played inside!

This is my UPS of choice in Boulder. The only down side is that it’s on campus and you need to pay for parking.. i usually don’t since it’s only a couple minutes but I get nervous about getting a ticket!
