I had a fantastic experience at New Image Body & Paint recently. Brittany & her sister were great to work with & fast to respond. Every question I had, Brittany had the answers. She was a great communicator and would call me with concerns or call with updates. Brittany did a great job of working with the auto insurance when issues with additional damages were found. It was reassuring when I got the call from her that my car was done. She did a great job of walking me through the details both small and large of the repair and corrections that her shop did to return my car back to the road.I would recommend New Image Body & Paint and I would use them again for auto body work in the future.

Went in for a hood repaint. Brittany was very helpful and professional in explaining the estimate. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews on here, but after picking up the car I was very impressed on how clean the car was inside and out. The hood matched the rest of the car perfectly. Would definitely come back!

I’ve totaled two cars in the last four months and I have sent both of them to new image to be repaired. The first time I set my car there it was totaled right off the bat and I was able to go in right as they opened and get everything out of the vehicle and leave it there, I was late for work but it wasn’t bad. The second time around they didn’t call me with any updates and have held my car for about 10 days and every time I’ve called in to check on how things are going they are rude and not workable at all. I won’t even be able to visit my vehicle to get my items out of it and due to how this last car accident went, I haven’t seen the car in a month and have no idea what’s in it and they won’t work with me to be able to get my own things from the car whether I have a spare key would allow them to hold the car outside of the gate or not. I work 8-7pm and cant make it in. Their not workable, their hours suck, and dont expect to have them put in any effort to help you.

I took my car to New Image after a tree fell on it. I needed a new hood and quarter panel. When I picked up my car I was impressed to find that my car (15 Years old) looked almost brand new. They had cleaned the outside top to bottom. They had vacuumed out the interior and Armor-Alled the dash and such. I think they might have even gelled the tires. This was much more than I was expecting.The body work (what they actually do for a living) looked great. They had found the parts, painted them to match, and installed them in a few days at the price they quoted.My only complaint is that the parts they replaced look much better than the rest of my car...

They were very professional throughout the process of getting my car repaired. They answered all my questions and gave me realistic timelines. Metro did a great job on the repair. Hes a great guy and runs a good business.

** update I contacted them again, and they called the DMV and found a way to go there themselves to replace my plates. I got my new plates in the mail today.Took my car in to be fixed after i was hit. They fixed it fine, but ruined my BYU licence plate. They were not upfront about it. They did not fix it. I had to call the DMV and now I have to go spend time at the DMV to get new plates. They are covering the costs but hiding what they did and now more of my time is lost i will not recommend them at all.

Was referred to them by usaa. Scheduled an estimate, they had me in and out in 15 minutes and submitted the estimate to usaa immediately. Once the claim was approved I called to have the work scheduled, they were a couple days out, so we scheduled it for a Monday. I had a meeting come up at work and missed the appointment. I called them at noon that day and Britney said to just bring it in the next day. I dropped it off that Tuesday morning, it was ready to pick up that afternoon and they had even had to do a suplimnet to the bid and had unexpected parts and labor needed but still had it ready at the original estimated time of completion. Repairs looked great and The truck was washed for me. Great job guys! Thanks!

I was very disappointed in how i was treated at this location.I received a shop quote after getting side swiped by a vehicle because New Image was a local name that I knew from growing up in the area. I made it very clear to the first Appraiser that i was running the damages through another drives insurance and not to give me a quote on several other scratches, scuffs, dents, and dings. the quote ended up just below $5000.2 days later i came back due to the insurance companies direction, and was appraised by the owner. It was a completely different experience and i was completely taken off guard when i started hearing multiple accidents different colors of paint (white vs metalic silver due to the 2 tone vehicle that hit me) and that i was trying to scam the insurance company and was going to get caught for insurance fraud while he kept saying im just trying to help you not get in trouble.All in all, I can imagine the shop does excellent work, however, they are a family that has incredibly dishonest values and are working with insurance companies so that they can make more money.I will never recommend anyone i care about to get work done at New Image.Very disappointed.
