Best body shop in the area. Their customer service is second to none and I ALWAYS know that their quality is top notch. We’ve had several of our vehicles repaired here and we refuse to take them any where else. You get what you pay for in this industry and the Paint Spot is the best there is.

Terrible attention to detail. Poor customer service. Certain they damaged the paint and glass on my car.Made a mistake choosing this shop. Took my Mercedes to have a simple paint correction done on a roof panel. When I picked it up today my total was nearly double the estimate... receptionist was rude and somewhat sketchy... The final product on the roof panel is pathetic... spots, drips, uneven.Worst of all the damage done to my hood and windshield. Did they really sand blast my car?? I have washed this car several times in detail. Never before have I seen so many chips in my hood and new damage spotting on my windshield. Truly looked as if they somehow sand blasted my hood and windshield.Do not go.

Just recently had some work done on my 2013 Subaru Crosstrek. Just want to say that both the service and the quality of their work is outstanding. Ive had other work done in previous years thats also been excellent. I would drive quite a ways just to have them do any paint work or body work on my vehicles. So I recommend them highly.

I had gotten my car repaired here in the past one time and they did a good job. This second time around I decided to get other quotes to see if they were priced right. I got four other quotes and they came in anywhere from $300-$800 cheaper than the other 4 places. I didn’t tell them I had other quotes or negotiate on price with them. Their quote was just that much better. They did an excellent job on my car. When I picked it up it was perfectly clean on the exterior. Everything looked like it was new. Save yourself some time and just take your car here.

I couldn’t be happier about how my truck turned out. I slid into a tree during a snow storm and dented up the side of my truck. The paint spot was able to make my truck look like it was brand new again. They got the repairs done faster than I had expected and they communicated well with me during the entire process. I would highly recommend. I live in Syracuse and will continue to bring my vehicles to the paint spot even though there are many closer options.

Definitely will recommend this place to anybody that cares about their car, the repairs took a little while yes, but they made sure that the car was running perfectly, they replaced pretty much the entire front suspension I was worried to never had the same handling or stability but they did a great job. I took my Lexus RX350 into Paint Spot to get body work done on an accident that I was in. The front desk receptionist lady that works there is the most unfriendly and rude person that I have ever had to deal with when they are the people that are working in the customer service industry. I have never been talked to or treated the way that she had treated me in my life. She is the one that is working in the customer service industry and is acting rude to the customers. She had ruined my whole experience and thought of the company as a whole. Also when I got my car back from being in the shop, there was a pannel not in place sticking out of my car that was not looking like that before when I brought it in.

My little red Mini Cooper is whole again. The red paint is matched perfectly. Clear bra and racing stripes as before, and they even cleaned the inside! Dan was communicative and informative every step of the way. Thank you, Paint Spot. You get an A + from granny! In my father’s tradition, you gave more than was expected. I honestly have to say that Dan at the Paint Spot is amazing to work with.I have had several vehicles with them for repairs and also have had several friends take their vehicles in for repair work, each time the repair work has been completed the vehicle looks better than the car looked before the damage. My Jeep and I got in a tussle with the wood on the side of my garage leaving a huge paint streak and minor dent on my side. Great experience. Went into have road striping paint removed from my car. Everyone was courteous, helpful and eager to make sure that I was satisfied with what they could do. They were up front about what damage they could take care of, and what damage they wouldnt be able to remove. Quoted me a small price for conditioning trim (which another detailer had scratched up), then did it as a courtesy and did not charge me. I would go back there again, and refer anyone else to them. After a driveway mishap I saw Dan for advice on my car mirror. He took the time at the end of the day to help me find a matching mirror and gave me advice on where to buy it which saved me lots of time and money. These are good people.

While driving on the Highway to Mesquite, a Diesel truck in front of me lost his tire. The rubber from the tire hit the side of my Toyota Rav and left surface scratches down both sides of the vehicle and chipped paint on the hood. I took my car to the Paint Spot in Bountiful, I received a estimate from Dan and scheduled the repairs.I picked my car up today and WOW! It looks like brand new, they did an excellent job. I loved how my car looked after they finished working on it! My car was pretty damaged from a car accident and I cant even tell that there was ever any damage! The only reason for not giving 5 starts was because they need to work a little on their customer service. My car was there for almost 2 weeks. I would have liked for them to contact me and keep me updated. I had to call them a few to find out when my car was supposed to be done. Other than that, this place was awesome!

Worked with Dan on getting my passengers side door mirror put back on after it had been ripped off from a car accident. The mirror couldnt be installed without getting the door replaced, due to damaged brackets on the inside of the door. Dan was able to pull apart the door and pound it back into place without having to replace any components. Saved me hundreds of dollars by getting his help. Would definitely use The Paint Spot again!

They did an amazing job repairing my car after an accident. My car looked better than the day I got it, they vacuumed and clearned out the interior, shined the tires, and washed it very well, it almost looked brand new (not bad for a 5 year old car). Ill be coming here for any body/paint work.

In an unfortunate string of bad luck, I had my car hit twice in a span of 3 months. Both times I took it to The Paint Spot and both times, I was very satisfied with not only their body and paint work but also their customer service and care. Both times my car came back looking as if nothing had ever happened to it in the first place and running like normal. They handled everything through the insurance with the exception of a rental car so there was not much for me to worry about. The second time they were repairing my car, there was a problem with the manufacturers shipping department and they were not able to get the proper parts for a couple of weeks. The Paint Spot regularly called me to update me on the status of my car and worked their best to get my car back to me as soon as possible.

The Paint Spot is the only place I would ever take my car. They made the whole process easy. From the estimate to the finished product they were so professional. My car looks great!!!

The Paint Spot did a great job fixing my mirrors on my 2000 Yukon and pulling out a few dents. The employees both in the office and in the shop were knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help me find the best solution to a few problems with my car. I brought my car in after an accident and dealt with Dan. Not only did he make the car look perfect, he helped me get a ride to the rental place and offered to pick me up when it was done. He kept me up to date on the status of the repairs without me having to ask. He took a bad situation and turned it into a pleasant experience. To top it all off he had my car washed when I came to pick it up. I would recommend him to anyone needing work done on their car.

I took my car to get repaired and came back when they told me to come back, not only was my car not done, the paint was screwed up!!! I wasted my time and hard earn money on this place. I dont know if Im dealing with crooks or liars or both. Probaley both, but with the amount theyre asking you would think they would do a decent job and make my car look nice. I will never go there again nor will I recommend this place to anyone. If i can give them ZERO stars i would do it in a heart beat. Dont trust these 5 star Google reviews when everyone with 1-2 stars had the same experience has I did. Im beyond pissed. I work hard for my money and it just grinds my gears when I pay a big amount of money to have my car painted just for lazy deadbeats to screw up a simple, easy job!!!

Unfortunately i have to give this place 1 star. I wanted a rear lip/spoiler painted for my car. I went in to see how much it would be. I was told it would be $150-170. After some weeks later i go back now that i have the spending money and am told, this time, that it will be $200 + tax. Fine, i just want this painted and on my car. So i get it painted and there are a couple bubbles on the paint and a hairline scratches. After getting the spoiler, i go out to my car and check it out, make sure it still fits etc; i had left my phone on the reception counter and while i was still in the parking lot for 10 minutes, they didnt bother to come out and give it to me or after i left, didnt try to send an email, which they had. (As far as the price, when they tell you it, they give you a form and try to have you sign without telling you what it is for - i assume just to make sure you pay what price they told you it will end up being) Luckily i still had the business card, so i texted them and they said yes they had the phone, but if no one came in during the weekend, i would have to wait until Monday to get it. Yes its my bad for forgetting it, but they literally tried nothing to help me get it back in a timely manner.

Ive had them repair three different cars, and each time their work has been perfect. I wont take a car anywhere else.

They charged double their estimate. They told me it would take 2.5 days but had my car for 8. On the upside the car looks decent.

Unfortunately Ive had to use these guys more than a couple of times in the last 5 years or so for my families vehicles, but every time I have I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and the timely way it is performed.

This is the worst paint body shop in utah! My car was there for 3 weeks and still not fixed right. I waste my money and my time there. so, DONT waste your time to go to that shop!

They did a good job, but the car wasnt finished when they said it would be and pick up turned into a mess. My wife had to get the car after hours and they said they would leave the key out. Instead they locked it in the car and had to break in to get it. The employee who helped my wife was peeved at having to do his job. Overall Im dissatisfied and upset that they treated my 8 month pregnant wife poorly.

They do good work, but dont stand behind their lifetime warranty. Im done with them and wouldnt recommend.

Excellent Work - have had the Paint Spot do work on two vehicles, the first a Brilliant Yellow Metallic Lamborghini Gallardo, they did an excellent job matching the factory color, and the paint work done on the front bumper was perfect. Seconds vehicle was a pearl white Acura MDX. They repaired the re-painted the rear bumper cap after a teenager backed into it in a parking lot. Again, perfect work. Prices are fair, service quick (under 48 hour turn around), and got the MDX back fully detailed at no extra cost. Great Work Paint Spot!

I brought my vehicle here to have the bed fixed on it I had bents and messed up paint on my truck due to vandals when I got my truck back it looked like they bought a different be from an later model of truck the body lines did not match what so ever and the paint is a different shade of blue it didnt match my cab at all, so not only did they not fix my truck they wanted me to pay them 13,000 dollars,
