KSL ads are deceptive. Several of their listings say that they have options that werent even an option and are deceptive. You go to see a vehicle that says it has certain options bait and they tell you its a mistake and try to switch you to a car that is more money and may have those options. Classic Bait and Switch tactics. Its a pattern that gives reputable businesses and salespeople a bad name. Buyer beware!
Frontline auto in Bountiful is a great place to buy a car! The whole team is very helpful and super knowledgeable. It is hard to find honest people these days and they definitely give you the best car buying experience. I have bought several cars from them and I am never disappointed!

They were super helpful and not pushy. I came in with my wife, 2 year old and 3 year old, the office area had games and entertainment available with an open area, so as me and my wife went over paperwork the little kids could play. I came in knowing exactly which car I wanted to see (and end up buying) and the salesman was helpful without trying to talk me into a bobber sale. Luckily they worked with my credit union even though there were no offices in that county, so the paperwork was streamlined and quick. All in all easily one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had, went smoother than buying new from the dealership with a $1,000 up front to ship the car in from out of state. I would highly recommend shopping here.

I was shopping nationwide for a vehicle, and came across a 2017 Audi A4 on the website. I called them, and they were very receptive to me. I ended up working with Manti who I can’t express enough gratitude for. He was attentive, professional, and extremely helpful with the car buying process for an out-of-state resident like myself.I was deployed at the time, so I was unable to go see the vehicle for myself. My brother flew out and when he arrived there everybody was extremely respectful towards him. When he did his walk around of the vehicle, nobody interrupted him tried to distract him and everybody was upfront about everything that may need to be fixed on the car. Which was minimal.I read some of the negative reviews, and it baffles me. These people come with unrealistic expectations and get upset with the realistic results. The vehicle was in great condition, the only thing I needed to change wore my rear brake pads. Although this was a slightly expensive cost, I already had this factored into my car buying process.Every car buying experience is different, a lot of these bad reviews are from people who are expecting 50% off discounts and a free five course steak and lobster meal with the purchase. Do you research, have realistic expectations, and ask for Manti because he’s the best.

A great car buying experience. These guys are knowledgeable, patient, and willing to negotiate within reason. Ive read through the negative reviews and I find little value there. Honestly, it makes me feel for honest people like those at Frontline who have to deal with unreasonable customers. I see two main themes in the negative reviews: 1 - people upset that these guys wouldnt accept their low ball offer (to which I say you can always go to another dealer, there are plenty to choose from) and 2 - people who buy a used car and expect them to be in new condition (to which I say its a bloody used car - its nearly impossible to guarantee a used car so unless youre willing to buy an extended warranty you should not be surprised when your used car acts like a used car).

And the car would be ready at 5.I was at the bank getting the money for him and he sold the car out from underneath me.All he could say was how many text he gets per day and that I should have been there sooner. Even though we were talking and verifying information at THE BANK!!!I get you need to make a living, but seriously this is not the kind of guy you want to do business with.
If I could give this place no stars I would. I had been looking for a Honda Pilot for a few months and finally found one that was in my price range at this dealership. The salesman Carlos was very nice and attentive at first. We took it on a test drive and pulling out of the lot there was a very noticeable click as I turned, on the test drive we noticed it did it on both sides. My Husbands first thought was it had been in an accident. We got back to the lot and the salesman had pulled the Carfax at our request, sure enough it had been in 3 accidents involving the front end. We brought this to his attention and he acted like he was no longer interested in our business, told us it would take no more than $200 to fix it and we could fix it on our own or he would and leave the car at the price it was. $15k was the asking price which was the KBB value if it was in perfect condition. Our impression was they’re a shady company and obviously don’t care what quality of cars they sell. Stay away!
The people were no help, the dude was on his phone while I was trying to ask questions and they didn’t have any knowledge on the car and didnt have any answers to my questions. Just horrible customer service all over. The car was super dirty and had so many problems that I could not get them to talk about. The worst part about the whole experience was the fact that they sold it while I was test driving it, even though the people they sold it to showed up after I did and hadn’t even looked at the car yet. Please save yourself and don’t go hereEdit: I didn’t come on here to make stuff up but clearly they did. Their customer service was garbage and that’s that. Dodged a bullet but wanted to save others from making a mistake 🤷🏼♀️

Make sure you look at the CARFAX before. Read the reviews here as well. I am not a customer of theirs, luckily, but almost fell for it. They list their cars as clean title and on FB marketplace it will say no accidents, but the CARFAX does not match up with that. Just be cautious.

I think this is the first bad review I have ever left on google reviews. I am not one who likes conflict, so PAY ATTENTION AND DO NOT OVERLOOK!My wife bought a car from them over a month ago. We were on our way out of town one evening, and we stopped by to check out a car. While there, we saw a Toyota FJ cruiser that we really liked. They told us theyd had a lot of interest in it. We did not want them to sell it while we were gone, so we bought it and then left it on the lot for a week since they had to fix a seatbelt anyway. The mechanics in town were closed because it was about 8pm when we bought it. Our mistake was to trust them when they told us it was in good condition without taking it into a mechanic. Again, we were passing through on our way out of town, and we didnt want them to sell it while we were gone. Our second mistake was to pay full price for a vehicle that was not in the condition they said it was in. Kelly blue book priced our 2007 FJ Cruiser with 119000 miles at about 15K (Thats the price if you indicate that it is in excellent condition). We paid 16.5K!Anyways, we drive it off the lot on our way back through town, and on the way home, approximately 5 minutes off the lot, the dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree. We take it to a Toyota dealer, and the catalytic converter and ECU are both bad. The bolts to the cat were so rusted that they had to take the entire engine out and cut off the studs! We are just picking it up after all that work, and it is going to cost almost $6K.When we reached out to the dealer about these problems, they told us that we bought the car, the paperwork was already sent to the DMV, and it wasnt their car anymore. NO OWNERSHIP. They said they werent aware. Well, then your mechanic didnt look it over very well if at all.They also tried to blame it on the year and mileage of the vehicle. My dad was the GM of a dealer. My mom worked as finance manger for that dealer. ALL I HAVE EVER BOUGHT IS USED CARS. I get that they are going to have some wear and tear, but there it is a reasonable expectation that there should not be 6K worth of work to be done right off the lot especially when told that it was in good condition and when I paid full price.The only thing they said they would do was use the warranty that I purchased to submit a claim (which is something I can do on my own with a trusted mechanic). They would not take the car back or help with the expense of fixing it. By the way, the warranty wont cover a penny either.I am a husband and a father in a young family. I work hard, try to save my money, pay medical bills, pay a mortgage, and try to provide a good life for my wife, my 8 month old daughter, and myself. The cost of buying this vehicle at full price and paying for the expenses has really hurt us financially.Again, it was my fault for being impatient and not getting it checked over by my own mechanic. I take ownership for that mistake, but it is disappointing that Frontline was not willing to take ownership of mistakes they clearly made as well. My little family seems to be only a number to them. You should be able to trust people.
FRONTLINE AUTOSALES WAS SUCH A GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!! My experience with them was smooth, professional, and there was 0 stress!! I 100% recommend this dealership. With any company or dealership there are going to be bad reviews & people who want to take their anger out on everything and anything but themselves. I purchased a 2018 honda civic from them very recently. I asked very informative questions and got very informative answers back. No problems with my car at all. I am beyond happy and would recommend this dealership to EVERYONE! Thank you Manti, Carlos, and Gus for the 10/10 experience!! Will definitely be back again someday!
If you are looking to be able to negotiate price, like at any other dealership, this is not the dealership for you. I was looking for a Camry and found one that was listed at a reasonable price. However, by the Sales Rep (I use that term loosely) the car would need new breaks, tires, rotors and an oil change within the first 3-5 months. The car was listed at $19,000 and I offered $14,000 which I knew they would not accept. I did this with the intention of having some conversation about price. I was not interested in buying a used vehicle for $19,000 to then need to put another $2,000-$4,000 into it within 3-5 months and pay a $1,500 -$2,000 tax on it. I might as well go get a brand new Camry which I have done with a bigger dealership for the same price of $22,000 tax included (because these sales reps were willing to negotiate with me). The sales rep, asked if my offer was a joke and then asked why I was even interested in purchasing a car from them if it was out of my price range. He didnt even offer a counter price or try to work out a deal. He then just said had a good day and didnt care to talk to me any further. I found it ironic considering that also by his own admission the car had been on the lot for more than a month. The sad reality is I was willing to pick the car up that day, but I wanted to work out a better deal where we both benefited. This particular sales rep clearly has very little sales experience and does not know how to negotiate or work well with customers.
I cannot recommend this place enough. Anything car related, come their way. They are all about giving a smooth, authentic experience and aren’t about taking all your money / upselling you like most dealerships do.Great cars, great vibe, great experience, AMAZING owner. As a former car salesman, and someone who has bought cars from different dealerships, I can honestly say this experience was horrible. The sales rep Carlos doesnt care if you buy or are happy with your experience. He has 0 customer service and gets irritated when you question him. Gus the Owner tries to tell you hes doing you a favor when youre the one buying from them. We found the car online, we showed up and inspected the car, and we even dealt with the bank to get our loan processed... we did their job for them and we get treated with disrespect. Do Not Recommend if you can go elsewhere.

Get everything they try to sell checked with a mechanic you can trust. They know nothing about cars. Dishonest or ignorant not sure which major waste of time they care nothing for the buyer. Pre inspection saved me a big mistake nothing can give me time back:(

Update #2: I had to contact the DMV enforcement division to find out why this dealership never licensed or registered the car. I found out they had listed the car for sale illegally. They never did emissions on the car, and never even filed for license or registration. They have been charged with multiple misdemeanor crimes. A dealer can’t even put a temp tag on a car, without doing emissions. I was also informed that this dealer has committed these same crimes on numerous other vehicle sales. Check their criminal record with the DMV enforcement division, before even considering looking at a car here.Update: It has been six weeks since we purchased our car from them, and paid for emissions, licensing, and registration. We still havent received our license plates. Our temp tag has expired.Please read the other 1-star reviews carefully, and you will notice a theme. Proceed with extreme caution. They like to dismiss every negative review. Don’t be fooled by this. The reviews say it all. Any positive ones are simply people who got abundantly lucky.
UPDATE: it has now been SIX WEEKS since the car was purchased and paid for license and registration. After asking me to go do the emissions, ad then backing off, after the legality of that was questioned, they still havent sent my plates, and they wont respond to our inquiries.. Oh and.. we ended up having to pay over $5000 to replace the engine!!!! My husband purchased a car from this shady dealership and it broke down 5 days after purchasing it. Long story short - they wouldnt take the car back.. so if you want to deal with someone who is corrupt and allows patched up cars on their lot, then buy from these guys.
I HATE dealerships and the process of purchasing cars in general. Ive never had a good experience and it drove me to purchase my last car online, which turned out to be a huge mistake. But I digress. After seeing my desired car on KSL, I began to correspond with the dealership by text. I assumed the process would be daunting given I was after trade in, cash down, and some credit. I texted with Carlos for a few days and literally had to do nothing else other than fill out a form for a credit check, submit my vin and car description, and then once everything was ready I spent no more than 10 minutes in the actual dealership after receiving an amazing interest rate loan. Everything was cost effective, timely, friendly, and I have had the car for a month with no issues whatsoever. Incredibly happy and would recommend Frontline to anyone.

Frontline Auto has great cars and great customer service! They follow through on everything they promise to do and really go above and beyond to make sure the customers are satisfied. I found out about a month after purchasing a car from them that I needed to get a different battery in the car. I called them up and they said just bring it in. When I came they swapped out the battery for me in no time for one that fit the car better. I’m grateful for their kindness and concern. Gus and Carlos are awesome! We had a horrible experience with frontline auto sales. We purchased a Mini Cooper and 5 days later the car seized up on the freeway, all check engine lights came on, and it started smoking. We had to have it towed to a mechanic who found that the coolant pipe had been patched up and put back in place and there was a cream colored foam in the oil reservoir.. the mechanic tried replacing the coolant pipe and started to pour coolant back into the vehicle and coolant started leaking into the oil reservoir. When we contacted the dealership they said it was out of their hands and no longer their property. Do not work with these people!! They buy cars that are not inspected and sell them on their lot. If you end up having issues you’ll be paying thousands of dollars in addition to a new car expense! Horrible, dishonest, slimy, rude, and unprofessional!!

Best car buying experience ever. We looked into buying a car from many different dealerships, including the one we work for. Frontline had a car that was EXACTLY the same as a car from the dealership we worked at. These guys got us in quick after work and got us out only an hour later, with much more than we hoped for. They offered us an interest rate 16% lower than our work would as well as more than $200 off our monthly payments! Love love love it here.

Just double check what you are getting yourself into.Overall my experience with Frontline Auto was a positive one. The sales guys were super friendly and didnt pressure me into buying a vehicle. They made the whole process very easy as well.However, they didnt mention the cars history. They do have Carfax reports on their website, and it is my fault for not looking on their website before making a purchase (I found their ad on KSL.com).A week after purchasing my vehicle, my insurance company informed me that it had been in an accident and sold in auction. They informed me that it is typical to purchase a vehicle that would have been a branded title in stricter states and sell them in more relaxed states as a clean title. Because of this, my car is technically a clean title, but because of its history, I have to pay a surcharge for a damaged vehicle every month to my insurance. None of this information was brought up while I was making my purchase.Again, it was my fault for not asking about the cars history, so please just be aware before you make the final decision. Ask the sales team about the cars history before you purchase, consider how it will affect your insurance payment, and I would recommend having a third-party inspect the vehicle before purchase.

As you can now see, the owner even admits that my car was purchased at auction, being sold for parts only, after breaking down, he lied, and told me it wasnt. This is true of every single vehicle at this dealership. He also makes it clear that he doesnt care about his customers. He just told everyone that every pre-owned car has major problems. We all know this isnt true at all. He also just says, we cant win them all., and points out that the car was purchased as is, knowing that as is meant completely broken down, and auctioned off for parts only, before he bought it and stuck a freeze plug in it, then told me that it was perfect. A few other lies: My car was not the cheapest car on the lot. They had cars as low as $6,700 when I bought it. Mine was listed at $10K. Installing new brakes was a requirement, because the ones on the car wouldnt have passed inspection. The car isnt older, its 5-years-old. Thats NEWER. He didnt help me out at all with any money. The $1K hes talking about was part of the purchase agreement, because the clutch was in need of repair. Please read the other 1-star reviews, and look at Yelp. Frontline is defrauding every one of their customers. They purchase every single vehicle that they sell from out of state auctions, after the vehicles have become mechanically inoperable and broken down. They quickly patch them up enough to get them to run, and then sell them to unsuspecting victims. Most of their vehicles arent even clean titles in Utah (other states arent as strict about clean title regulations), and cant pass emissions. They will ask you to do emissions, after you buy the car. This was investigated and confirmed by a law firm. I’m not the first victim. I’m hoping that my review makes me the last. The owner will not help you at all. He will just point to the AS IS clause and blame you for buying the car AS IS. He will tell you that all pre-owned vehicles have critical problems. Everyone knows this isnt true. Cars that have suffered mechanical failure have critical problems. And he is selling those types of vehicles exclusively. The third time that I drove the car that I purchased from them, I was at normal cruising speed on I-15 when suddenly, the car totally seized up. It’s ruined. $6,700 to replace the engine and several engine components. I commuted to work twice, and on the third time, the car was GAME OVER. The owner had assured me that the vehicle was perfect, really clean, no problems whatsoever, and were even installing brand new font brakes., knowing that he bought the car being auctioned off for parts only. The VERY FIRST question I asked them was if they had purchased the car from an auction. He told me that it wasnt. He told me it had been purchased from another dealership in California. Just like me, youre thinking, How could they buy this from another dealership, pay to ship it here, and make any money off of it? Youre also thinking Why didnt the dealership in California just sell the car? The car looked great; nearly flawless! It would fetch more money in California, extremely low mileage, etc. Very suspect. He leveraged the COVID-19 pandemic and lied about the dealership in California not being allowed to sell anything but certified pre-owed vehicles, during the pandemic. Every word he spoke was totally, utterly false, dishonest, and fraudulent. When I asked Gus for help, he admitted that my car was purchased at auction. When I pointed out that he had promised that it wasnt, he lied about using an auction to facilitate the deal. I hired an attorney to trace every vehicle they have for sale. You know newer/low mileage/beautiful cars dont end up at auction for no reason. They end up at auction, when they become mechanically inoperable. If theyre in good working condition, they are easily sold. They bought my car at auction, agreeing that it was only being sold for parts. The engine had been flooded with coolant and damaged internally, due to blowing a plug that sits under one of the cylinder heads. It was never supposed to run again.
I had considered purchasing a car here. I was quoted a fairly good price. Once we discussed the loan and rates I discovered I was being charged nearly 40% in fees and interest. Over $2000 in financing fees and over 20% interest. Financing nearly $6000 more than quoted?!?! Didnt make sense...Therefore, I decided not to purchase the car. No paperwork had been presented or signed. I had placed a deposit of a couple thousand down while trying to decide on the finance options. Once I backed out of the purchase, the owner was very upset and decided to keep the entire deposit I had put down only 4 days prior. No previous mention of reason to keep deposit or why the fees were so high. No paperwork ever signed nor delivered from either parties. 🚩 HUGE RED FLAGBE AWARE OF ALL THEIR HIDDEN FEES ⭐ CALL THE FINANCE COMPANY TO VERIFY!!⭐DO NOT LEAVE A DEPOSIT UNLESS YOU KNOW YOURE KEEPING THE CAR. MAKE SURE THEY GIVE YOU PAPERWORK AND SIGNATURES BEFOREHAND.CHECK THE PRICE AND CHECK THE RATES AGAIN!
This place feels like its run by a bunch of teenagers. We walked in and asked one question and realized they didnt know what was going on so we just decided not to waste our time. Plus reading responses to other reviews they seem very stand offish and rude.
This was hands down the best car buying experience I have had. Gus made the process quick, no stress, great price, and very personable. I highly recommend Frontline auto sales to anyone.

Wonderful staff!! Very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. I never felt pushed to buy but rather they were just informative and wanted us to make sure the vehicle was right for us. Awesome space too! Very kid friendly since we had to bring our small children that was appreciated. So happy with our purchase and will be back again on future purchases. Highly recommend Frontline Auto! Gus, Braeden and Carlos were great to work with and know their stuff!
Great car and a great deal and some great service. Bought a Tesla Model X from them. They were great to work with. Even drove it SLC to supercharge it for me so I could pick it up fully charged. Gave me a fair trade in value as well.
Loved this car buying experience. A laid back atmosphere, while still providing quality. The office space is awesome, snacks, table tennis, and a foosball table. If you’re waiting with kids, this office makes the experience much better! 5 stars.
