Amazing service!!! We have a 2013 Ford Explorer that was having some leaks (PTU leaks) and issues with our steering! Utah Direct Auto was great to work with. They took their time to go through the vehicle, understand what was wrong and were able to fix our Explorer while keeping me informed with where they were at during the whole process. Also, they not only were great to work with but also saved me OVER $800 by not having to buy some of the parts from Ford direct. That meant a lot to us to save that money while not compromising the quality of their work. Will continue to use them and would recommend Utah Direct Auto to anyone!
I have worked with these guys in purchasing several different vehicles. Each time has been a great experience. They are fairly priced and care about their customers. I would highly recommend them!
My Husband and I recently bought a used 2004 Toyota Tacoma from Utah direct Auto and had such a great experience. Our car runs great and was well taken care of. We worked with Jason and he was such a pleasure to do business with. Overall we had a great experience and cant say enough good things about Jason and his brother, Matt. They were honest, professional, and just really great to work with.
They have some good deals on used cars. Even some under $1000 but like always you need to shop around for the best deal.
Such a great experience buying our Toyota. Jason helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for all your help.
BUYER BEWARE!!We bought a car at the end of October start of November. The first warning sign was the battery being dead. It was replaced by the dealer. Stupidly I signed thinking we were having them doing emissions and licensing. The car had to be driven to reset the check engine light, done. The light is still on. Took it back to the guys and asked if they could help out when it keeps registering not ready. At first they didnt want to help How is it my problem was the response. When it was mentioned I never would have gotten the car if it didnt pass then they decided to help. I paid over $200 for a replacement part while they paid for labor. Here we are towards the end of January and using our last temp with the DMV and the car still wont register for emissions. This is definitely a Red Flag dealership. In talking to the Motor Vehicle Enforcement Division they too said I experienced a buyer beware situation.
They do bate and switch. The car i found on KSL for sale was already purchased. But they still have the car up for sale and its been over a week.
Utah Direct Auto sales has many different options available, different from other places. I’m fast paced and really enjoy checking off everything in my to-do list, and this is how it feels like when visiting their shop. I recently bought a Jeep and it is in amazing condition and the best Value price. I looked for over a month but very satisfied with the my new car, pricing and great customer service 👍🏽
DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE THE WORST. they wont give any more than basic information about their cars and say its too much of a liability to let you test drive them. probably because there scabbed together just enough to make it off the lot than cost you more to fix than they are worth!
They were incredibly professional, personal, kind, upfront and honest. Buying a car can be difficult but they made the process easy and enjoyable.
Very happy with the service they provided when buying my car. They helped me get what I was looking for at a great price. Definitely will be coming back on my next car purchase.
Very friendly, helpful, honest, upfront about what you are buying. If you are looking for a car to get you from point a to point b this is the place to go. If you have a talent for mechanical work you can really find a good deal. Go check it out!!
I used these guys to help me sell my car. They were professional, nice, and very helpful. The time I saved by having them show the car to interested buyers was well worth the fee they charged me. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase a car from them either as they are so nice and not pushy. Highly recommended.
My daughter just bought a Audi A3 there a week ago, her husband took it back and told them that the defrosters wasnt working, they told him they should of checked it out better before buying, and gave them a card to auto repair place. I know I wont buy a car there.
BUYER BEWARE!! Giving 1 star is BY FAR more than these people deserve. If you want to buy a car that is missing vital check engine lights because the motor is blown, be my guest. Had to replace a clutch 1 month after buying, motor 4 months after buying. Also, replaced my windshield at time of purchase but didnt repair it with a heated windshield that it was supposed to have. They think they have cars made of gold. Good luck getting any compassion or understanding from them. They want your money in exchange for garbage. Trust me.
I purchased a 2012 Accord from UDA. I was very impressed with the process from start to finish. They were very respectful and answered all my questions about the car. I was impressed enough to send my nephew there as well. My nephew told them about a truck he was interested in buying and these guys went out of their way to find it for him. I will be a returning customer and highly recommend them!
To be clear I did not do business with this dealership. However I called to offer a price on a used car. Their response: nope, were good...my offer was not a lowball what so ever. I expected to have a professional response followed by a counter offer, but all I got was a nope. What a terrible way to do business and interact with potential customers. Definitely steered me away from this dealership.
Worst Experience Ever. I asked when the car had been moved to the lot. They said two weeks ago. I said, so it was running then?. They said, something like that. They must not have heard the question, but in any case, they denied they ever made any statement about when it ran. They both say they drove the vehicle. I bought it was a non-running vehicle and was aware it might have problems, but I based it on the information they told me. Matt and Jason both deny ever telling me that. When I sent a text to try and address the issue, they called me back, and then Matt called me a liar and they both deny they ever answered the question. STAY AWAY from this dealership. They fail to disclose information, and are purely out to make a buck, not keep customers happy. They draw a very thin line between legitimate business sales and a scam.
I have purchased several vehicles from these guys. Every time I go in, I have the same experience! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. I will continue to use these guys for years to come. If you want a great buying experience go see Matt and Jason! Thank you for making the car purchasing process so simple!
Easy and enjoyable transaction. Unlike other auto dealerships that I have been to, UDA didnt try to get me into a vehicle that I didnt want/couldnt afford. I asked about several vehicles they had, and they would give me the information about it. I could drive it, think about it, and they never once tried to sell me a car. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from them, and loved the process. It was quick and painless, the way I wish car buying always would go.CD
Honest and easy to talk to. I needed my van fixed I have little kids and cant wait days like other places do. They took care of me right away. Even texted me back at 10 at night. I would definitely recommend these guys.
Buying a used car can be a very difficult process, no one knows how the car was handled before you get to see it, but Matt and Jason both helped me through the process. They helped me understand that with a little home work, I could find the key points to look for in a used car. They showed me the things to avoid, and things to be aware of. They didnt push me into the car they might have made the made the most money on- they just answered questions for me and let me decide which direction I wanted to go. 5 star experience from start to finish. Buying a brand new car off the a lot would be the only way to make me feel more comfortable a car buying decision.
Great guys to work with. I am extremely happy with the car they sold me and the deal we worked out. I highly recommend them.
We were so impressed with Utah Direct Auto. They did not pressure us in anyway. Very honest in their dealings and very easy to work with. We were so grateful for their willingness to help us get a new vehicle and couldnt have asked for better service. We will back there anytime we need a new car.
Helped us find just the right fit at just the right price. These guys are as honest as they come, and go above and beyond to help you! We love our car!
Utah direct auto is amazing! Jason and Matt are so friendly and found my moms car so easily, quickly and for an amazing price. Dont look anywhere else.
Great selection of autos.
Great customer service, very personal and professional. These guys are awesome and have a great variety of vehicles. Totally recommend them.
I had a great experience. I told them all the specifications of the car I wanted and they were able to find me a car that was under book value. That was the first car I bought from them, I have since purchased another. They have a great service team for oil changes, tires, etc... They take good care of me and know my name.
Just to let you know Jason and Matt go out for the extra mile to help people buy and sell vehicles, if there is a problem they will fix it and make it right. On the other comment on the Jeep, the jeep has a lot of extras in it, front and rear lockers, lift, just put in a lot of money to get it where it can run, its old, but the rebuilt engine has less 25,000.00 on it, all the oil has been replace, because its old you need to know how to run it. when I was down 2 days ago it just started up, but sometimes if the gas is close to be empty, which I think was the problem and someone was trying to start it and flooded it, so yes will need to let sit and then re-try to start it, The Jeep passes safety and emissions each year, with no problem.
I decided I loved the Civic Si and went to Matt and Jason at UDA. My friend bought a few trucks from them and always had a great experience, he even made money on those trucks when he sold them.I went to their shop and found nothing on their lot that fit me, so they went to their auction list to see if they could find me something. No pressure at all. They found a Civic Si for me that I actually drove at one of the LHM dealerships a couple weeks prior, but of course the big dealer wanted a lot of money for a car that needed some work.Basically they were able to get that car for me and save me thousands of dollars, they fixed all the stuff on it, and they gave me a great driving car for so much less than what was being asked at the bigger dealer. These guys were great to work with and saved me big money... highly recommend going to them.
The staff was a little to pushy for me. after informing them multiple times that I was not interested in their service, they persisted on trying to make a sale from me. Other than that experience my interactions were acceptable with them. Not sure about their business model though...seems like a slippery slope for the car buyer. its not for everybody, for for others i think it would be very ideal.
They worked out a great interest rate for me.
Honest and trustworthy salesmen. Not the typical used car salesman pushy approach. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
Last dealer on earth? No thanks. Ill walk. Like the truck I found. But these guys are the definition of Used car salesmen. Not living up to what they said they were going to do then back tracking trying to find an excuse. Well this. Well that. Last week this. Still havent followed through with a simple emailing of a carfax report I had requested before sales negotiations even started. Again. Not following through with what you said you were going to do. Said theyd honor a price. Got the funds together. Take it in and now the sky is falling over 200.00. I had to use a small amount of a credit card and then they up charged me a 3% credit card fee as if running a business is a burden. I understand its all commission based and the more money you make the better off you are. But treating customers who are spending tens of thousands of dollars like Im the scum of the earth? Talking down to them and coming up with excuses for everything? Not the way I do business. PASS!
Life isnt perfect. The roads I drive are not always smooth. My used car buying experience was by no means flawless, seamless, or even close to perfect; but these guys did everything they could to be my shock absorbers! Every little bump in the road, I got a text/phone call with a full explanation from Utah Direct Auto. Im a VERY picky person and they adapted to me. I am very pleased with my experience with Utah Direct Auto because they went to bat for me anytime something came up.Buying a used car was just that; a used car. You cant expect a $40,000 new car when you spend $4,000 for a used one, but you can receive $40,000 service. If I walk into a used car lot, like UDA, I expect a friendly person to do all they can to get me in a car I fall in love with. THATS WHY IM THERE. UDA did that!!! Im am adult and thus accept responsibility for maintenance of my used car. It sure beats walking.THANKS UTAH DIRECT AUTO
Jason was very friendly and helpful. Got a great car at a great price. Overall a good experience.
This was the worst dealership experience Ive ever had. I drove 30 minutes each time to get to this dealership and check out a truck. Both times I was left sitting in the vehicle waiting 15-20 minutes for the sales guy. Needless to say I never got a test drive in. He seemed to forget both times? Also both times there were no other people checking out vehicles on the lot that I saw.. so not sure what was going on.
Avoid this dump. They didnt even have time to step out on to their lot and speak to me or my wife. Their inventory appears to be cobbled together junk.Buy at your own risk!! Ye be warned!☠️☠️☠️
I purchased a 2010 Ford Ranger about 4 years ago from Utah Direct Auto. The price was more than fair and the truck has exceeded my expectations! As maintenance and repairs have been needed, I have had the work done there at UDA/Andys and have been very pleased with their service. I will definitely go back to UDA whenever I am in the market for another used vehicle!
The most honest car shop and sales out there. Great people!
I went to look at a Toyota Tacoma on their lot and it had metal cables holding up the exhaust and muffler. I pointed that out to the dealer who was helping me and he states Oh yeah, thats normal on these Tacomas.Do I honestly look that stupid, like really?!?😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂If they would lie to someone about that, what else are they lying about? I definitely walked right out.
This was the first car dealership I went to that actually listened to me when I told them what I wanted instead of trying to tell me why I was wrong and what car I should get instead. 2 years later now and still loving my car! I wanted a Chevy Volt, everywhere else kept trying to sell me a Prius. They are not even close to the similar.
Would not purchase from them again. They did everything they could to get the sale, and then once you signed the agreement you were not helped and commitments made were not followed through on.I purchased a Truck on a Friday, and they didnt have the title to the vehicle. They told me they would call me on Monday to have me get the title from them. Monday and Tuesday passed with no word. I had to call them on Wednesday only to find out they still did not have the title. Here I am 2.5 weeks later and finally can get the title. But will they send it to the DMV for me? NOPE! They wont regardless of how far away I live from them.Once I got home with my new vehicle I got a call that they forgot to take out the dealer plates and that I had to drive out there to give them back. one more inconvenience incurred by this mickey mouse dealer. They also assured me that they probably had more keys and would take care of me when I came to get the title. NOPE! 1 key to a truck that is chipped so I got to spend another $80 to get a copy of the key. They also sent me out the door without the security sockets for the wheels, so when I took the vehicle in to be serviced they couldnt do it because they couldnt get the wheel off.Im happy with the vehicle, but I would avoid this dealer like the plague.
These guys are great! They really go out of their way to make sure you get what you pay for. Would recommend them to anybody looking to buy a car.
Took car in for new tires and alignment, they did a great job and the alignment was good. My car dri es great now.
I honestly dont know how someone can live with ripping people off every day. I bought a car and that very same day all electrics in the car stopped working, I gave the dealership a call and told them what happened, he chuckled and said that really sucks, as though my situation meant absolutely nothing.
Hears good things about this place but cant get an email back from them answering my questions.
Matt was nice but Jason was apprehensive and rude. I filled out a contract with them to buy a car and while the bank was processing the loan they sold the car out from under me. Then they were rude to me about it. They dont check out their cars, they just get them, clean them up a little, and sell them. Buyer beware, personally I would avoid them.
Approximately a month ago, I purchased a 2002 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. After discussing the vehicle with the salesman, we came to the agreement that the dealership would provide a catalyst converter and I would pay someone to install it. After taking the vehicle home and replacing the catalyst converter, multiple issues came about with the vehicle. I believe that the dealership did not fully disclose the issues known with this vehicle. After all these issues began, I returned to the dealership in hope to exchange this vehicle for something different on the lot. They then stated that I would get a trade in 2,500 dollars less then the purchase price three weeks prior. They also pawned off all the issues onto me and stated it was my problem now. Horrible experience with this dealership. They run a shady business and are unhonest in there dealings.
I bought car from them and it has been amazing!! Great people! Great place!
You will find better lemons at the grocery store.
DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLES FROM HERE!!! They sold me a vehicle that had been tampered with. The Check Engine Light had been removed and On-Board computer had been replaced with an incompatible one. $1,300 quote just to get it to pass safety/emission. I would recommend shopping elsewhere. They were unwilling to do anything to solve the problem, other than try to refer me to another mechanic for cheaper replacement parts.
I had a great experience buying my Jeep from Utah Direct Auto. Matt was extremely thorough and Id recommend buying a vehicle from them!
Very honest. they never fail us
This is a great place! Honest and trustworthy owners.
Upfront and honest. Great to work with
Came in interested in a Jeep they were showcasing at the very front of the lot, decided to stop in and take a look since Ive been shopping for an older 4x4 for several months and this one looked great. Not only were they charging far more than what the Jeep was worth but didnt have any proof of repairs or carfax to show me. additionally they acted as if the plasti-dip falling off the tires, the ceiling inside being torn and hanging down, and the chipped paint covering the vehicle werent a big deal at all. To top it all off I wanted to take it to my mechanic to see if it atleast worked well and the kept me waiting for an hour and a half while they were trying to start it and they instead wound up just flooding it and it got too late to be able to to take it to my mechanic. Dont you think if youre going to sell a car you should atleast be able to start it? What a joke and waste of my time.
Use this dealership! Do not go to auto direct utah auto in murray! They are horrible
Highly recommend them I was completely satisfied
Utah Direct Auto are the finest, most professional and most HONEST automobile dealer I have ever delt with in my 55 years of buying and selling cars! They have done everything possible to make me and my wife happy when buying, selling, repairing, or inspecting our cars, over the years. My experience with them has always been very positive! They have gone out of their way to assist me when I didnt have a decent automobile to drive. They have taken three vehicles on consignment for me and sold them for me without any problems. I recently sold a truck through them when I needed to produce the title from my credit union. The credit union ws slow i getting the title and consequently, the new buyer was anxious about receiving the title. Two weeks later, the Credit union produced the title. The new buyer was mad. The credit union was apologetic. The new buyer was mad. Unfortunately, no one has control over the DMV or a credit union. The buyer now has his title. The DMV is satisfied. The Credit union is satisfied. Utah Direct Auto has been the recipient of a very un warranted, and undeserving review from the new buyer of my former truck.Communication is always the quickest and most civil avenue to correction and satisfaction. All the new owner of the truck had to do was CALL Utah Direct Auto and they would have solved the problem.I highly recommend to the entire western states to do business with the finest, and most HONEST auto dealer I have ever met in my 75 years of business. UTAH DIRECT AUTO.I live here in Bountiful, Utah and I know these men to be of the highest character! We all know there many bad business people out there. Please know that UTAH DIRECT AUTO is one of the truly good guys in the car business.I am not afilliated in any way with Utah Direct Auto. My review is my experience, only. For a truly great experience in buying a car, go see them. I checked 5 STARS! this review only shows four. They are a FIVE STAR DEALERSHIP!
I will probably go back, they were good. I mentioned interest in specific car and they told me exactly what may be wrong with it.
They post ads for cheaper cars and you go there and the ad doesnt say the car doesnt run so you wasted time and money to get there.
I bought a car from here for $6,000. I had to pay $8,000 in repairs. Total cost $14,000. You might have to pay for the car twice. I would NOT go here.
Got a great deal and great truck from Jason.
I bought a Chevy traverse from these guys. They found what I wanted, had the SUV shipped to me and still saved me a bunch of money.
Matt and Jason are two really honest guys and I do all of my business with them
No nonsense dealer great inventory
They were not honest with the car they sold me at all.
Ive had problems with my car that I bought from them from the start. Ive spent more on repairs than I did actually purchasing the car.
Good place for dealing!
Bought a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 from these guys on Saturday by Thursday night the transmission was toast. Didnt even put 100 miles on it, they had to of known they sold me a lemon.
Very nice people
Loved the experience!
The best people
Its ok
