Danielle is a rockstar!!!!! She is sweet and kind, in her own beautiful rocker kind of way. Let me just say go to her. She truly cares.She will take care of you. If you can go during the workday (not Saturday) it will be a little easier on her. She seems to be very busy on the weekend. I was the first one in on Saturday and she got me in and out in less than an hour. I felt bad for the people that came in after but I promise she took care of all their needs also. She is very popular and everyone that walks in the door is family to her.Keep paying it forward sister!!!! If I still had employees I would try and steal her away but I dont think she would even listen. She loves what she does and she has GOT you!!!!

I was so pleased with the manager, Danielle at cricket. She had many people come in when I was there. She was so kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helped everyone quickly and happily. She was able to multitask and help everyone with what they needed and get them in their way. I was so impressed and she made my visit snd my two year olds visit fun! And she helped me get all the right phones for my whole family! I had to go back to the store later in the day to fix a mistake I caused on one of the new phones and the other two girls there were so kind and helpful too and quickly fixed my phone.

I am so impressed with the Bountiful location and customer service. They have always been on point I never had a preference on locations until going into that store. Always helpful . Ive purchased 3 phones on 3 different occasions and always walked out impressed with customer service. I want to give a shout out to the employees there for going above and beyond to help. I just left the bountiful store after getting a phone line added to my plan for my 9 year old daughter and was so impressed by the the level of customer service provided by Danielle and Austin. It was a special time as it was my daughters first phone and they made the experience so awesome and exciting for her and painless for myself. They also recommended and showed me how to do the parental guarding to protect her and allow her to use it worry free.

The always frustrating thing about cell phones is that at some point you have to upgrade and honestly waiting on the phone for help is exhausting. Plus the booklet or pamphlet is ridiculous. But when I need a quick answer I come to the store and they always answer questions to solve my issues. They also talk to me as if I had never had a phone before. No question is answered condescendingly. If I ever have to move I just hope that the next store is as helpful professional.

All around amazing environment. Great service all my question answered even the ones i felt might had been pretty stupid. After that you get 25$ per referral and they get 25$ as well. Cheap phones no contracts and amazing phone plans. Come down to see them for any phone needs and for phone service

By far the worst experience Ive ever had concerning phones. Purchased a handset on 8/12/19. Returned 8/13/19 told them I hated the phone and wanted to return it. Amy the so called manager, told me she didnt have enough cash to return it and would call me when she could complete the transaction. Two days this went on until I went into the store and demanded my money back. Still no money but I did receive a phone call stating that because my purchase was over 75.00 dollars they would have to issue me a check. Save your money and go elsewhere. No wonder they only pay the manager 12 dollars an hour. You get what you pay for... Parthetic

Very disappointed by this location. This dealer basically robbed me of $7. The lady working added a protection plan to our account without asking us. I only realized this because I had bought the same phone in a diffent location about 2 days prior and it was exactly $7 cheaper. Upon looking at my receipt, I realized they had charged us for this protection plan without asking. I went back inside immediately and was told they would cancel but couldnt refund me. They told me in was indeed canceled from our plan. Unfortunately that was a lie too. When I got home and looked at our plan features, it was STILL there, just set up to start the following month! I couldnt believe it! I changed it online immediately but I still feel so wronged. Dont ever visit this retailer!

08/08/2017 Yesterday, 08/07/2017 went to Cricket Wireless in Bountiful, UT. Address: 390 N 500 W Ste H, Bountiful, UT 84010. I arrived around 11:10 shortly after they opened. There was an advertised posting for a new phone when you purchased their phone plan. They told me the safe they kept the phones in was locked and they couldnt get into it, so the manager would have to go to the other location to pick up a phone. I went home to get my account information to unlock the phone after being at the store for approximately 2 hours. During this time, there were 3 other people who came in and 2 of them that were there when I left because of problems. I paid for the plan in cash ($77.39 with tax) at 3:06 PM and was told I would not receive a free phone because the person ringing me up forgot to ring it on my charge and the district manager at this point would not approve it. After returning home and noticing my phone wasnt receiving texts and feeling like I had been deceived, I decided I did not want to deal with this company. They would not refund my money, except for the sim card. I went back into the store within an hour of the transaction, dated 08/07/2017 @ 4:17 PM. You do not want to deal with these people ! They are dishonest
