I went in to cancel one of the line that’s connected to my plan and they gave me a 611 number to call and I’m over here sitting here for an hour but no one is answering still! This is ridiculous that I’m wasting my time going over there and not wasting more time sitting here waiting for them to answer smh!

My husband and I went into the store today so he could upgrade his iPhone. We were immediately greeted and assisted by Cora. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and provided several options to meet our needs. She took the time to answer each question we had to ensure we felt taken care of. We ended up upgrading his phone as well as purchasing “Tvision” - their new cable service. They didn’t have the device and remote we wanted in addition to the service at their store, so the manager, Jace, drove to another location to pick one up for us. Incredible customer service! The overall energy felt welcoming and all the employees were nice. Very happy the experience was so great - this location is better than any other stores we’ve visited. Thank you Cora and Jace!

I had an amazing customer experience with Jace. He helped us through some difficult and long problems switching from our current carrier to T-Mobile. He was patient, knowledgeable and even stayed an hour past closing to make sure we were taken care of. Anyone wanting to switch to T-Mobile should visit this location and ask to work with Jace. Note to management - He was attentive to everyone coming in, has great people skills and helped keep everything running smoothly even while really busy and helping us. This is the kind of leader you want to keep. Keep up the good work!

I had a unique interaction with T-mobile and the manager at this location AFTER cancelling my service. I moved to a new carrier because my employer subsidized my phone through a different company (I never had any major issues with T-mobile). Because of some miscommunications and issues (which happen everywhere and with any company), I was billed for a phone I had returned. I was very worried that they would tell me to take a long walk, since I was no longer their customer and they had no real incentive to try and keep me happy. On the contrary, the service center was responsive and understanding and eventually got me in touch with the manager in West Bountiful. He saw the issue and instead of blaming me and digging in his heels (which he could have easily done, since I had no real recourse) he told me he would dig into it and see what could be done. A bit later I got a call from him letting me know it was all squared away and I was good to go.It is easy for people to be friendly and helpful when they are trying to get your business or get something out of you. It is very rare for anyone to go out of their way for you when they know they probably wont profit from you anymore.

Went in last week Friday to purchase a new phone and I’m loving my new Note 9!😏 Braden the store manager assisted me with my purchase and he was very professional from the second I walked through the doors til the end. Even when they closed he stayed 40 minutes passed closing just to make sure my new phone was up and running AND answered any questions I had.Today(Monday)- I had to rush in because I cracked my glass at work and there he was again Mr. Braden to the rescue even when he was about to leave to go home he stayed behind just to to replace my glass and made sure everything was okay. Everyone in that store is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and takes very good care of their customers. Outstanding customer service!! Love this store...Thank you,

Hunter was efficient, got-down-to-business in a friendly way, and quick to serve. I needed to replace the screen protector on my iPhone XR. I’ve had trouble in the past with other employees not being able to pull up my account, etc. Hunter did it within 3-4 mins and everything was squared away with my car still warm when I drove off.

Young staff with tactless customer service. Austin was more worried about a mosquito bite on his arm, which he asked me to look at then resolving my cell phone issue. I was asked to contact service twice during my visit even though I had called and was advised to come into the store. Then he did an “add on” to my phone and didn’t tell me it was re-occurring purchase. This is my last time to this T Mobile store. Worst experience with T-Mobile since 2004.

Lots of bad customers come here -- the whole area is full of really stuck up people who think the world owes them everything and they deserve to be treated like saints.This location is excellent. I am a prepaid customer, with my phone unlocked phone. T-Mobile went out of their way to get me what I needed, even though it is barely any money for them, a $30 subscription. Highly recommended.

I was a TMobile customer for over 15 years and I always had great service at this location. Even when I cancelled my service because I got a package deal elsewhere they were super helpful getting my account closed out and the equipment I had returned. Great service and a good selection of phones and accessories.

I intended on purchasing a battery pack yesterday afternoon. However the representative told me that I had to be put on a waiting list. I explained that I simply would find the product I desired, pull it off of the display rack myself, pay for the item and complete my visit. She told me Im sorry but but you still need to be put on the list. I asked her how long it would take before I would be able to pay for my item, she told me that the current wait time was 30-45 minutes. Finding this absolutely absurd, I explained that I wasnt there to purchase a phone or discuss contracts, just wanted a battery pack. She insisted that I be put on the waiting list. This all occurred around 5:15 pm. Absolutely ridiculous. So I told her that she was wasting my time and I left the store. I traveled to the Centerville store and was able to buy my battery back without being placed on a waiting list.

They lie and tell you whatever you want to hear to make you sign up. I was told there are no contracts and its month to month. Up until now that I switched services and suddenly it was in the contract (that isnt supposed to exist) that I pay the final month bill even though I cut service on the first.

I spoke with Mr. Nathan. I have had Verizon for over 10 years and with being military I would be traveling more recently to different countries. I explained to him that I wasnt looking right off to change plans but that I have 400 questions. He was extremely helpful. He was able to answer every question I had including giving Pros and Cons of what TMobile has. He definitely was not there to sell me a phone and for the service I have seen, everything not just including cell phones it was a huge break. Including the customer service when contacting TMobile to ask questions (When I finally decided to switch over) everything has been so great. I would highly recommend these guys, everyone in that store were very friendly. Give Nathan an A+!

The customer service sales guy was very impersonal. He damaged my phone and the store manager had to fix it. I added a line to my account and bought 2 new phones because he told me they had a 15% military discount, but I had to call customer service to apply it. I call and was surprised to hear not only is it no longer offered, but it hasnt been for over a year! So the sales guy flat out lied to me. Dont go to this store. Horrible customer service and liars. Was wrongly charged for the Plus and he said he would add the credit to my next bill...and it is still not there!

I went in with a problem with my iPhone 6 and Allison took care of me. Whitney was also able to suggest an awesome protective screen for my phone and while I was checking out, Tucker found a better plan that worked for me and my family that was less expensive than the plan I am on right now. To top everything off, they gave me a free TMobile router to help with poor cell service in my home and better WIFI calling. I was beyond impressed with the service and friendly staff that were there to help me out and went above and beyond. Thank you Allison, Whitney and Tucker!

Terrible customer service. Went in to make a quick payment on my account. No one acknowledged I was there. I stood for about 15 minutes until I was told that I have to wait until everyone finishes phone setups before I could make my quick payment. Unfriendly staff and terrible and organization and prioritizing.

The last 3 weeks have been an absolute mess with T-Mobile and not a single employee, in person or over the phone, was able to or willing to help me. I even had one employee at the Centerville location tell me that it sounded like a personal problem and they hoped I’d be able to figure it out.I went in ready to cancel my line and just go over to Verizon. Bradon, the store manager, is the one who helped me and he went above and BEYOND to make sure I was taken care of. He let me vent my frustration, didn’t get impatient with me or tell me I was SOL. He was able to help me with my problem, contact all the necessary parties AND upgrade me to the new iPhone X!I highly, HIGHLY, recommend coming to this location for all your T-Mobile needs. This experience alone will keep me in the T-Mobile family. Thanks Bradon!!

After visiting a couple of different stores in my search for a new cell phone/ service provider, my search finally ended here! Braden and the store manager greeted me the moment I walked into the store. They allowed me to look around at my own pace without any pressure but were still plenty willing to answer my questions. They were extremely knowledgable and did not try to upsell me in any way (they actually helped me decide that a less expensive phone would be a better fit for me than the 5S which was $300 more).The entire process of entering the store and leaving with a new smartphone containing all of my previous contacts took about an hour. They also gave me a great deal on a few accessories that I wanted and installed a free screen protector on the phone. I would highly recommend shopping here.

Wow, wow, wow. T-Mobile is the greatest cell phone carrier out there. My family and I used to be on AT&T but switched to T-Mobile for a better deal and havent regreted it since. Not only were we able to keep our old phones and numbers, we also got a free Samsung Tablet, A free gear VR headset, and a Samsung Galaxy S7 for $100. Also, the customer service was phenomenal. They helped us a lot and made sure we understood all of the process. Fast forward a little and now 2 of our lines are free and we get their HD streaming add on free. T-Mobile is incredible. Update- Now T-Mobile offers Netflix for free! They just keep getting better and better!

I have had several problems here. This is the closest one to where i live. I go out of my way to go to the one in centervile because they never seem to be able to help whenever i need it. i went in today to get help with a pre order for a Galaxy s8+ and the employee told me my order was canceled because i didnt sign something. he then told me if i wanted he could just sell me the phone now that it was out. They didnt have the color i wanted and was told to check the Farmington station store.I went to the one in Centervile where i was told my order wasnt canceled and was helped with everything i needed. Not to mention they were really friendly vs the bountiful one, where it seems they want to get rid of you.

The store its great costumer service great i been with t-mobile for more than 8 years the service was good overall but this year so far its been horrible theyre mobile service when to ok to really bad i have to be alone for my phone to work if im with someone else that has t-mobile either theyre phone works or mine does i dont get it then i call them and all they tell me its how they work now great do im paying 130 for unlimited network but if someelse with t-mobile its in the same room ad me my service will not work great.

Ive been a customer with T-Mobile for more than 10years, about a year and 3 months I bought 2 Samsung S4 phones for my 2 teenage boys. The 2 phones stopped working within 5 days from each other. I went to this store to buy a new phone and “Jesse refused to helped me, because I didnt have my ID on me!! Instead of him suggesting go home, get your ID and come back, he just totally replied “no to all my questions and refused to assist me, when I told him that I had received awful customer service from him, he replied with “I dont think so”, I truly believe that who ever is in charge of making the employees feel their customers welcomed, doesnt even know whats truly going on at the store. Today I had to have my 2nd sons phone replaced and yet again I got the same “Jesse guy. I didnt want to be rude, so I stood quiet, so immediately he started calling his co-worker ( a girl who had been there since the incident 3 days ago) and he asked her to tell the manager. So the manager Corbert and 2 girls (employees) started chatting all starting at me and my son, I couldnt feel more harassed by them and JESSE who grabbed another girl employee and they were just laughing at the fact that the manager “Corbert was ok with everything that was going on. Im def going to file a complaint and take my business to another company that truly cares about their customers regardless their ethnicity!!!!!

I have been a tmobile customer for the last 11 years and so I was shocked and appalled at the customer service I recieved by Colton at this location. I pulled up at 8:59 and a guy was unlocking the front door as another employee arrived. By the time I got out of my car, 9:00 on the nose--plenty of time to grab a new sim card and get my son to preschool--he had relocked the door! The store is supposed to open at 9, yet there two employees stood just on the other side of the door having a chat until 9:05.When they finally did let me into the store, I explained that I just need a new sim card as the one in this phone cant be reactivated. I let him know that Id been on the phone with customer service for quite awhile the day before and wed come to the conclusion that I just needed a new sim card. Without looking up my account, without looking at me Colton sighed deeply and said, Fine. Thatll be $15. I kindly asked him to look at my account because Id been told that I wouldnt be charged for a new sim card. Indifferently he said, Wont matter. We still have to charge you for a sim card. If you want you can call customer service and have them credit your account after.By now its 9:10 and Im a bit annoyed. I have had to replace sim cards before and I have never had a problem. Its never taken me more than 5 minutes to walk into a T-mobile store, have them install a new sim into my phone and be back on the road. Here I was 10 minutes in, 5 of which were standing just outside the doors after they should have been open. So I use one of the phones there in the store and call customer service where I am treated very kindly by the woman on the phone. She apologized that I was having to go through such hassle to just get a new sim card, she credited my account and she even made sure to have me ask Colton what the tax on that $15 sim card was going to be so I didnt have to worry about that.Luckily that phone call reminded me why Ive been a t-mobile customer for 11 years, in spite of sometimes spotty signal over the years. Their customer service has always been excellent and their price has always been competitive with their peers. If I had to deal with the service I got at the Bountiful location, I would not still be a customer today.The moral of the story? Avoid the Bountiful location and all will be well.

The staff is friendly but they may not have your best interests in mind. My wife went in to have her damaged/malfunctioning phone replaced under our JUMP! insurance plan. After all the dust settled, instead of replacing her old phone under the insurance plan, which is what she really wanted, they foisted on her a new phone and $730 in debt. They confused her with the different numbers associated with the transaction and left her thinking that we wouldnt owe any more money than what we already did.They claimed that the old phone was owned by the company and they couldnt return it to us and unroll the transaction.As a result, Ive canceled our JUMP! plan and signed up with SquareTrade - SquareTrade insurance is much less a complete rip-off and I encourage everyone to take a look at it, youll save literally hundreds over the life of your device.
