I’ve been a long time customer since they were in the little mobile Sips in front of Kmart.I love Sips drinks and their syrups are like none of the other shops around. They are different and so yummy. I’m a regular (daily) and the staff is new. I get the same thing yet it tastes different every time :(I tell them when I go please please please don’t mess it up. Maybe 2/10 times it’s correct and tastes so yummy.I miss the old staff that actually cared when it was the small shop down by the old Kmart.These young kids only care about putting in 5 pieces of ice and soda spilling down your drink and shutting the window. It’s so sad. Wished they’d get some training and actually be held accountable for it.#missingtheoldsips

I absolutely adore this location and prefer it to other big-box coffee shops around the area. The staff is always bright and friendly, the wait may be a bit longer but you are supporting a local business with great hand-crafted drinks. They have lots of variety, great bites too, and a convenient drive-thru. Their special blend of chai is to die for and their loyalty system is great if you are a returning customer. Overall I love coming here and have made it a stop on many a morning commute!

I love going to SIPS for our daily stress-relieving drinks. The manager is so friendly and sweet and always remembers our drink orders. Shes the best! The customer service is great and their Diet Coke with lime and coconut combo is better than any other soda shop out there! Also love the cookies. So conveniently located next to the gym and the car wash, two places I also frequent, although I often take the 3 minutes out of my way to hit the SIPS drive-thru if Im getting on the freeway, too. I appreciate the discount with their loyalty program. Lots of things that keep me coming back! Highly recommend.

Generally very slow. They dont mix their drinks well, and everything is too sweet. Apparently they got rid of their 12 oz hot size, which honestly is annoying more than anything. Its in a convenient location, just wish it was better.

Ive been coming here for years. The staff is awesome usually but Lately its been really disappointing. Reading all the reviews the management seems to not take any accountability or efforts to fix the complaints that are coming in but instead provide with an excuse. The phone numbers on the site are not working. Here is my complaint for others to see and I hope you fix your business practice SIPs before you lose more customers. Our last interaction we came in at 7:35, were told that they cant make our smoothie because it takes them a while to clean the blenders and they stop making the smoothies 30 minutes before closing doors. HELLO!! this effects your business, schedule employees after business hours for clean up hours. Dont have this effect your customer. This is also a new thing because we have come multiple times in the past years and never had this issue. Part #2 of this complain, He has the audacity to ask for a TIP after this, like really? I will tip you if I feel like this was earned. This is terrible business manners. Yes other businesses ask tips but doesnt mean you need to think of it as a norm and that it is ok. It is bad business practice, what ever your reason. It puts your customer in an awkward position, makes you feel like if you reject it they will do something to your drink. You lose customer trust. It should be a BIG DEAL to you if the customer trusts you!!!!!! If I want to leave a tip, Ill ask to do so on the card.

This place seems to be getting worse every time I visit. It was great when I first started going. Pretty sure my iced coffee was just milk and syrup flavoring. I just threw it away after trying when I got home. That was my last visit.

I am shocked at some of the reviews for this place. I have been coming to SIPS for years and cant get enough. Best drive-thru soda/coffee shop in Utah by far—I lived in Orem for school and frequently made the 50-minute drive up just for a 44oz Colaholic. The flavors are great and the staff are amazingly friendly. If they make a mistake, theyre always so apologetic and understanding, plus very quick to fix and replace the drink. I love SIPS with all my caffeine-dependent heart.

The egg sandwiches r pretty yummy here. I had to order another egg sandwich after eating the first one.. the coffee is alright.

We were the only cars in the drive thru when we got there. After about 10 minutes they brought us out the wrong drink a single soda. Then another single drink without our second. Drinks were not great when we finally got them. My mocha tasted like watered down Swiss miss that wasnt mixed all of the way. Threw out our drinks and went elsewhere.

So my wife and I have been coming to sips since it opened. We have loved the food and service. However in the past few weeks or so they started asking for a tip when you use a card. For me being someone who has worked in the food and hospitality industry this is not something you ask for this is something you earn. It made me frustrated this morning and I said no when asked because how irritating it made me feel and then I felt uneasy they may have done something to my coffee. As a customer I should not feel this way. I should not feel like I have to give a tip when asked and then feel like something may have been done to my food. If you want a tip then do something for it don’t ask for it. I will be heading back to the old coffee shop for awhile.

This place mostly does coffee and breakfast type items.I go for the soda. Theres good flavor combos.The first and second time I went I needed some suggestions and they were super helpful. They have a few caffeine free options including coke.Prices are good too! I normally do fiiz and occasionally swig, Sips has better prices 🧡 and they have a rewards program 🙂

These folks are great. The line gets a bit long but they manage it well. Ive done sandwiches, cookies, coffee, and soda from here and nothing has disappointed yet.

Was a regular customer but got a order that was not made right I called and after I got to work and let them know was told just come back for a cup of flavoring. I am at work and cant leave and that is all they could do for me. I spent $34.00 and was not happy at the service of spending that much.

I frequent SIPS because it is my neighborhood coffee place, and I would have given then a 5 star review since they opened, but lately they have slid into the territory of just okay. I have been a fan of their vanilla or coconut cream cold brew, and also the flavored lattes. It must be that their current team does not know how to prepare or flavor them. Whats the point of ordering and paying for extra flavor shots if the beverage doesnt taste like its flavored at all? SIPS, please train your team on how to properly measure flavors for all beverage sizes. If I order a 12 oz, or a 24 oz, it should be equally delicious no matter what size, iced or hot. You are making a good profit off my 24oz order, so please make the extra cost worth it. Im not paying for the extra ounces for nothing but extra ice and unflavored coffee. And speaking of the cold brew coffee, if I come by in the afternoon, it tastes more like iced coffee than cold brew. Again, Im paying extra for the mellow, rich flavor of cold brew. What Ive been getting lately is more like regular, bitter iced coffee. If all you have available is iced coffee, please just tell me and let me decide what I would rather have. ALSO when you offer a reward program, make sure your employees offer to take my number every time. I should not have to ask them if they are going to take my number. It would also be nice if you would give me the option of redeeming my discount right away, or saving it for another time. I will still continue to be a loyal customer, but I want to give this review so you can have feedback that will help make your customers more happy.

I asked the girl working the drive thru for recommendations and she was great, I got an Irish cream iced latte which is very sweet compared to my usual coffee but still delicious. I’m happy to have a local coffee place to support.

Ive consistently gotten good coffee and quick service here. They carry oat milk, which is awesome. The staff are friendly and the drive thru moved pretty quickly.

I did not think the food was good, it tasted like something you could buy for a cheaper price at a grocery store. The coffee was so over sweeted it was hard to drink.

I come here all the time for a Vanilla latte :3 I also like there sandwiches and they are better then starbucks to be honest. I think they are cheaper, too. Which is better! Screw over-priced big business and support the local economy

Their coffee was great, fresh and very hot. I got the cappuccino. I didnt know what dry or wet capuccino meant. Ended up getting a wet cappuccino and was very good.

A hot chai tea latte with nutmeg is my go to, always! i’ve been coming here since 2011, when they were still a trailer in a parking lot! congratulations, Sips!🙌🏼

I went out of my way to come here because the breakfast sandwiches and energy drinks looked so good. It was well worth the drive. I don’t live close but I will be back as often as I can to indulge in this deliciousness! The breakfast sandwich on rosemary ciabatta bread was to die for.

Worst coffee ever.Got two of the same Iced coffees; one was a salted caramel latte, Rich and smooth and sweet.The other was 80% water.Five bucks for water with a bitter coffee Aftertaste.Plus, no dog treats; I’ve never seen a coffee stand that doesn’t have something for my dog.It’s fairly obvious that the focus is on cutting corners to save money rather than take care of their customers.

Ive driven past Sips for years on my way to work. When Covid hit the other guys shut down and Sips just had the longest lines! Turns out it was for a good reason! Coffee is great, staff is nice and they get you on your way quickly. Weve gone back a bunch since our first time.

We have always loved SIPS. They have great drink flavor choices and their breakfast sandwiches are so delicious. The owner has always been so nice and the staff is super friendly. It seems like they may have sold to someone else or a new owner took over because the portions on the sandwiches seem a lot smaller than they used to be but the price is the same. It doesnt take away from the fact that they are delicious but I just hope they didnt sell to someone who only cares about money. We love supporting family owned businesses. 10/10 menu items!

Awesome coffee shop with tons of variety, huge portions, and delicious breakfast sandwiches. My large coffee was bigger than my forearm, no joke. And the best part- it was delicious!! Highly recommend for the great people, drinks, and easy drive through access.

Coffee quality is inconsistent.Spending $7 on coffee shouldnt be a gamble, and they wont make it right if your coffee is terrible. Yesterday I ordered a iced coffee with soy and received only the soy. I opened the lid, mixed the contents and I didnt see any coffee. I will not be returning.

I recommend the This Gets You Fat breakfast sandwich and the IDK How I Would Take My Morning BM Without This coffee. Great combo

Are you all even aware that there is a worldwide pandemic happening right now?? I have been a long time customer at SIPS and Ive always enjoyed them but tonight I went there and was disgusted. Your employees should be wearing gloves at ALL times. And they need to practice good hygiene. The boy helping me was wearing a dirty old sweater, had greasy hair and horrible dandruff. And youre still allowing customers to pay with cash?! Come on!! People are literally dying!! I cant support a business that isnt taking this seriously.

It is frustrating when you check how long breakfast is served, show up 15 minutes before only to find the slowest moving line. It is even more so when you finally make it to the window 20 minutes later to be told breakfast has been put away and is no longer served.Wont be back. Poor customer service.

Coffee and chai were mediocre and served in Styrofoam cups. We also ordered small cup of whipped cream for our dog at the first window, and were refused it at the second window because of “corona virus” which makes no sense. The whole experience was a disappointment.

We got a variety of cookies to try and share. We couldn’t taste any of the flavors because they all tasted like coffee. I don’t think there was coffee in them? We could smell strong coffee on the box they were in as well, thinking it was just in and on everything.

Tasty drinks and treats! Very popular (as with most soda places these days) so expect a bit of a wait.

Let me personally say that Ive never actually had their food, but Ive been here multiple times to pick it up for others. I consider my dog to be a bit of a sausage connoisseur, and Ive gotta tell you, Ive never seen him go full Guy Fieri on a morning round sausage like he does here. The next day though... whew! LOL.Anyway, good place if youve got a doberman-pitbull mix at home who doesnt take no for an answer.

All their drinks (and breakfast foods) are great! And if you go here, youre supporting a local business. The employees are all incredibly nice, too.

Cold brew hardly tasted like coffee, the iced coffee and breakfast sandwich were tolerable. Im sure the other drinks are good, but I wouldnt go here for coffee again unless I was just looking for a quick caffeine boost. Great banana bread though!

The staff has gotten 100 times better the last few months. And that is why I give 5 stars. Thank you for finding people who take it seriously and fix your drink with no hesitation if it needs be. Before like others said it was a bunch of teenagers who didnt care about the customer at all. I dont know if it is because they were educated on their duties or knowledgeable about what they were making. But I am very happy to say the last few times have been so good and the people were sweet.

What caught my eye is the cute building! After driving by a couple times I decided to try it on my way to work and I literally wasn’t even there for more than 2 minutes. The service was fast and friendly, and the drink was delicious!!! I will definitely be coming back to try more things on their menu.

I go here every day and usually love it. Today I went and got a snow cap with diet Dr Pepper and extra vanilla. When the kid opened the window to hand me my drink, he had his hood on and wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. Kind of just threw the drink at me. The drink was disgusting. It was definitely not Dr Pepper and had absolutely no flavor.

For sure go check out these guys. Coffee soda you name it they will make you love it. Always fun friendly and just sweet good people.

Best place in bountiful to get a great coffee. But you have to try their dirty chai. Its the best In house Chai- dont forget they have a loyalty program. Just give them your phone number before checkout for discounts! This place also has good drinks andEndless options.

Good customer service, greats variety of drinks (if you want soft drinks). Just wish they had more coffee & tea type drinks and frappe flavors like Green Tea Frappe as I like to go here instead of Starbucks. I get it though, they don’t specialize in the same drinks as Starbucks. They do have a punch card, so buy 10 drinks get one free, that’s nice.

Went to get a quick coffee and breakfast, the breakfast sandwiches were good and my breve was fine but my boyfriends latte was chunky! Scrapped the top off and my daughter thought it was oatmeal. Unsure if the milk was bad, or what. Couldnt find a way to post a picture. Tried to call them but no answer.

Oh my holy gooodness! I visited this pleasant little Sips shack from Colorado hoping that the coffee would be just as amazing as some of our best run places here. Lets just say my expectations were blown away, my taste buds danced! SO YUMMY! My service during my week long stay was met with kindness and joy! Good job ladies! Thanks for making this part of my experience memorable ;) Not sure what some of these other crazy low reviews are talking about shacking my head loudly cant make them all happy!

Ive been here 3 times and my experience is as follows:1st time: order taker very nice. I order 2 drinks, both drinks were good. Very happy with taste. A bit pricey.2nd time: get just 1 drink. Its ok. Tastes different then the previous time. Still $2 more then Starbucks charges. Not nearly as good as Starbucks.3rd time: Try again today because maybe last time was just a bad day. Order the way the previous order taker told me order verbatim as he told me so it would be cheaper. Girl order taker still charges me almost $5. Says she doesnt know what hes talking about. Fine. I just want my drink. Pull up to get my drink and its made wrong. Way watery and no cream. Unlike other reviewers she does take it back to fix it. But its wrong AGAIN. I give it back and ask her to to fix it . The girl making the drinks cops an attitude and asks the order taker if how I wanted it is what I asked for. The order taker confirms that yes I did. FTR I heard the order taker tell the coffee maker exactly what I wanted. . She attempts to make it again. 3rd time is somewhat a charm and its palatable but still not right. I left because at this point there is 2 cars behind me and they have no clue why 1 12oz drink is taking so long.Wont be back for coffee. Will mostly likely go back to try the soda drinks.

This place is awesome! I get their lattes or a soda after work. Cant wait to try a breakfast sandwich. I dont understand the negative reviews. If theres something wrong with your drink tell them. Ive had them add or fix my drink a few times never have they been rude about it, unlike Swig who are always rude.

I just came from Sips. I had a problem with my order, and asked for a replacement, and was told it was against store policy per the owner. Fine. I kind of dont get upsetting a customer over a drink that costs 20¢ to make, but policy is policy. What was unacceptable is the way I was treated by not one, but TWO employees. They acted like my request for a new drink was an abomination. They would not provide their names nor the owners contact information. One of them, after snarling at us for our entire conversation, slammed the window in our face--and I mean SLAMMED, like a petulant teenager--and then another employee saw fit to come back, open the window, and say, Thats what you get for being rude! What school of customer service is this? Any other business would fire both these employees. Disgusting.ETA: We have just heard from the owner, and he asked that I edit my review to reflect our conversation, and I am happy to do so. The owner of this establishment apologized for the way his employees treated me, but laughed and said he has no control over their behavior and he can do nothing to stop them from acting this way in the future. The rest of the conversation was spent with him explaining how we were wrong for getting upset, and begging us to remove our negative reviews, as they could be damaging to his business.

Always love the staff. They even know our mothers constant order when we get her one too. However I wish they would better set up the drink system. My drink gets messed up all the time. And as a diabetic. A mistake between diet and not sodas is more extreme than night and day. Better tasting than SWIG though

Im loyal to this place, however once I forgot my wallet, so no drink for you. They see me daily I felt they should have just said, get us next time. So I drove home got my money $2.30 returned paid, said wow that stayed Hot, she said oh we through it out and made a new one. So I have to pay the drain does not. Im still loyal, they know my order, they are young kids. Great Place

Absolutely disgusting customer service experience. Ordered a beverage, took one sip and it was not good. Handed it right back through the window and asked for something else. Was told I had to BUY ANOTHER DRINK and that she would not replace it. I said I just wanted my money back. She refused. After her refusing to give me a manager or owners info, I said I would not leave until I got a drink or my money back. She slammed the window in my face in the middle of me speaking. Unbelievable, poor way to handle an extremely simple issue over a drink that was less than $2. I will never be back.

Usually pretty great. Today though if you are going to run a soda shop then the drinks need to be great since thats all you have. Mine today was supposed to be coconut lime coke, there is some lime flavor but no lime wedges to be found and I got a bit of coconut at the very beginning but nothing now at all. Also dont hand me 2 drinks that both have soda on the sides of the cups I really dont need sticky hands. Last and most importantly dont touch the top of my straw with your bare hands that you have just been taking money with. Not good at all.

The drinks here are great. Theyre drinks are sweet but they don’t overpower the coffe taste.. Ive been trying a lot of coffee places lately, and Sips is one of my favorite spots.

This place has the best coffee in town, but they also have an unfortunate tendency to drown that coffee in syrup. I say this as a huge baby who doesnt like black coffee, but man, its overwhelming even when I ask for half the syrup. About 80% of the time, I can expect to get a cup of diabetes. The other 20%, however, really is the best.I also wish they would switch to paper cups; Those foam cups will be in landfills forever.

Too bad I saved my free cups of coffee card for just Incase scenarios (Pandemic)... only to be told this morning they won’t accept them anymore. That’s 60 cups of coffee I bought for 6 free ones that they won’t honor. I won’t be going back!

I unfortunately am changing my review from a 5 to a 3. I used to love their drinks and staff. But it seems they’ve made some changes recently that weren’t a great choice. Their new White Chocolate Mocha is awful. We mentioned it to the gentleman working and he told us they changed suppliers and this was the new drink.Still love their soda. But moving my coffee addiction elsewhere.

Overall a good place to go for quick but yummy treat and not overload yourself with all the calories that comes with most! They did introduce me to the “nirvana” which is exactly how it sounds! Sheer nirvana! Yum!!!!!!!! For all you tired moms out there that need and extra pep in their step...try it out! Will not disappoint!

I love this place! I didnt know about it until i started working in this area and now this is my place to go. They always have good customer service and awesome drinks! ohhh.... and their cookies are amazing!!!!
