NO NUTS MAKES ME GO NUTS!I ordered a White Chocolate MACADAMIA NUT cookie last week and was very disappointed. It contained one HALF of a macadamia nut. One half of the ingredient for which the cookie is named. There were zero macadamia nuts baked into the cookie, the single half was carelessly tossed on the top. Do you not mix the nuts into the cookie dough? Only use them as a deceptive decorative sprinkle?? It should then be renamed White Chip Macadamia Nut Topped Cookie.

I cannot even begin to describe the unbelievably delicious cookies that this company produces. Absolutely mind blowing.

Im always ready to leave a poor review for Crumble. But they make it so hard!! 🤤Today we tasted their Teddy Graham, Chocolate Mallow Cupcake, Watermelon, and Orange Creamsicle cookies.I’ve never been a fan of Crumble’s steep price... however this is the day I’m finally impressed! Loved how each cookie tasted like it should.Excited that the Teddy Graham was warm and that the cupcake flavor came through on the chocolate. Our only gripe was the lack of orange translates in the Creamsicle cookie.The surprise of the box was the Watermelon. A fantastic take on a more basic sugar cookie.Well done Crumble!

Love love love! Some cookies are not what expected but most of the time everyone at least loves one of the line up! They do videos on Instagram where they rate the cookies of the week and even tho they rate them very high because they work for the company you can usually always tell when they don’t like a cookie! An amazing company!!

I asked if I could buy the 12 pack of cookies but have them packaged in separate 4 pack boxes, and everyone was so sweet and said yes but I didn’t realize I got charged for the boxes! I would have just got the big box and saved myself $6. But I have learned my lesson and won’t be coming back. There is nothing more frustrating than getting charged for boxes when I am spending almost $3 a cookie!

I ordered a mixed dozen for a family party and they were all so very happy with the variety. They also went pretty fast the strawberry ones went the fastest. These cookies are the best will order again.

Every time I come here it’s a great experience! I always get the chocolate chip cookie and it is huge and pretty good. The employees are always friendly and quick with making the cookies. I would say that you shouldn’t come here often though because of how expensive it is. Also, the cookies are very sweet and don’t make me feel good after I eat them.

We moved here 2 years ago and discovered these fabulous cookies. They consistently have a very good variety. We have used them often. We are one of your biggest fans! Keep ’em coming!

Crumbl always has amazing weekly flavors. I do wish that their chocolate chip cookie was a semi sweet since with the milk chocolate it is very sweet. But I love all these flavors.

Cookies were good as always but customer service has become non-existent at this location. It was self serve ordering and the staff didn’t talk to customers at all. When I was given the cookies they also didn’t do the usual “open the box to make sure everything looks good”. Pretty odd and disappointing.

All I the cookies I have purchased have been wonderful. But so far my top rated are 1/honey buns 2/pop tarts 3/churros. The others are good but these I would be buying my top 3 every day lol. I’m hoping watermelon cookies are going to be on my top 5.

Their menu is always changing. I had given up on this bakery until I tried their salted caramel cheesecake cookie. It was my perfect cookie! I’m still waiting for it to cycle in again. SO good!

I had cookies and milk delivered to my friends for their birthday. The driver did not alert them they had been delivered. They did not ring the doorbell or knock and the cookies and milk sat outside in the June heat for a 1/2 an hour. When I called the store to inform them of this they said that it wasnt a crumbled delivery driver but an Uber eats driver. They didnt take any ownership of the problem. They told me I can have my friends come in and get replacement cookies. That doesnt sound like a good birthday outing to me.Good cookies.... terrible customer service!

Its nice how the sugar cookie and chocolate chip cookie stay available no matter the week, though. If you ever want crumbl delivered to you, go online to the crumbl website. You can view the menu and order easily. You can even place an order to pick up at the store!

The best cookies i’ve had! i love how they have rotating flavors but the classic chocolate chip is amazing!!!

We have enjoyed all the cookies we have tried so far. I personally don’t go for the flavors like birthday cake and Eggo waffle, but my kids love them. Cookies are huge, very rich, yummy, and can easily give you 2-4 desserts from just one (they even sell a cutter that cuts the cookies in 4...I just use a knife :) ). Some of the flavors are served warm, some are served chilled, and all are dressed with the finishing touches right before you get them, so they are very fresh and never soggy. They are a little pricey, so we enjoy them once in a while. But they are a fun family or personal treat! We haven’t tried the ice cream yet, but we hear it is quite good. Employees at this location have always been kind and do a great job when we have visited, and we have never waited longer than 10 minutes for curbside orders. The parking lot is a little squishy if you drive a large vehicle.

Beware if you come on Saturday evening, they are often sold out of several choices! Otherwise, still a great place.. the cookies are always fresh and the service is quick.

Crumbl cookies are absolutely fantastic! If you havent tried one you are seriously missing out! They are always warm and ready to go and each week brings new flavors - too many of which are so good, that I cant pick just one. Especially since when I thought I had my favorite(s) figured it, they go and make a lemon🍋 glazed cookie?! I sometimes work late at The hospital up the street, so their late hours of being open until midnight makes it easy to grab some cookies on my way home from work.

Half the staff were wearing mask incorrectly, multiple girls flipping hair around, and one on his phone with his gloves on. And got the order wrong, but I also didnt check it that closely. I guess this is what youd expect from teenagers, but then maybe make them work somewhere where I dont see everything they do. Cookies are very sugary and sweet but overall good. No complaints with cookies, only employees.

Placed a curbside order online. Called the store when I arrived to pickup, was told the order would be right out. Early afternoon, so little to no customers, either curbside or in-store. After 25 minutes I went into the store to see what was going on. 3 employees were up front, and not one had a clue. I asked for a refund, it took all three huddled together several minutes to figure out what to do. After I was told the refund had been completed I asked for a receipt, which was a mistake. This took several more minutes. All in all, wasted about an hour with nothing to show. I understand that the employee base is primarily teenagers, but at some point management has to take responsibility. Provide some level of training so at least there’s one person who seems to know what’s going on. If you look at all the negative reviews most are about poor customer service, not the product. Why would management let this persist? Definitely won’t be going back to this place.UPDATE: REACHED OUT TO MANAGEMENT AT THEIR REQUEST. OFFERED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO RESOLVE, OR MAKE THINGS RIGHT. I STRONGLY URGE ANYONE READING TO AVOID CRUMBL. MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

Usually Crumbl has always provided the best cookies and excellent customer service! Today, first time in Bountiful I called to see if they still had any chocolate cookies with Carmel and crunch topping and they had 6 left. So my family was super excited they had some left so we drove there and when we got there only 1 was left. So I ordered the ONE they had left, a few other flavors and then 4 chocolate chip since they didn’t have any of the other left. Additionally purchased some ice cream. Once we got home we discovered the chocolate crunch cookie wasn’t in there! Just a chocolate one. I called and the only solution they offered was for me to drive all the way back down there and being the cookie in so they could “decorate” it with the chocolate crunch. It was already 8:30 at night so I wasn’t about to go back out. Anyways, just a huge disappointment since what I ordered and paid for was not what I was provided and their only solution was for me to be inconvenienced and drive back. Just didn’t seem like good customer service. I will continue to enjoy Crumbl Cookies but, from another location. Seems like a smal complaint but when you pay over $26 for 8 cookies you expect everything to be perfect!

Ive had Crumbl cookies before, some I liked and some not so much, but this month was the first time I decided to buy some for myself. The purchasing experience was fine and the workers there were nice, although I didnt love that I could only buy in quantities of 1 or 4. I do love the cute packaging, though!The chocolate chip one was good warm (on the sweet side with all milk chocolate), but I saved a second one for another day and I found the texture yucky after it had cooled--very grainy and seeming undercooked, which I guess is the thing at Crumbl but it didnt really work for me. I also had a raspberry cheesecake one after it had cooled, and the topping was delicious but the cookie itself wasnt very good (again weird texture, and not very flavorful).On a different day someone else gave me a mint brownie cookie from Crumbl, which I was super excited to try (usually my favorite flavor combo!), but this one was the most disappointing of all. The mint chocolate on top was super thick and overwhelming, and very dry and crumbly. I basically couldnt taste the chocolate at all.So now I know what I do and dont like here--Ill stick with warm chocolate chip!
