My husband loves swig, but I didnt care for the drink I got. I couldnt even taste the mango or peach puree whatsoever. And the next day I just wanted a plain Pepsi, their soda to syrup ratio was not good.

We always love Swig. They started the dirty soda revolution. Our drinks were great as always and the service was friendly and fast. Since we live in a state that doesnt have Swig, we patronize our local establishments and the one reason I dock stars for Swig is they have limited sugar free options. The spots we visit in NV have far more and thus we are able to sample more things without driving our blood sugar into the stratosphere. More sugar-free options would be appreciated from Swig

I love to go to SWIG and get a founder drink with an orange wedge, however I have gone for the last time. 4 times now The lid has come off my Styrofoam cup while carrying my drink 1 time all over my cars interior, 1 time all over my clothes and the driveway and 2 times all over my carpet. They wont take my refill cup w/ a lid that fits and I have suggested they get better cups and/or lids. I am seriously going to send them my carpet cleaning bill!!

I love their sugar cookies, and their soda, and their Boba, and their pretzel bites! I love this place. Its my all time favorite place for a treat

Drink are decent. Cookies are really good. Customer service is terrible. If they get really busy they operations goes down the tube. I placed an online order and it said it would be ready at a certain time I sat there for 15 minutes. I called them twice. Then I finally asked them to refund me. I don’t know why they tell you in order will be ready at a certain time when they cannot handle it operationally. The management is to blame. I feel bad for the poor teenagers working there. Their management team needs to make adjustments. It’s not fair to the employees working there that their management has things set up so terribly. I will be shocked if they actually process the refund without me calling them. Total waste of time.

If i could select 0 stars i would. i went to this swig location and there customer service was so poor. i ordered two drinks, she gave me the first one and then said “oh do you want me to make you the other one” after i got the first drink it was only half way full and i kindly asked her to fill it up because i didn’t just pay $3 for a half empty soda. she gave me so much attitude and was mad i asked her to fill it up. overall a terrible experience and such rude girls.

Best service of all the swigs Ive been to (and I go to a lot). If I didnt live so far from this location, I would go all the time. Thank you for the great drinks and more importantly the GREAT service.

Friday, October 8 at 3:24pm…. There are 15+ cars in line. Completely backed up into the street. The car in front of me is a teenage girl. The Swig employee is talking to her friend thru her car window for 10 min and doesn’t take a single order after her. Proceeds to go inside. Finally pull up to the window to order and the line does not move for another 10 min while the car in front with the friend is talking to the Swig employees thru the window. There is no one in front of her car and she’s holding up the line, while they talk. Super frustrating. Will be going to FIIZ next time.

I mean who doesn’t like Swig? My fav is the Endless Summer, but they have a lot of water based choices as well that are delicious. Also very quick service which is absolutely essential with a place as popular as this.

Fair prices.The line is not great, not much of a parking lot so the line goes out into 5th West.Ive heard the mountain few flavors are great here.The labels do not say the ingredients, just the name of the drink and the customer. (Fiiz puts the ingredients and i like that).All in all a decent soda joint. Dec2020 the lobby is still closed.

Every time I go here, they’re out of the regular boba. Then today I go and they do have the boba yet hand it to me with a regular straw cuz they’re out of boba straws. I get it, but why have me order a $5 boba and not even be able to enjoy it? Just tell me you’re out of straws beforehand so I can order something else. Also please do something with your drive thru… put cones or some sort of guide so people aren’t backing up the street or not even going at all because the line is dangerous to even wait in.

When they get our order right it’s good. I always ask for no ice and they always give me ice. 3/4 of the drink is just ice. Also often we order a Dr Peper and sometimes they give us diet. But the worst part is it takes them like 10 min to fill up 3 drinks. No idea what takes them so long but this is why the line is always long. Not because they are good but because the staff is so slow!!!! Also I feel it’s slightly overpriced.

We tried a Piña colada boba with passion fruit pearls and immediately got back in line to get a second one. Ive been back twice since and everyone loves that drink! I hope they get a better location for their drive-thru traffic for safety purposes, but it works.

Most of the Employees know how to make good drinks. But the drive-through is horrible and the drive up mobile ordering can be horrible. I waited 20 minutes for a drink I had pre-ordered.

I had a yummy energy drink called the weekender. I highly recommend trying this drink.

I am slowly becoming addicted to the Sprite + mango + coconut + fresh lime. And if I need extra sugar [because WHO DOESNT], I get the peanut butter sugar cookie with chocolate frosting. Checks ALL.MY.BOXES. and I love it. Also, the workers here have always been exceptionally warm and friendly, and it makes me feel right at home. #lfthx This place is becoming my favorite go to when I need a fun treat.

Closing the lobby and requiring people to go through the drive through on a tiny little parking lot on a main corridor is asinine. It screams- protect people from Covid but put them in danger of traffic

Swig in Bountiful always has great service and the drinks are great. My favorite is the flavored water Pretty in Pink! If you haven’t tired it give it a shot it is so refreshing.

Got my favorite - strawberry breeze! Its seriously so yummy! Refreshing and sweet without being chock full of sugar (at least it doesnt taste that way ☺️). Added a chocolate chip cookie as I had an offer for a free one. Something about it reminded me of one of one of those pink frosted sugar cookies. Not really my thing, but if you like those, this may be right up your alley!

Did I really just pay over 6 dollars for a 32 oz soda??? Head over to Fiiz down the street for a 44 oz of the same exact drink for 4 dollars.

The girls working the window were so nice and sweet. Even in a busy Saturday they kept their cool. Plus the fruit water was delicious as a bonus. #lfthxUpdate: the new revivers are AMAZING!!! And the pink lemonade popsicle are super yummy!!

The service at the Bountiful Swig is excellent! I always get through quickly, and the employees are very pleasant. I love the Dr. Pepper drinks, but I just tried the Revive line and I was super impressed!

STILL my favorite drink! It is ALWAYS so delicous. Sugar Free Refresher Cloud 9- no blue raspberry, is my ALL TIME favorite energy drink flavor combo ever. Always the same taste and quality! Cannot beat the drink flavor consistency nor their customer service!

This Swig is the best. They’re busy a lot of the time now but they’re always outside taking orders out there to speed up the line and even though it’s busy, my orders are always correct and it’s still fast for how long the line can get. The manager is very good, I’ve watched her deal from my car with difficult customers and she always does it professionally and resolves their concern, and she’s got all her employees doing their best to make things quick and correct. She and her employees deserves some recognition for how hard they work cause all of bountiful will decide they need a soda at the same time.

I wasn’t looking for a soda blend that day, so I asked the staff for their recommendations.... ended up with a delicious frozen raspberry lemonade. Very refreshing on a hot day!

The pumpkin cookie was cold and hard. Week old Harmons’ pumpkin cookies are better. Crumbl cookies are the same price and much better. The drink was WAY TOO sweet. May use club soda to offset the overall sweetness when adding syrup.

My boyfriend and I showed up to this location on a Friday night at 10:15 pm, 15 minutes before closing. While pulling up, we saw the two female workers duck under the counter. At first, we didn’t think anything of it, but ended up sitting at the first window for about 5 minutes. No one ended up coming, so we pulled forward because we thought maybe we had messed up. No one came to the second window. We ended up pulling back around to see if they would see is this time; they had stood back up and when they saw us again, the ducked back under the counter. When they realized we could see them avoiding us, they walked into the back and turned off the lights. 10 minutes before closing. Not only was this extremely unprofessional, but disrespectful to customers other than just us. This Swig location used to be my favorite, but they will no longer have any business from me, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know how absolutely unprofessional this particular Swig is handled.

The sugar cookie is 🤤 the chocolate coconut is a close second though!

Swig lost a loyal customer today. I usually go to the Swig Bountiful location 1-2 times a week for a little over 5 years, but they have messed up my order one too many times. Many of the workers have been really rude and on several occasions have started talking to another coworker in the middle of me ordering and then asked me to repeat myself. Drinks can be good but todays order was incorrect, again, and watered down. If you do end up going here, make sure they actually heard you, got your order correct, and filled up your drink all the way.

People were very friendly and patient. They were very cheerful. The cookies and drinks were a nice sweet treat! Great service!

Since when did Swig start selling frozen cookies? Came there today and I saw them take the cookies right out of the freezer. Frozen solid.The line was long so I didn’t make a big deal about it but it was disappointing to get cookies that were frozen and had to be thawed before they could be eaten.

I tried swig n sweets yesterday and oh my yummy! The drink and cookie that I had were delicious and satisfying. The prices were less than other soda and cookie shops and the staff was fast and friendly. I will definitely be going back soon

I come daily because its so convenient to my work location. My drink often is wrong but usually not a big deal, we are human. Today though when my drink was NOT diet, like ordered, the young lady refused to change the drink!! Im still confused as how this is ok, Im so disappointed! I get the same thing everyday guys...

I get the hype now! It is always so busy!! Cars are always lined up! I can see why, it is so good! The cookies just melt in your mouth!Wow I feel you need a sugar kick, this is the place to go! Despite the concerns listed below I really do enjoy coming to this location, as busy as it is they always have the line going fast enough that I barely wait more than 5 minutes for my drinksi am so disappointed in swig as a company!! at every location they have employees standing outside in the blazing heat with masks and gloves on!! I am genuinely concerned for the employees that are outside, they have sweat dripping down their faces. there has also been multiple times where the ipad overheats on them while taking my order. it often overheats even with an ice pack. they have 2 windows in their drive thru why cant they use them??? like their lines go fast enough that being able to order at the front window isnt even a problem!! I would much rather wait in the line a little while longer than to have them outside in the heat where they can pass out and get hurt. it is unsafe for them to be outside I also see them drinking tons of water and even then i feel as if it doesnt help enough. very disappointed in how it seems they treat their employees. I also feel as if this location isnt the best which isnt in your guys control but im scared for the employees because one of theses days they are going to get hit which I think is another reason they should just use the windows.i understand that they have to wear masks and gloves because of the pandemic but is it really worth it for the karens to get their diet cokes if it means putting these teenagers lives in danger. I truly believe that if someone wants a drink or cookie bad enough they can wait in line. I really hope that swig can figure out the fact that it is DANGEROUS for their employees to be outside in the heat and in the road. if they dont get it together they will be losing customers left and right. I dont want to blame management or corporate but I truly beliebe that if it were up to the employees they wouldnt want to be outside given the dangerous circumstances.

We went to swigs n sweets for the first time today. I’ve seen it for a while when driving by but never went it. The place was nice and clean and although there was a line it went fast! The workers were really kind and very friendly. Made a great end to my overly busy week!

Curbside pickup is the best way to get your drinks

This was only my second time going here and it was a nice little visit. I took my kids for a little treat. They loved it. We got one that tasted like a root beer float (cant remember the name! something about Texas?...) Anyway it was yummy! We also got the Candy Girl with sprite and lime and strawberries in it, and it was good too. My kids drank the sodas and I had the famous sugar cookie. The cookies are so good but I could have used someone to share it with - its a lot of sugar! My kids didnt like the cookie for some reason, but I was happy to finish it off. #yum #lfthx

My only complaint is that my drinks are often not brought out quickly when using the app to order ahead. I usually wait about 5-10 minutes for the employees to notice even after using the Im here button. Otherwise its my favorite drink shop and Ill go here before Ill go anywhere else.

I dont always find their locations convenient. But the staff is always courteous. And their staff is always courteous and smiling and try very hard to have you leave in a better mood than you may have driven up to the window.
