The dudes that work here are awesome. They know what they are talking about and know the products. I got a new set up for my fiance for Christmas and literally, I dont know anything about this stuff. I dont smoke, never have and never will. However these guys are so nice every time I go in to pick up something for my fiance they are always so sweet and kind. Because of their recommendations and knowledge I was able to get the perfect gift for him. Definitely recommend for all your vaping needs!

Ive checked out most of the vape shops in this area and I dont have anything negative to say about any of them. Theyre all great! But what separates VAPOR WAVES? Great selection & variety! Their prices are awesome! And their customer service is quick and on point as well! One employee in particular, Aiden, went above and beyond and displayed tons of knowledge while being nothing but professional as he addressed all my questions and concerns.

Ran out of juice so went to my shop. I dont know if there was a change of ownership or employees, but there was a sweet woman who was super enthusiastic about the juices I was into. She recommended Smax which is a strawberry flavor and was just all in all super knowledgeable and friendly. It is a strawberry based flavor that I purchased in 3mg. What a great recommendation. Im glad this is my local vape shop for my area.

My first visit to this store and they set me up with an ultra-portable device & some nic-salt liquid along with a bottle of juice for my regular tank. Prices were better than many stores, and the beach vibe in there is wonderful. Ill definitely be back when Im in the area!

I have been coming here about every other week since I found them in 2017. Every staff member here is friendly and helpful, they make suggestions and answer questions when I come. They have great prices, a large selection and a loyalty program. I won’t go anywhere else they are hands down the best shop around and easy to get to from the freeway.

Never been condensed to so badly. These kids seem friendly, but are actually very rude. I came in trying to start vaping to quit cigarettes and I was treated like a mentally deficient child by some teenage-looking hipster. I will NEVER go here again and caution any new vapers to stay away. Id give negative stars if I could.

We had searched throughout the area for a place that offered good e-liquid and advice. After passing by many stores, we went to Vapor Waves. The service is phenomenal. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to take the time to answer any questions. The store brand juices are the best in my opinion. Well made. Its been an excellent experience every time we go, and we wouldnt think of shopping anywhere else. If youre knew to vaping, or experienced Vapor Waves has everything you need.

I loooooooooooooooove this shop. Its like, every time I go in there, theyre like open, regularly, nearly every day. Im in there getting things, and they have them, all of them, each one, all the time. The flavors are so flavorful and the coils are all coiled, the ambience is ambient and coastal.I truly do love this shop, its not pretentious, I dont ever feel judged for not knowing what Im talking about in regards to the electrical parts, even if its my (full disclosure) brother ringing me up.

I went in to look at some mods and immediately after I walked in the door I was greeted with fantastic service. A man named Britten talked me through nearly every mod they had and could tell me everything I needed to know about each and every one of them. He was very honest, wanted to help me find the perfect mod for me personally, not just trying to make a sale. He stayed with me and helped me for over an hour. Then a man named Bryce helped me put my setup together and explained all the ins and outs of it and then when I went to buy juice he offered to let me sample any of the house flavors for just a nickel a piece. Everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, it was by far the best experience Ive had at a vape shop, maybe even the best Ive had at any store ever. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

I had an old e-cig that was really falling apart. I don’t really like going into stores because they try to up sell you to a flashy thing that I don’t need. If I would have written this review a week ago it would have been 5 stars.I was in bountiful for 1 day and need a coil that is not easily obtainable where Im from.The guy was super helpful and I bought 2 for $10. I then felt so good about it that I got a $28 bottle of juice. I normally buy online and I can get 5 of the same coils for $12 and that same juice is about $7But I needed the coil badly and figured Id buy some juice since the guy was friendly and helpful. Less than a week later I go in thinking Ill stock up on coils and this other guy who claims hes the owner tells me that a 5 pack is $32 bucks. Can you believe that? I will never go in there again. What a stupid move on his part.

After going to several vape shops in my area and not being satisfied, I decided to travel a little down to bountiful towards Vaper Waves. Alexis greeted us and helped us moving forward, she was very informative and patient. Set up my tank for me, even though I didn’t like the juice I picked first, she gave me more options and let me try them moving forward till I found the one I wanted. She gave me nothing but good vibes, and made sure I left with everything I wanted. The pricing does not compare to other shops, this was way beyond my expectations. Definitely driving down here from now on just for her and this shop!

I come here for the dank clouds, they mix the dankest of all flavors here. Unicorn root beer explosion! If you havent heard of it you should totes try it, if you want to be a dank cloud lord like me.

Free juice samples? Help changing coils? These are things the FDA outlawed, but they think they dont need to follow the rules everybody else does. I was visiting friends in Salty and trying to tell them about advocacy, this shop had zero in the line of helping us keep our right to vape, and everything in the line of losing it. Stay away from this place, its the only way theyll learn.

Awesome place! The owner is almost always there and he is super friendly and helpful. Even when he isnt there the otheremployees are all super friendly and knowledgeable. They are constantly getting nba products, some good some not as good, but regardless its always fresh product and you can almost always try something new. Prices are also petty good and they always have some kind of special going on.
