Dion was wonderful - she provided all the background on the different models we were interested in. When we decided on the model we wanted, she walked us through the ordering process with ease. Our only disappointment was the delivery date which is just over a month from the time we bought the bed. We cant wait to experience a great night of sleep!

Brandon was great at the store. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my family which included our four boys in a bedding store they didn’t want to be in. He showed us all the differences between the different styles/models of beds so we could make an informed decision. Great experience overall.

Jeremiah was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable when talking about the different products and was great to work with. There was no pressure to purchase which was really nice. The store was clean and cozy.

Told them how much money we had to spend they tried to get us to buy a bed that cost three times what we said we could spend very unhappy

I live in Indiana & picked out items at store in Bloomington Indiana. I drove to Illinois store to pick up. Illinois store was called and told I was on the way. Arrived at 6 pm and doors were locked & lights were off. Website says open till 9 pm. 2 employees were still there. After continued knocking and showing paperwork, I was let in to pick up and purchase my items. The 2 employees were annoyed that I arrived since they had closed, but helped & completed the my purchase. For a 3 hour drive one way & the amount of money spent, I was expecting to be treated better. Kudos to the Bloomington Indiana store for great customer service!
