The sales clerk was very knowledgeable and helpful. The clerk and manager were very good too. We love are new vacuum and appreciated all the great help. It was like having a team working together to help us choose the right one. This store is awesome!

Great place for home decorating, just picked up a beautiful new shower curtain with hooks that roll on the shower rod. So easy to open and close now. Love it.

BEWARE! BB&B policy does NOT protect customers from harms way. Not following State guidelines to help get rid of the virus, once and for all because zero effort to lower spreading. Obviously, MONEY is all they care about. People in store not wearing masks or distancing. Peabrain employees....Duh or Just dont care! Come on! Make sure with the store manager that your coupons work or not and check all of your bags before leaving the store just to be sure that everything you purchased is in them. Using coupons and questioning the validity of a cashiers knowledge can agitate some into forgetting to bag all of your items!

Theyre always, we just sold out of this, BUT We can order it for you. Why do they always have to order ? Running out of the same particular item over everytime you there, . Especially when the help tells you, we just got 4 or so 5 of this item in yesterday and it almost always sells out rather quickly. THEN WHY DONT YOU ORDER MORE THAN JUST 4 OR 5 !!! THIS GETS OLD AFTER 3 --4 VISITS.

Store is clean and friendly environment. Customer service and employees were helpful and suggested sales items. Covid restrictions are adhered too. Masks are required while in establishment. I bought more then I came in for but it is due to customer service personal introducing me to current sales and programs to join.

Dont really have anything were interested in. Very limited on bedding sets unless youre looking for UGG bedding.They got plenty of that.This place might appeal to some but this visit wasnt appealing for us.

They didnt have what i wanted. I wasnt going to order it on line. You have to order a certain amount or pay shipping. If we order it on line from your store, we should get free shipping just like the Kohls store does.

Did online pick up. Received email saying order was ready for pick up. Went to store and lady says “they didn’t pull it. You can go pull it”...I said no one can grab it I don’t know where it is. She tells me no everyone left. Walking to grab it I saw roughly 4 employees but “everyone was gone” supposedly. What was the point of me even doing online pick up? Never again. Definitely not Bourbonnais store.

If you can stand the smell, its a fun place to shop. Ive always wondered why the people who make decisions about these stores think its OK to assault their customers with an overwhelming conglomeration of scents when we walk through the door. Its as if every smelly thing in the store is open and each fragrance is being encouraged to fight for dominance. The problem is, as each scent is struggling for superiority, they drown each other out and were left with an unholy mixture of oily stink. Wouldnt it be better to feature one scent each week? Or better yet, and my personal preference, not have any smell at all! If you can hold your breath and race past the initial bombardment of scents, the rest of the store features tons of fun goodies and gadgets. Almost any gadget you could want for your kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and even living room, is somewhere in the store and the displays are always beautifully organized, making it easy to see what is being offered. If you require a cart, be careful as the display areas tend to be tight, but they are passable. The goods they sell are usually of good or great quality, and if you give yourself plenty of time, you might find terrific things you didnt know you wanted, but once discovered, you cant live without!

Great experiences at this location on several occasions! Sheila is helpful...the person in front of me had a complicated return and she made it look seamless...made me feel comfortable! Management seems very supportive also. Nice work team!!!

Walked in the store and as always...welcomed by staff. Asked for help, especially sorting those coupons, and immediately got help. The female managers are always pleasant and with a smile, making shopping here a feel good experience.

Bed, Bath.and Beyond other stores in that I really like shopping there. I like to shop there for the bath room and kitchen products because they have a very nice selection to choose from. This is one of my Go - To stores.I must also comment that the staff has always been very nice and helpful. They even smile!

This place is always a treat. It is it is overwhelmingly great. They have all kinds of whatnots and knickknacks. You can find some of anything here. The service is also great and they will look anything up for you to see if they carry it. You can find something for almost every room in your house there.

Very nice atmosphere,very Nice clerks, from the time I walked in I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome. An hour later had to return an item to the store and the clerk recognized me which was again Awesome,so instead of getting my money credited back to my account, I purchased other items 😀...A Breath of Fresh Airpeople who love their job and it shows!

They always have the newest gadgets. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. We particularly were surprised to learn that they have a Free wrapping station for wedding gifts.

Needed a new pillow. Got one with bamboo in it. Hopefully I will be able to sleep better.

I am having a problem with a vacuum I recently bought there...its not charging...I threw the box away....threw away the receipt ...not thinking I would have a problem with the vacuum...and they said..no problem...bring it back...We will give you store credit....WOW! THEY are AWESOME!

My mother in law wanted a tray for her bath tub. They actually had 2 different ones to choose from. She was happy to find one she liked..

My shopping was slightly interupted by a male employee arguing with a female customer. Very loudly.I dont know what the problem was but his tone and demeanor didnt give me the impression that he wanted to de-escalate.Very standoffish presence. I was going to say something considering how I am currently employee of the month at my job and very good with people but I just figured that doing so would make things worse so I didnt bother.By the time I was ready to check out, things were a little odd but seemingly quieter than before. That was a good thing I guess. I really enjoyed using my discounts. I saved a lot on pots and pans and that is part of what makes shopping here a blast.Edit: Second visit today and I am disappointed. I am no longer going to shop at this location. Its such a shame because the location is very convenient.Neatly stocked and full of great items.Something is just very wrong with the customer service. I cant quite put my finger on it but something is a bit off.Its a slight oddness about the staff here. They seem to be in some sort of trance. General friendly conversation with any of them is almost impossible. Extremely poor social skills. Unrelatable and very serious. Like mechanical robots that were only programed to smile and recite numbers. All work and no play. Firm and uptight as if they have a guard up in case a problem comes about. They seem to expect problems. Thats the energy I get when I am there. It seems that theres alwaysissues whenever Im shopping. I witnessed a customer express his concern about something and both female cashiers just ignored him didnt care to make things right. They are argumentative. None of them seem upbeat and truly happy. I dont like that. Yeah, I uhh.... wont be back.

Was dragged to this store today for a $30.00 item. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise. ALL the floor helper were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. As we were to checkout with a loaded cart the young lady at the checkout asked if I was a veteran. After showing her my credentials, she gave me, and any other vet that asks, a 20% discount on our items. Thank Yous to all at the Kankakee Bed Bath and Beyond. You made our day.

It never fails.... everytime that I visit this location, the cashiers are always doing something to make my experience awkward and unpleasant. No matter what. I have been coming here on several different occasions so I know its not just one particular person.I didnt want to write a review about it because I thought maybe it will get better over time. Considering the fact that I shop here alot.Tonights experience was the last straw.Im done with this entire store. Before I mention tonights experience, here are a few horrible past experiences.One time I was buying candles and there were two shoppers in front of me in line. One had candles also. When I got up to the the counter, the cashier just put my candles in the bag without even wrapping them. I asked if she could wrap them and she said wrap them with what?I said the usual wrapping. Then she said wrap them with like a bow or something?I said No, the usual wrap for wrapping candles. The same wrapping you used with the previous customer.And she said oh, Im sorry about that...Another awkward experience I had was when I came in for bulbs and the cashier was ringing up an elderly man who was in front of me. He was asking her something about a product and she kept interrupting him I guess trying to speed up the line or something but that was extremely rude. The poor guy clearly just wanted to make sure he understood what he was buying. No respect at all.Another time, I purchased a final sale/display lamp and no box came with it so I asked the cashier if she will look up the item and tell me what kind of bulbs to use for it and she said oh they are lifetime bulbs so you should be good. About a month later the bulb went out. I ended up looking up the item online and found out that the lamp was designed to be disposal. No bulb. It was like a fuse panel or something weird looking under the lamp cover. I ended up bringing it back for a refund because I was misinformed the day I purchased it and a cashier had a real nasty attitude as if she was frustrated. She eventually gave me the refund but her attitude was disgusting.Now let me get to tonights experience.I purchased a small candle item and the cashier asked me if I wanted a bag and I said no thanks. Then she handed me my receipt and didnt even bother to pick up the one item and hand it to me. She just stood over to the side after handing me the receipt. I guess asking for a bag is the only way to get a cashier to think to hand you your purchase with a smile after doing business. (May not seem like much of a big deal to some but I never like when cashiers do that. Im sure some people will relate. My thing is, put my change and my product in my hand unless there is a bag section like some stores have or a change dispenser cash register. I will void a purchase real quick and go spend my money somewhere else if a cashier does that.)Other than bad customer service, the store itself is great. Its always clean and smells good. Usually neat and organized. Always stocked. The workers are just horrible. (not the guys just the girls for some reason. Never have a problem with the guys they are always nice. The girls are just...ugh

Items placed way out of reach, with no chance to get up that high to buy them?! Place is a graveyard, prolly going under soon. A few doors down, yep, Wal-Mart. Clerk said we price match all, yet why not just mark your items competitively to begin with? Very poor business strategy.
