Extremely helpful. Very friendly. I ordered a motorcycle battery online. Received an email that the battery was ready to go. As soon as I walked in the store associate grabbed the new battery, explained the warranty and rebate details. Plus this was Memorial Day holiday. I will definitely go back for all my battery needs.

The wife and I went to get some batteries from here. When we walked in the worker greeted us and was very helpful. He answered all our questions and offered good suggestions.

They fixed my phone after a software update that left my phone not able to turn on...didnt charge me anything. Will go back to them for everything phone related!

Very disappointed,. Promise to have your product within a week, then too many excuses why they didnt it get it. Quick to blame there suppliers.

Not every good. bought my battery online, got a email stating it was ready for pickup. i get there and they have the battery i bought, but there on hold for someone else. then she tells me i can come back later today and get it because they ordered mine, even though they have it. I work nights so i will be sleeping. You never get a second chance to make a 1st impression. ill go somewhere else next time.

I absolutely love this place. They are honest and hard working. They know the product they sell and are motivated to make sure customers leave the store happy. They dont juat deal in batteries and light bulbs either, they fix phones and devices, they cut keys and do keyfobs, they will even replace a car battery and do the work for you. In some cases they will even come to you.

Ripped off! Ask for a battery for my Timex watch. I was charged $9.99 to install it and wasn’t told in advance. I thought they were like Wal Mart which does it for free. Battery alone at WalMart is less the $1.Update: The battery they installed four months ago, went dead today ! $9.99 for installing a battery into a watch which only lasted 4 months. The original battery from Timex lasted four years ! I’m sure glad they don’t put batteries into pacemakers.

My phone battery died while traveling back from Florida back home to Wisconsin checked online for a way to find a new one ( LG V20) battery and. This location showed having one so we called and a helpfully worker said yes yes got that one in stock so stoped there and the man I talked to on phone had me back in business in five minutes couldnt be happier with batteries plus have gotten car batteries there also great chain of stores👍🇺🇸
