I purchased a wiper blade for my truck. Took it home and neither my husband nor my self could figure how to install it. I returned to the store and Preston was so helpful and not only installed the blade, but showed me how for next time. Thank you.

Luis was awesome. I couldn’t get just a connector for my VVT Solenoid. Luis went above and beyond by telling me to go get the plug and he will fix it. I ran home and grabbed it. He grabbed the materials he needed and went to work. Had it fixed within 10 minutes using wire, solder, shrink wrap and a lighter. Great personality and great customer service! I paid for the materials and went on my way. Thank you Luis!!!

Went in to rent a tool. I also had a check engine light on. Preston ran diagnostic and I had everything I needed and was on my way in 10 minutes. Very nice, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend

I went into this Auto Zone to order four spark plugs and an air filter for my car, none of which they had in stock in store. I ordered them to pickup in store, which I did using my familys auto zone rewards card, under my brothers phone number. I was then looking online, when I saw that their site had a sale for any purchase over $75, which mine was. So I went to order them online, only to find that they wouldnt let me get the discount (when I read the terms and conditions, there was nothing excluded) and so I called customer service. They explained that even though the discount conditions didnt state my product or brand specifically amongst the many products and brands that it did list, they have a caveat that some items may not apply to make it impossible to know without calling and I had to speak to a supervisor to get anybody who could even tell me that. So I looked at several other sites, finding that my products were less than half the price on Amazon that they were in store when I ordered them. I had to wait until they had arrived to store to return them. When I entered and explained the scenario to the clerk with a receipt stating that the products had been paid for, he treated me like I was a pain for asking him to do anything and treated me like I was lying to him about having paid. Even though I could tell him the products that I ordered and the name on the order with a receipt saying that they had been paid for, he still made me produce my card that I had used to confirm that I was indeed the person who had paid for them. Everything about this transaction from start to finish has been incredibly disappointing and I will not be taking any more of my business to this store or company. It has been in my town for years and I have always gone even though the prices were a bit higher because I like supporting local business, but I wont go when it means being unappreciated.

Went into autozone to return brakes and they gave me back a counterfeit $100 bill. I went to put the money in my bank account and the bank informed me it was fake. So I called the autozone and they didn’t care and told me there is nothing they can do. A hard working mother who works hard for her money taken from a corporation who could care less about her or her family. Take your business elsewhere these people don’t care about you they care about making money.

This location took care of me after the unfair treatment i faced Geovanni was great gave me no hassles, I originally went in to the autozone in kankakee to return a part i was told was bad on my car, it ended up to be something a small as a fuse so needless to say i went back in to the kankakee store return the part, and the store manager Gina was super rude said it wasnt her fault that my mechanic misdiagnosed the problem and denied my return she literally told me if i wanted my money back to take it too the bourbainaiss location. I have never met a store manager that has completley no people skills and just so rude and improfesional upon the consumer. Her susperiors need to have some type of rectification how can someone treat people like that. I will never step foot in that place ever again.

Received counterfeit money from this location. Location. This stores Management handled the issue very unprofessionally. District management claimed to know the facts before they were known and tried to feed me a line of lies and corporate just wants to play kick the can. Save your money and go anywhere but autozone.

Very professional staff very knowledgeable so much no brainer to go in there and get a pair of brake shoes and possibly discs and only pay $120 for the high-end that are lifetime warranty then to take it to meineke and pay six or seven hundred dollars and probably getting cheaper parts nothing against meineke I know they have to make money but not everybodys pay isnt going up like the like the rich are or the big corporation managers so I say DIY and AutoZone is the way to go
