Awesome experience. First time using this location. Went in for my cracked screen protector and was in and out in 5 minutes. The lady that helped me opened my phone case and saw it was disgusting and happily cleaned it for me with no hesitation. (I’m a plumber and it gets a lot of dirt) I was greeted with a smile and she had great personable skills! Thank you!

Melissa helped us and spent a great deal of time with us. She solved every issue and was patient. We upgraded to new phones and were able to get the cheapest deal. We would definitely recommend going to this store. If it’s too busy then try another time or call ahead. Everyone who was in the store while we were there, was a walk-in and it worked out but calling ahead may help. Despite being understaffed, Melissa multi-tasked and made sure we were all satisfied and safe / social distanced. I will try to get Melissa next time - awesome; looked out for our interest. I’ve heard good comments about this store location before so the others must be good too.

AT&T has mobile Wi-Fi for your camper $85 Unlimited took me awhile to find something under $100 that was mobile and it gets good ratings and signal

The corporate store located :2070 N, IL-50 ste 100 Bourbonnais, il 60914.Mobile insurance -$15 was crammed on my account without my permission by Emily . Luckily I caught it and removed since this has happened in past to me . Hopefully Att your not paying commission for simply addition of this feature to customers accounts.. cha-ching this would be the free money maker for unethical agents like this.I spoke with her 9/18/2020. Day before my transaction and was quickly passed on to manager per what she admitted on my 9/19/20 visit she simply didnt want to be bothered with me. Im disgusted with this non customer oriented attitude from all att employees. No need to pass this on to her manager/supervisor since 9/18/20 she was just as condescending. I simply wanted to know how many at time of call of my intended item was in stock. I was told policy not to gove by phone. I wasnt belligerent or raise my voice but I was bothering these two since they had to answer my call. The manager refused to give reason why she was on phone in 1st place since Emily shouldve been equipped to handle this easy call. This is also an extremely new store. My keen senses suggest that Att clean this house quickly since it has infestation of roaches.( Reps Other (unknown poor) Actions Chase Hungry Educated (customers to other) Service providers. This should be sent to corporate and bypass the local manager. If you dont believe pull the recorded call. I also wanted to take my time personalization my new phone and transferring data and not to make mistake to drop new phone while traveling. She activated. New. Phone it right on spot causing my old phone useless unless I opened new box. Remember in order to do transfer you need wifi. Well unless i was in Att store where was i going to setup the Walmart. Good thing i didnt have an emergency. Since i wouldve been out luck.Gave 1 only because my phone is awesome and only way to give review👌 .

Horrible company culture. 8 year customer of AT&T and for the first time I was floored by how they handled a dispute in 2 local stores. 1 kicked us out of the store because we were bothering the employee that was working. Called the retention department because we were ready to switch services at that time. We agreed and were promised a credit to the account on a recorded line. Later the credit was denied for whatever reason. Took it to the executive offices of AT&T and Nicole Lee who works for the office of the President of AT&T, well, lets just say did a horrible job investigating and handling the situation. AT&T came back and told her to tell us that nothing was said on the recorded line for the credit. I have an elephants memory AT&T and I know what was agreed upon, so, now they like to lie to their loyal customers. Goodbye AT&T for life. Oh and to the person that does the responses to these reviews, please dont respond with your boiler plate apology, I dont care what you have to say anymore as not one person was apologetic through the entire review of the situation, sincerely. Fix your culture, fix your management, fix your operations, fix your local stores, fix your signal strength, fix your attitudes, fix pretty much everything from top down. Verizon thank you for taking us with open arms.

We had a great experience at at&t the workers were able to answer all question we had and even find discounts for the account. they didnt leave us hanging. they made sure we knew how to work phones and set them both up. I highly recommend this location

Absolutely horrible! Was switched to a plan That was supposed to be only $5 more than my current plan only to receive confirmation that it was $85 more. Had trouble with the SIM cards ended up meeting three replacements and was charged $5 for each one. Ended up having to call customer service to get my original plan reinstated and found out sim cards are giving away free by AT&T

I had to visit the store two or three times in order to get my problem resolved. I purchased a new iPhone 11 and had problems transferring my phone contents which was an android to this new iPhone. The Clerks did not seem knowledgeable enough.
