They did wonderfully when I wanted my Samsung S21 5g screen replaced. Timely, no issues. Happy with them, I brought my Nintendo Switch in to have a similar service. First time, the repair was done and well except for a giant smudge on the inside of the screen that was not there before. I brought it back the next day to have that addressed. They took it and charged me to have a cleaning done. Fine, Ill pay despite it being a bit silly that they want me to pay to rectify their work. I get it back today and everything looks okay until I get ready to put my screen protector on it. This time theres a multitude of flecks of dust and debris under the screen. Will not be back.Edit 10/19/2021: Upon further inspection; Discovered the touchscreen is no longer functional. Theres a new deep scratch on the back shell of the console and more scuff marks than I remember, but I could be mistaken on the scuffs at least. There is also a new alcohol type smudge under the screen that I didnt notice right away that I cannot clean off being it is under the outer screen.

Adam worked through my Verizon exchange process with me step by step, I feel like he helped me with all of my concerns. Adam showed professional diligence to customers.

So first of all the service was superior. My iPhone screen was pretty much literally in pieces. Adam was great, he told me he was pretty positive he could have it fixed by 4-5pm and it was exactly in the time frame he quoted me. My iPhone 6 now works awesome again. Adam did a great job. I would recommend this place to my friends or family any day of the week.

I dealt with a fellow named Adam. Absolutely fantastic, he managed to troubleshoot my phone in seconds. He gave me the options and variables on pricing, straightforward and honest. I had dropped my phone and cracked the screen protector earlier today, it left sharp cracks.I went into UBreakIFix at 5:30 this Sunday evening, 30 minutes before they closed. Adam greeted me and had my IPHONE fixed with a new screen protector in less than 5 minutes! I was very impressed with the quickness in which he was able to complete the job. Took in my iPhone 8+ for a rear view camera lens replacement after I dropped and cracked mine. When I first took it in they had accidentally heated up the new lens too much which made it super blurry; however they handled it super well and let me come back in to get it replaced again absolutely free of charge. Very nice staff and my rear view camera looks even better than new!

Good and honest services, unfortunately theres a lot they cant do. Ive brought 3 different devices in and neither they were able to fix. An Amazon fire tablet with a cracked screen. A zune hd with broken headphone port which they could not find parts to. And a Nintendo ds that they said that had supposed water damage and needed parts to replace it which they couldnt do.

If I could rate them lower I would. Held my console for 4 months and then told me it was unfixable. When I went to pick it up, they didn’t even have it assembled, and didn’t give me my controller or power cable back. Once I requested my belongings they brought me a shredded, unusable power cord and I had to request another (seeing as I marked my own cord beforehand so I knew I got it back) . Once brought to another local shop, they informed me that not only did the fellows at ubreakifix only bother to put 1 out of all of the screws needed back in, Giving me back a console that doesn’t work, they didn’t even have the hard drive screwed in, and it didn’t have enough parts to get worked on without further purchase; they literally stole the copy of the game I had inside the console. Completely gone. Completely unreliable and Completely unprofessional. Every single staff member needs to seriously reevaluate their career choice.

If I could give lower than a 1, I would. The phone I brought in is STILL not fixed and it has been two months. And when I politely tried to get something done with it, the manager LIED to me and then LIED about our previous conversations. Do not go here unless you want to pay to have your phone NOT fixed.

When I visited the store, I could not get all the wotk completed. As a result, I was not charged for the work that was done. Adam was very helpful. Great people got fixed what was needed in a great amount of time

I dropped off a device for a screen repair. I was told that a discount would apply and was quoted a price much lower than Apple. I was also told that they had to quote 2 weeks, but they almost always get it back in 4-5 days. I called after the first week and they had no information. A few days later, they told me that there was a “mishap” and they were waiting for parts. At 2 weeks, it still was not back. At 16 days, it was back, but they quoted me a price much higher than the original quote even before the discount. Finally, the manager remembered quoting me the price, but said that the discount could no longer be applied. At that point, they have my device and it’s either pay, or you don’t get it back. I still don’t know what the “mishap” was but this was a screen replacement and there are hard drive changes on the device. If they had communicated with me, I would have been fine with the longer wait and maybe the increased price.

Mr. Jeremiah at this location is a great guy, knows what he is doing. Will definitely come back if I need anything to be done. Thanks

We had an appointment scheduled for two phone repairs, got to the store and was told that they had taken in other drop offs and couldn’t get both of our phones done. Went back again and they didn’t have our part. Spoke with someone from the store on the phone, they guaranteed us that we would have our phone done first thing on Saturday and they ordered our part. Drive down Saturday again and they dont have our part but never called to tell us that it wasn’t in. We live 30 minutes from the store and don’t usually go to that town often. We have driven to and from this store 3 times and still don’t have our phone fixed, even after being assured that it would be taken care of. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. If you don’t get the part in, at the very least call the customer and let them know. If you have people making appointments for repairs, honor those appointments before taking drop offs. We will not be back to this store and do not recommend using them.
