I went to LensCrafters for the first time and my experience was awesome! Everyone was nice, especially the girl who helped me pick my glasses! I think her name was Alyssa. She gave me her honest opinion when I unsure what to pick and was very sweet. Definitely will be coming back!

I went to LensCrafters after skipping my annual exam last year because of COVID. Alyssa and Amy were working and were both friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and they were careful to keep every pair of glasses I touched on a separate tray to be sanitized before being placed back in the display case. I felt very safe shopping here! Alyssa and Amy are ‘The A Team’!

Very friendly staff and great doctor that took the time to explain things. Also great attitude and patience with all 3 of my kids. Definitely reccomend!

I walked in without an appointment and was in and out within an hour! I had my eye exam, met with the doctor and picked out my glasses. The entire experience was very professional and nice. I would definitely recommend going here if you need a new pair of glasses or just want an exam!

The previous lenses that were installed in my glasses have served me well, over the last few years, but, apparently, my prescription has changed, so its time to update my lenses. Im confident that Lens Crafters will Dial in the appropriate correction, so that I can see as well as possible, just as they did the last time.

Donna helped me pick out my glasses and order contacts. She was very kind, knowledgeable and personable! Highly recommend. 10/10

I was very impressed with the thorough examination from the Dr. And deeply appreciative that Karen voluntarily helped me choose the perfect frames, I had eighteen or so frames set aside as potential candidates. Karen is definitely an asset to your establishment, she is kind, honest and non pretentious.

I went here to get an Eye Exam and get new frames and lenses. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, service was fast. The free adjustments is really nice service to offer. Its so difficult to adjust your glasses yourself and to do it properly. They are very good at adjusting the frames to fit your face perfectly.

Went to get new glasses. Not crazy about selection for men,but found a pair I liked. The lady who helped me did a great job on the fit. The glasses only took an hour to be made,which was nice.

First let me say that the staff was great, everyone i have dealt with was nice and professional....however, I purchased my glasses less than a year ago and the ear piece fell off on one side, these are $130.00 Vogue frames, so i would have expected they last at least a year so I did not buy insurance on them. The frame is defective, it was the glue that holds the ear pieve to the hinge, I have, frames that i bought for $29.00 on Zenni 10 years ago that are still in perfect shape, I would think that lens crafters would stand behind their frames for at least a year.

Walk in eye exam, the staff was friendly. The doctor took his time explaining my corrective options and was not pushy about my refusal to buy any lenses today. Will be going back.

I like Dr Grant. Exam is always excellent. Never an issue.

My experience was bad. They overcharged and double charged because I have exceptional vision insurance. The doctor I saw, William Grant, is passive aggressive, egotistical and became completely triggered when I mentioned that my previous contacts were superior to the ones he chose. The staff, likewise, followed suit behind him. There was a particularly passive aggressive employee - although his name escapes me, he wore yellow tinted, power-ranger-like glasses - who I thought seemed particularly uncomfortable around African Americans. He took my history by listening to me give the medical history for my daughter, who also had an exam. Just an overall creepy experience with that guy. Overall, this was my first bad experience with eye exams/appointments and Ive worn corrective lenses since age 10. Would not go here again and have recommended my colleagues to use another company as well.
