Great to have a Sears home town because theyre independently owned and wont go out of business if Sears corporate does.Great selection of tools and appliances, even bedding.Deducted one star because they wont swap out broken Craftsman tools there; they want you to mail it somewhere - that blows, one of the reasons to buy Craftsman is the awesome warranty which they dont honor.Nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean store. Will go again.

Good store. My dad has done business with Tim since the place opened, from tools to appliances to lawn tractors. I stopped in to swap out some tools, ended up buying a couple more tools and an A/C unit as well. Cant go wrong shopping local. 5 stars!

Hometown stores are the way to go, the best way to shop local. The owner is great, the employees there will answer questions and go the extra mile to help us out. contrary to johns review, this local store is much better than a big sears. the workers answer the phone when you call, instead of automatic system, lots of kitchen and laundry to choose from.

If there are two nicer, more friendly,more helpful, moremknowledgeable customer sales associates Ive never met them and I mean in the world not just Sears. The owner was smart hiring these two and putting them together now he needs to get real smart and give them whatever they want to retain them.

Our washing machine died with no notice. The first place I thought to check was our local Sears Hometown store. We have purchased my appliances from this store at prices lower than the big box locations. Great friendly service.Shopping locally does not mean higher prices!

I just came into the store to purchase a bed. There were two employees in the store, one was on the phone and did not even notice me enter. The other had bags of fast food, and did finaly take note of me waiting after around 10 minutes. He informed me he was not knowledgeable on the mattresses and I would need to wait for the gentleman on the phone. Another few moment went by and I decided to leave. At that point the gentleman on the phone did notice me, but at that point I was done. Spending 20 minutes in a store while an employee eats and another is on the phone the whole time isnt an environment for me. On the way out, the gentleman on the phone did approach as we left and claimed to be the manager, he then made some attempts to excuse their behavior and seemed taken aback that I was not happy with my service. After a short conversation when neither employee would take any responsibility for the poor service and the man with the food was laughing at me I left. Its a shame this is the only game in town for mattresses, I would strongly urge anyone to not support this businesses. Anyone that disinterested in their customers isnt worth your time or patronage.

I would avoid shopping at this store. The manager was very rude. He was rude when I called on the phone asking to see if any item was in stock and when I went to the store. He acted I was putting him out to both check the stock on an item and when I actually got to the store.I was referred to this store from the Sears website.I took my business to a real Sears store.I am not sure if this is how these Sears Home stores are. I also found out the they are not affiliated with a normal Sears store. I would be concerned if anything that you purchase from this would be backed by the good name of Sears.I took my business to a real Sears storeBuyer beware.
