This is my top go-to place around the area for most of my gardening needs. As kitchen appliances need to be replaced, I also plan to make the purchases here. Our new windows for our home all came from Home Depot. Was have been quite satisfied.

One of the nicest Home Depots Ive ever been too. We were working out of town and this was the local Depot to the job. For the most part the staff was very nice. With one exception. An older women who was the associate in flooring and window coverings. She was very rude. We need 40 boxes of life proof flooring and they only had 26 at this store. Which was no big deal, but she was just plain mean. We just went to another HD bout 20 mins away. I still gave this location 5 stars because its not there fault they have a mean old lady, Im sure when the boss is around she is nice as pie!

Staff as usually very knowledgeable and nice to deal with. Now the prices of wood are another story. Every single piece marked up. I get supply and demand but my goodness lets not take it too far. Would really like to see prices back to normal before summer. One of our favorite places to goWe take our Olde English Bulldogges and they love it also. Great environment to help socialize your pups!

This home depot is pretty large, I had trouble finding what I needed, but the employees were very helpful so It didnt take to long to find what we needed. They also allow dogs inside. 🐕 if you need home remodeling or boxes or maybe just a drink you can find it there.

Placed an order on line to have it delivered, along with a new washer and dryer, and half the order was delivered properly, the other half I had to pick up at the store. Why? Then, they had the address for the washer and dryer completely wrong and it was not delivered on the scheduled date that I took off work for. I had to contact the shipping company myself and reschedule the delivery, which was scheduled for 14 days later! Now I am without a washer and dryer for 2 weeks! Its a bad system they use for ordering online.

I really like this store. They pretty much always have what Im looking for and have some pretty good help in the plumbing area. They often have some good clearance on tools if you can luck out. I also like how they are good with returns. Its a smaller HD store, but still very good.

This visit was short and sweet. Unlike this review (but I still love Home Depot.) Several employees greeted me and were very friendly. One asked me if I had found everything I needed (as I was about to check out.) I had. I actually had no issues of any kind until I reached said checkout.Maybe I missed something, but the new self-checkout area I was in had only wireless hand-held barcode scanners. Thats pretty new. Now, I really, really hope-ity hope I missed the primary hands-free scanner so that everyone coming through does not have to fondle the hand-held scanners with their diseased mitts and vector us all into oblivion!Ahem, I digress. I hope I overlooked the primary, fixed scanner and the hand-held is only for large items, etc. At the very least, I would hope theyd provide hand sanitizer -- which was missing. My guess is that they sanitize the self-checkout kiosks every 15 or 20 minutes. At a busy time, they certainly couldnt do it in between every customer.It seems to me that in the throes of a global pandemic it might not have been the best time to switch to hand-held scanners, especially as so many other companies have made great strides to reduce contact wherever possible. This feels like a step backward.

Seems like I visit this store once a week. Most often Im greeted upon entering the store, whether its at the entrance or just inside as I past the help desk. Workers at this store have always been most helpful.The only issue I have with HD is the website.

I used to praise this location. We did a full home renovation and used this retailer for the majority of supplies. I don’t know what happened over the last several months but the customer service is gone. I have had endless issues with a kitchen reno with regard to errors and significant delays and lack of information. I have waited 4 months for the project to be complete and have spent the last week trying to speak with a team member for updates at this location. I failed to receive a call back from any person I was shuffled to and received no information or apology. Today I called the corporate office for updates and finally informed it will be yet again delayed. The vendor has failed numerous times and nothing has been done to compensate for the huge delays. Think of taking your business elsewhere for large improvement projects.

We purchased a Stonemark quartz Calacatta Vicenza (with Matte Finish) by MSI countertop for a total of $4044.49. The installation date of the new countertop was scheduled by a company named Cutting Edge Countertops. A few days later, I noticed that Home Depot installed the wrong countertop. I purchased Stonemark quartz and color was Calacatta Vicenza with Matte Finish and they installed Belenco quartz color and color is 6114 Belluno. Along with ordering the wrong quartz, the countertop had a series of deficiencies such as: website markings, damages, marks, several gaps between the countertop and the wall, and the countertop is not proportional. Home Depot and Cutting edge countertops also did not let me see the slab, did not inform me of any website markings that are scattered throughout the countertop and that it was from a different manufacturer as well. On 9/8/20 my husband and I went to home Depot in Bowling Green Ohio. We spoke to Thomas Clark who is the representative that sold us the countertop. He was extremely disrespectful, communicated with hostility, and did not give an effort to try to help my husband and I work out the situation. He also raised his voice at us and said,you are just stuck with what you have and they can install whatever they want.” We then asked Thomas Clark to call the supervisor. We told the supervisor our concerns with our new countertop and showed him the pictures of the damages. The supervisor told us he was going to speak to Pamela Palmerton who is Home Depot’s Customer Order Specialist, and they were going to find a solution to our concerns. On 9/10/20 I called the supervisor and he told me that he couldn’t give me any information and that I had to call Home Depot costumer service. On 9/22/20 Home Depot send Justin from Cutting Edge countertop to inspect my countertops. On the day of the appointment Justin called me to reschedule my appointment for another day, preferably in the morning. He said that he was ordered to remove the website markings from the countertops nothing else. I called Home Depot and explain to them that they didn’t install the right countertop and removing the “Belenco “ brand was not going to resolve the problem. Later I received an email from Home Depot. They expressed within the email, that they were not going to fix my countertop. They also accused me of refusing Justin from Cutting Edge Countertops from entering my house, which is a false statement. Then I contact MSI. The MSI representative told me that the countertop Home Depot installed was not their product and that their countertop did not have belenco markings. The MSI representative offered to arrange a three-way call with Home Depot, so that he can find out what was going on. He called Home Depot and we spoke to Pamela Palmerton who is the order specialist. She told the MSI representative that she did not know anything about my order and was not allowed to give any information about it. The MSI representative asked her to transfer us to a supervisor who did not answer the phone. I also emailed Belenco quartz and they told me they don’t manufacture Calacatta Vicenza matte. Do your homework before purchasing countertops from Bowling Green Home Depot.

As owners of a contracting company loyal to Lowes for ten years, we moved our business to Home Depot because of the customer service experience that stated with the cashier Kathy. Everyone we met free was helpful and went above and beyond. What’s exceptional, is to see how this is for them, normal. Every customer I noticed talking to an associate was being helped and catered too. Sweet It’s Fixed will be a Home Depot company from now on!

This is the first review I have ever written for a business, but I feel so compelled to do so just because of how poor the customer service was. I rented a truck from Home Depot and was met at the service desk by Nikita (I believe the spelling is correct). By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. She was rude and unhelpful, let alone unprofessional. She ordered me to put my card in to charge me for the rental and when I asked for a breakdown of the charges (since it was higher than the total I was given online) she said she didn’t know, shrugged her shoulders, and walked away. As a customer spending a decent amount of money, I should get more respect than that. Her “inspection” of the vehicle was inadequate as well. Didn’t even walk around the vehicle and even told me not to go out to look at it with her. Finally, I asked for a copy of the rental contract (since I was hoping it would have a breakdown of the costs) and she said, with much much attitude, “you said you didn’t want that”. The customer is ALWAYS right. It doesn’t matter what your personal thoughts or opinions are...you please the customer. I’ve worked retail my whole life and that’s a basic concept. I do not plan on shopping at this location again. Home Depot, you need to take a better look at who you hire.

Had what I needed to finish a repair to my central air conditioning and a small plumbing job. Everything was easy to find on my own. Especially like this store. Checkout went smoothly. Cashier was very friendly. He complimented my wifes earrings,saying he normally works in the paint Dept, so he noticed the shade of purple. As with most places you go, the quality of the experience is directly related to the people you interact with. BG has a great Home Depot!

I love this place! They have loads of tools, I just picked up some Milwaukee Packout gear. Then, to top it off, I can bring my doggie inside and some of the awesome associates gave her treats. HD has a large variety of products in the store and many more on their website. For most in-store items, they offer price matching and the prices of the things that are also carried by nearby stores are comparable. Returns are handled very nicely and staff is usually friendly and helpful. They offer a same day order online, pick up in store service for merchandise that is in stock and the delivery of online orders is very fast with email updates throughout the process. I recently purchased an item from their website and it was delivered to my home in literally 25 hours. Needless to say, I was extremely satisfied with the experience.

Expansive big box home improvement store with seasonal garden center. Plants were in great shape and with great prices although it is early in the season. Summer bbq and patio furniture is out too now. There are other seasonal decorations out during appropriate times of the year.The store itself carries lots of paint, flooring, lumber, plumbing, tools, cleaning supplies, medium and large appliances, kitchen and bathroom cupboards and so much more.

Went to home depot looking for a reverse osmosis system week before they had them go back all gone from the shelf but they had one in the store but the employees could not find it.. they were too busy talking to other employees etc. Finally had to go to Lowes in Perrysburg, Ohio to get one and it is much better quality. On a side note we will still use home depot to get items.
