When I hit a deer, my insurance company looked at a list of local body shops and their ratings. Gary Force had one of the higher ratings, so we went with them. I had never used them before, but I definitely say I would use them again. The ratings were right. They completed the job in a timely manner, but most importantly, the repair work was fantastic! I always worry about paint matching, most especially since it was my hood and right on the crease, but it is beautifully done to perfection. And the icing on the cake is they washed and cleaned my car to where it look like it rolled off of the showroom floor. I swear I have not been able to clean my car that good since the day I bought it. That was a pleasant surprise, and I am super thrilled with my repair job. I would highly recommend this company to any and every one!!!

By far the easiest and most down to earth. They were honest and helped tremendously with insurance (who was an absolute nightmare). This is the second time my car has been here for repairs and I will continue to bring my vehicles. Absolutely 5 stars, if not more.

Terrible customer service. Dropped my vehicle off for passenger door damage. Picked the truck up and the engine had jumped time while in their possession. They put 17 miles on it while at their shop due to a window needing retint. The tint shop that was used is only a 12 mile round trip. Somehow this is my fault and Im expected to be responsible for their mistake.

Passenger door was ruined so they replaced it with another door that didnt close right. Took it back and it still didnt close right. It does now because I fixed it myself. Inside the door, they didnt re-mount the speaker correctly and it was flopping around. They did not secure the wiring harness and it flopped around. The did not stick the plastic that covers it all back to the door and it was sagging everywhere. Sounds like this is typical work. Most people wouldnt notice some of these things and that means most people are ripped off. Sad to see that some businesses and employees have no regard for quality. It wouldve only taken a very few more minutes to do it right...and no more money. Businesses and employees should take pride in their work and it happens less and less all the time.

My car was hit and this was the preferred shop I was told to take my car to. I was a little worried after reading the reviews, but I got my car back several days ago and all the repairs look great! The paint matched very well and there were no odd gaps between the old body parts and the new. Jason was also very friendly and went out of his way to help me out.

My wife had an accident while traveling. This was the closest place our insurance company had a relationship with so we had the car towed there. the car had damage to the front bumper & suspension. After repairs, the bodywork looked fine, but the alignment was terrible, & side marker cutouts in the bumper were very rough cuts. The end results could have been worse, but Id still pay to have a car towed further instead of bringing it there again.

Last year my car had the front end destroyed,Gary force did the repairs.When we came to get the car, we drove right by it and said,thats not it, that one is new.IT WAS OUR CAR !, Car looked in showroom condition,dealer even fixed other damages that were hidden under neath the rear-end for FREE.These guys are as good if not better than my Lexus dealers shop.I have referred everyone here since that time.2010 Ford Mustang GT

This place is great, customer service was outstanding, my bumper looked better than when I bought it. They were super fast and friendly.

They have had my car since Jan. 10. It is now Feb. 23 and they still have it. At first they blamed the adjustor and insurance company for the delay, now they say the suspension rod was bent, so back to ordering and installing another part! Its like they forget about you unless you call and then they are defensive. I cant speak to the quality of their work. Its been six weeks and Im still waiting. Ill post again when I actually have my car!Update: finally got my car. The work is excellent. Cant tell where the damage was. Paint job is perfect. If they could coordinate their timetable with their quality work Id have nothing to complain about.

I had my car parked up here for a few weeks waiting for an estimate. Upon not wanting to have them repair it, I discovered my entire windshield was cracked. Of course, they dont take responsibility for any vehicles on their property.. I highly advise anyone who needs their car repaired to seek help from another business. Not only did they quote me with a jacked up price, but they are rude and very unprofessional.

I went to Gary Force Body Shop on Vanderbilt Drive. I had backed into my upstairs neighbors car and it left two small dents and a tiny scratch. When I arrived at GFBS, they already had the estimate for me and it came to $1,119!!!! For just two very small dents and tiny scratch! Not to mention their customer service was awful. They acted like I committed a federal crime! I was doing the right thing by coming to get her car fixed and they were not nice or sympathetic at all about it.When we got that estimate we left and went to Davis and Sons Body Shop on Gordon Avenue. They were very nice and sympathetic to me and their total came to $370ish dollars with insurance. The lady there offered to lower the price to $300 if insurance wouldnt pay for it!If you get in a wreck, go to Davis and Sons! They are the best!

Save yourself alot of hassle and dont take your vehicle here . They are buddy buddy with the insurance adjusters and cut every corner to put the most money in their pocket . If you take your car here you might as well go ahead and get a good attorney they know how to take advantage of good people that dont no any better and lie and make things up to make you think your stuck with them and if you take your car in for a estimate they will claim they already ordered parts for it and did this and that when u never authorized anything except a estimate. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !

This place is the worst body shop Ive ever been too. their rude and never tell the truth.Ive used them twice and both times they lied. they never called me back and treated me like they were doing me a favor. both times they kept my car weeks after they told me it would be done,but wouldnt pay for my rental. never again! everyone stay away!!!

The repairs they made were not correct. They refuse to stand by their substandard work.And laughable excused the installation of the rear axle incorrectly was caused by the front end being out of alignment.The opinion of two other shops is that they did substandard work.One shop suspected Gary Force used salvage parts instead of new they claimed.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. The day before Easter of 2015 I hit a rabbit coming home from watching my beloved UK Wildcats lose to Wisconsin in the Final Four. While coming home I hit a rabbit and did a lot of damage to the front end of my car. StateFarm is in partnership with this company I went to them because they were in Bowling Green. However, in January of 2016, I took my car thru the car wash and had paint bigger than my hand come off the front bumper. I took it back to Gary Force and they took full responsibility for the paint-- after I had to argue with them about it being their fault. After fighting with them numerous times over a rental car (they wanted me to pay for it), I finally got them to fix it. To make matters even worse, I kept getting my drop off date pushed back a week (this happened 2 times). I had to call StateFarm and get them to set up a date to get my car fixed. When I got the car back for the second time, the job was HORRENDOUS! There was overspray everywhere and globs of paint all over the front bumper. They didnt even paint all of the grill and the bumper wasnt even. There was 5 bolts missing from the bumper and they painted half of my rubber guard for when you bottom out-- they told me it was already like this when I dropped it off?? LIARS! I refused to take my car back to them and StateFarm opened an investigation against them. When Gary Force heard of this they called me numerous times and then proceeded to call my mother-- VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I just got my car back yesterday from Chaneys in Franklin, Ky (I recommend every one to go here, they are AMAZING), and Chaneys saved the old bumper that Gary Force supposedly fixed to show me how terrible of a job Gary Force had done. I had 2 dry wall screws in my bumper to hold parts together and super glue holding me lights in. I will be submitting the pictures to the Better Bureau to make sure nobody else has to deal with this company! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

Quick and fantastic service

I wouldnt recommend, rude vice president and they said they couldnt do a simple fiber glass fix. So they wanted to charge me 1800 for a new fender and labor, (new fender cost me 410 when I bought it myself) rediculous shop, find elsewhere!
