I dropped of my car Monday Nov. 9, 2020. Was told it would be done Friday Nov. 13, 2020. Called Friday and was told it wouldnt be done until 3 or 4. That they have to clean up and do a final inspection. I told them I would pick it up Monday Nov. 16, 2020. I was there around 10:30 a.m. The paint that they did was not smooth like the rest of the car. It looked wavy. I was told that it was like that because they try not to sand if they dont need to. If they would have sanded the car it would have been smooth like the rest of the car. If the customer asks them to make it the paint look smooth then they will do that. I didnt ask them to make it smooth because I didnt know I was supposed to do that. The inspection they were supposed to have done was not completed because Monday when I went to pick it up the airbag in the door had not been programmed to the car. I was told that it would be 3 to 4 hours later before they could get the car in to the dealership to program the airbag. I live an hour away, so Wayne (the man I was dealing with) said that I shouldnt have to make another trip to get my car. He said he would have it delivered to me. It would either be Monday evening or Tuesday. Well it was NOT delivered to me Tuesday. So I called and was told it would be delivered to me today. I received a phone call today and was told someone is going to DRIVE IT to me. To me delivery is being towed or on a flat bed. Not someone else driving it. So I am very angry. And I will NEVER use there service again. Paint not correct, Not finished when said would be, and they are not delivering it to me...they are driving it.
