I can NOT say enough good things about Russ, his guru, and his crew! I am BEYOND impressed and happy! My Jeep was rear ended in an accident and I had to fight with the insurance company to fix my vehicle. Once I got the approval rest in his team work tirelessly to get them to pay the correct amount of money so that my vehicle could be fixed and then returned it to me in better condition than when I bought it I swear! He kept me up-to-date on everything that they were doing as it happened and was there for me every step of the way. He also has a wonderful personality that makes you wanna come back time and time again. I’ve use the body shop before he took over and I got to say you guys have made the best decision when you chose to hire him and his team. One day I went to work and then I went to a friends funeral. On my way home I was in a hit-and-run accident. Not the way I thought I would end my day. My car being undrivable my boyfriend suggested we take the car to Martin Kia dealership. Much to my delight and surprise I found the manager to be very professional and helpful. Through the course of the next week I realized my car had been totaled. After finding another car I sought their service again. He repaired my hood under warranty. That I did not know existed. And thanks to their awesome detail shop the car that I was buying was extremely dirty. It now looks like a brand new car. I had mentioned that the air conditioning did not seem to work. The service department called me and explained that it had no Freon at all. They were able to rectify the problem and the car was ready. To say that I am a happy customer would be an understatement. The body shop called and gave me updates very helpful. I will definitely seek their service again.

I had my 2020 RAM1500 in for some body work and painting. Rus explained the entire process from beginning to end and it was completed on time, eventhough more work was required than originally thought. Also the job was completed as quoted with no surprises. I would highly recommend Martin Body Shop for any vehicle repairs. Ive also used their Service Department for routine maintenance for two of our vehicles and Ive never had any problems. The work has always been completed as promised and at a very reasonable price. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

I had some DEEP scratches on my brand new truck (carwash got me 😒, no over-the-counter things worked) and I work on the road with a sporadic schedule so scheduling someone to look at it is hard. Rus took my call, said I could be there in an hour to look at it. 30 minutes after I got there Rus had it 100% taken care of. Very proud of his work and he should be. I couldnt be happier. Fair prices as well.Additionally, they gave me the 101 on dos and donts with paint and wax. Loved it.

They handled our vechicle very well and stayed in touch with us every step of the way. Russ in the body shop is AWESOME and has the very best customer service ever. Was a pleasure to do business with and will be back if ever need be.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They replaced a part for me in less than an hour and were super budget friendly. I highly recommend and will be going to them in the future!!!
