Absolutely terrible customer service. I had to call to order a carb plate that isnt available on their website. Sat on hold for an hour, but finally got it ordered & was told that the item was in stock. However, I received no invoice, no order confirmation email, and no tracking info, which I thought was strange for over 100$ order.2 week s later my order still hasnt shipped. I called & emailed several times but have received zero answers on where my order is. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused & said that the manager wouldnt be able to assist any further then they could. Are you kidding me? After dealing with this for two weeks & not being able to fix my truck, I finally decided to cancel my order and go buy a new Edelbrock carburetor. I will not be doing any further business with Holley and would recommend that no one else does either until they learn how to properly treat their customers.
My clutch still hasn’t showed up and customer service is a joke. Took my Money out my account for my Order but hasn’t shipped the rest of my order. Got to do better.

Installed brand new Holley only for it to fail 4 months later.Float is constantly sticking closed and not allowing fuel through...gas tank is brand new and clean.Have read of Holleys build quality not 100% and cast shavings in the bowl. Called Summit and was told out of warranty....90 days for a carb?...and I am on my own and should re-build it....yeah, re-build a brand new carb. Not happy and probably will stay away from Holley products in the future.....
My experience with this company has been excellent! They shipped out my new Flowmaster exhaust very quickly. The box I received the exhaust in was a bit damaged where the clamps must have fallen out in transit but they shipped me new clamps the next day.
Where to start apparently there a WalMart supplier under speedshop.com and dont honor a price that WalMart has posted by sending the wrong item to fix someone else screw up thanks

Ordered a supercharger kit and they sent it without the gasket kit with a qc sheet checked that it was in there. Called Holley in Bowling Green which is about 20 mins from my house and said Id pick it up and save them the shipping, especially since this is the only weekend for 2 months that I have free. He informed me that they have no way to facilitate that even though they are open and would still have to ship it. Apparently telling someone in the shop that someone is coming to pick up a part they left out is too big of a task. Horrible service, would not recommend

Ordered a exhaust 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received everything. I have received 6 separate packages from Holley performance products now to find out (TODAY) that they are now out of stock of the gaskets. I was told by multiple employees that everything was in stock. Worse experience I’ve ever had with a company.
Very expensive, poor customer service and response times. Ill give Holley two stars for their excellent R&D, but youve got to put some money into the customer facing side of the business.
I had a high idle problem with a Quick flow carburetor. Terrible tech support. I got a stock answer every time -Vacuum leak--It took about 8 phone calls to the Techs.(about 20 to 30 min. wait time for each call) and 7 days The techs got ruder with each call. I dont appreciate being treated bad and having bad tech support. There was no vacuum leak.NO MORE HOLLEY CARBS FOR ME
Im sorry was just trying to get correct flywheel for my GTO has been a mess with this company. I made it a point to talk to a technician about correct crankshaft fit @ 2 3/4 was correct to that part #. They sent me a 2 1/2. Then they agree they have a problem. The manufacturer specs were wrong.Want to update from 1 Star to 3. I still was disappointed with the technicians effort to fix the problem. But a return department assistance from Taylor got everything straightened out. Had UPS pick up and seen my credit refund today.I would purchase from them again.
Holley sniper efi. Wot and idle settings are reversed.Called 8 times! Each time spent 20-45 mins waiting for a tech. Got various answers ranging from not updated correctly, to theres no way that can happen, to Yep, I have seen this exact problem, and its all down to the update, so update again. 8 times i called. 8 TIMES WAITING FOR 20-45 MINUTES!!! Finally i was told to send the unit back for inspection by a Holley engineer (no shipping help here folks, had to charge the customer). Received unit back, problem still existed, tho now it has a nice big sticker on it saying Passed Inspection. Called again, another long wait. Finally had a log looked at and low and behold- wot and idle are reversed! How did the engineer miss such a blatant problem? Obviously the test they performed was a basic overview. Definately never ran on an engine or else they would have caught the issue. I even sent a note explaining what was happening. No excuse!Took 6 weeks and hours of my life to get Holley to see/admit the problem. Next i had to completely remove the entire system, the entire system ... including wires! And once again, ship it back to them before they would ship a new kit. This is all on a customers truck. The hours of labor ive had to charge for is insane. All because the techs and engineers at Holley dont listen and obviously dont know their own products. No labor help from Holley btw. Customer has had to foot the entire bill. Holley said no company helps with labor, which is just not true.Ive billed him for the initial install. Ive had to bill him to diagnose the problem. Ive had to bill him to talk to Holley for hours! Ive had to bill him to remove it again and to send it to Holley. Ive had to bill him to reinstall it and test it again. Now ive had to bill him to remove the whole system, which is hard-wired, armored and tucked, and send it back to Holley. Next i will have to bill him to re-reinstall the ENTIRE system again and hopefully to tune the thing. Oh, and its winter now, so thatll have to wait till the roads dont have salt on them-_-We r both absolutely disgusted.If u need help from Holley be prepared for a fight.This is America. We expect better. Never will i buy, or recommended Holley again.
Call to find out why msd unit would randomly think it was sensing rpm with no rotation. Sat on hold for 20min. When the phone was anwsered it was 11:59 I began explaining my issue and at 12 noon I was hung up on. No prob MSD ignition is nothing near what it was before holley decided to have it built in china. Ill just go another route that will actually work. Not super impressed with your EFI either....I mean the car runs but damn if Id know how little I was getting for the money id just go with points and a mechanic fuel pump. Not only will it work but it will still work next year. HOLLEY = GARBAGE just like some of the ppl working for them
Great products friendly very helpful staff very knowledgeable about their parts and all other parts that work with them. Anytime I have gotten stuck they have always help me fix the issue and beyond
I have a demon carburetor in a boat. I have watched the manufactures video on how to identify the carb, however there really is no markings on it even after disassembling it.Contact support via website. There is no way to upload a picture to their site as you don’t get a real email address. You have to submit your message. I figured someone would respond to me and I could send in a picture. No response at all.Called to order a part and I was told that I would receive a confirmation email in about an hour. No email so the next day I call. So far I have been on hold for 1.5 hours. When I called in the first time I was on hold for about 20 min.So I am still on hold after 1.5 hrs and have been number one in the q the entire time. This is during their business hours. Needless to say if I ever replace this carb I will be finding a different manufacture. All I know is that I have wasted hours dealing with something that should be 10 min.
Frustrated with a remanufactured Quadrajet replacement carburetor purchased through the eBay store. Less than 20 miles, closer to 10 I am unable to use this on my car. I’ve sent it back twice with not related issues, first time it was corrected however the second time I was told it was repaired and ops check good per the techs. Swapped to a used edelbrock loaned from a friend and my problems 100% immediently were resolved. I was told I need to tune this Holley in order to resolve my issues. There are always two sides to a story, I must say the techs were always curteous and professional however that doesn’t help me out much. I will make someone a great deal on a low mileage Holley if interested. Out 370.00 and buying a edelbrock that doesn’t need anything other than installed and minor adjustments. Really disappointed
