Great shop. Unfortunately, with all the construction in Bowling Green, I ran over a nail. I was worried because it was after 3 on a Friday. Would anyone be open? If they were open, would they be able to get me in?I really didn’t want to have to wait until Monday when my tire would probably be flat. To make things worse, I had my dog with me!Fortunately, the wonderful people at this repair shop were able to get me in, fixed, and on my way ASAP. Both the dog and I were very happy. Highest recommendations.

Unfortunately this isnt the normal review on services offered by BG Tire and more of a review about an employee. Recently I took my dog to a park down the road from BG tire and was attacked by one of there employees dogs. I called the police and found out this guy and his 100+lb dog has attacked several other people to include a women who was walking home with her small child.Before I wad able to call the cops, the employee ran around me attempting to gain a response from me. Screaming and yelling crazy thing.The entire time this happened and in the past attacks. The guy has been driving around in his BG Tire work truck.Clearly BG Tire doesnt care about the health and welfare of its customers/potential customers by allowing this person to drive around in there company truck with a dog that should be taken away from him and he should be charged as well.BG Tire is clearly a class establishment. Id never so business with them nor bring my employers vehicles to them for service.

I went in with a screw in one of my tires. Not only did they remove that one, they checked all of my tires and found another one. They also fixed the air in my tires after a different place over inflated them. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Friendly, efficient, highly recommended!

My husband and I were traveling with our horse trailer through Kentucky. After getting a nail in one of the tires on our way home from AL to IL, we stopped at BG Tire to get it looked at. They were so helpful and friendly! Within an hour, we were back on our way with a fixed tire and calmed nerves. Getting a flat tire is never fun, but we are so grateful that BG Tire was able to help us in our time of need!

Took a tire that had a slow leak in for repair. They first called to say they couldnt patch it & wanted to sell us a new tire but we said no. They called back a minute later & said that they were wrong & they could patch it. End of story got my wheel & tire back & my wheel was scratched. Our mistake was not looking at it when we loaded it back up. I know it wasnt scratched before we took it off the vehicle & took it in for repair because we hand washed it 2 days before hand & all the wheels were perfect. If you have nice wheels & want them to stay that way, do not use this company.

This is a great family owned business that has a large selection of both commerical and private auto tires in a super clean, modern and well-maintained shop. The most impressive part of their business is the customer service. I called them about trouble I was having on the road and they took me in right away. I was out of there within an hour with the problem fixed. I cant say good things about my experience there.
