I purchased a used car in mid February 2021. Over a two week period, over $2,000 in repairs was necessary to keep the car on the road.Things started to go wrong, when two days after purchase, the check engine light came on and the car stalled. After having it looked at by a mechanic, it was determined that all of the spark plugs, some emissions valves, and a few various other items needed to be replaced in order to resolve the codes that were thrown.Three days after that, the brakes started making a horrid grinding sound. Upon inspection, the back rotors were deeply grooved and the pads were at 1mm and 0mm respectively. This was odd, being that the condition of the brakes was stated as good.Currently, there is an unresolved issue with the transmission that is causing a bad knock when switching out of 1st gear. Also, flickering lights and an unstable RPM at idle indicate the presence of an alternator problem.Further, upon deep clean, I found a large amount of paperwork from the previous owner in the glove box and trunk. This included medical paperwork, property records, etc. Whoever flipped the car didnt even take the time to clean the vehicle appropriately.I bought a car used from Greenwood, with the intention of getting a year or two max out of it before I purchased a brand new vehicle. Unequivocally, based on my experience purchasing and paying cash for a vehicle at Greenwood, I will not be returning to this dealership. Yes, I have shared my experience with the dealership. The response was wow... thats surprising. How comforting.The product they sell, whether new or used, is a reflection of their business integrity and brand. If this is what they are willing to sell to a customer with a smile on their face, they do not deserve my business much less anyone elses.

The only thing I had a problem with was when they parked my truck, I had to walk all over the place looking for it, it was 105 out side, couldnt find it. So I had to walk back to the office and get someone to find my truck, I was very upset 😡 and HOT
