Great service an great price

After a week of trying 2 work out the best time 4 both parties, the car was dropped off at five oclock am and not work was done and a call came stating employees not coming 2 work, and someone quitting or something, so I cannot do anything on ur car, another tow fee later the car now has 2 b done by myself, it is what it is, right!

Very professional and fair prices. Congenital staff. I had a second opinion on a diagnostic check engine light on a mercury mariner that was a result of an engine problem. I would return back to have further work done in the future.

This has been the worst experience i have ever encounter dealing with a so called mechanic. Very inconsistent with what they tell you till your bill is over 2000,.00 I wouldnt take a dead horse here.

Great, fast service. I dropped my vehicle off and the problem was assessed in the same day. Very transparent and efficient staff. Even during a busy holiday season, I didnt have to leave my vehicle for an unreasonable amount of time. Customer service also goes a VERY long way with me. Brian went above and beyond. I will definitely be recommending Bluegrass Transmission and certainly would use again!

My dad had his 2013 Ford Focus transmission worked on and the mechanic pinched a wire. The wire that pinch grounded out and fried the abs module. We’ve tried to contact them to get this taken care of but they claim they’re not liable even though the mechanic said it was his fault. More or less this place is a joke and I’m very disappointed with my services! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Brain and his technicians are world class. Not only knowledgeable but beyond fair. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing any service with their transmission.

Took 10 weeks to fix transmission. Repair lasted 4 months.

Very honest and fair. Have had multiple transmissions repaired with no problem. The previous negative posts are surely exaggerated as I have never heard of any transmission repair costing $7500!

I had a transmission leak on my BMW. It was a cracked pan. Work was done at a very reasonable price. The owner, Brian, has a reputation of fixing the problem and not just rebuilding the transmission if it’s not needed. I called about a noise in the left front wheel believing it to be the axle. Brian told me it did not sound like an axle, but to bring it by. The mechanic found that my wheel was loose where I recently had some brake work. I was not charged anything and only my ego was hurt.

Great place, my car had a lot of issues, and it got fixed and quick with good prices. Thanks!

This place is a joke, they don’t know what they are doing. Wouldn’t recommend doing business with them unless you want to throw away money.
