Stellar service! They were so patient and caring with my daughters. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. My daughter freaked out halfway through the piercing and they were so kind, understanding and concerned. Cannot say enough good about how great they were.

So all of the times I have been here it has been wonderful. The first time I was here Jax regauged my ears and found me the best opals for them. My second time here was for my very first tattoo. April was so helpful from my consultation to the tattoo. She.was so nice for.me.asking all my questions. Listening to my mom ask all sorts of questions when she.was with me getting.my.first tattoo. I could not ask for greater people. I will always come here and recomend the whole staff to anyone.

Had an appointment today and got a vertical labret piercing. Shop was very clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. Im very happy with the outcome. Definitely recommend to anyone that is wanting to get a piercing.

Sadie was awesome and so was Jax! They were great and very attentive, informative, fun, funny, distracting in a helpful, skillful way. I wish I was living there in BG just so she could add more to my tattoo. She asked me what I wanted, she adjusted the colors I wanted and made them a shade darker. She helped me problem solve ways to alter the original tattoo picture. Great customer care!!!!!

Joe is great! He pierced my daith so smoothly that I barely even felt it. The piercing isn’t irritated at all and there’s no pain even the day after. Everything was quick and clean, and the environment was friendly and professional. Would definitely go back to Joe for more piercings!

All time favorite tattoo shop. Although I’ve only gotten pierced here, everything is so clean, they have a great variety of jewelry, and have GREAT prices. I have been in for a total of seven piercings, and are happy with most of them. The head piercer is absolutely amazing and so helpful. Zoe (an apprentice) did a few, and they all ended up being crooked.. which was a disappointment, but from now on, I just know to avoid her. Besides her, everyone has done a great job for me and my friends and we will definitely be back time and time again.

I will NEVER go anywhere else for my tattoos or piercings. Tyler and Joe are so kind, inclusive, knowledgeable and do the very best work. Cant say enough good things!!

Hands down the cleanest and safest place to get your piercings and tattoos. Professional, knowledgeable staff. Joe and Malcom do wonders for piercings. Always on point and safely performed. Digger is my personal recommendation of a tattoo artist as he has done the vast majority of my personal work. He is creative and clean in his work from lining to shading; black and grey, to color. Portraits to traditional, he does it all. All the staff are talented and kind, though. Fair pricing and incredible amounts of creativity and passion in each piece.

They do a really great job here! Joe did my piercing and explained what he was doing and what jewelry would reduce my chance of infection. He was very thorough and he had the placement exactly where I wanted it.

I can’t give this place enough praise! I’ve been coming here for years for my piercings - ears, nose, septum, dermals. The people there are wonderfully friendly and do amazing work. Highly recommend.

Dont let the single one star review dismay you, as it brings the average down an entire 0.5 stars. Without it, this shop would have 5 star rating across the board. I have two tattoos from this shop, posting close to $800. I have never left disappointed, the artists are always super stoked to help you, and Ive only had positive experiences.

Everyone that works there is absolutely amazing at what they do. Theyre all extremely cool people who take time outside of work to practice and perfect their art. John Embry is my favorite, and who I mostly go to. Joe who is the piercer there is also my favorite. Awesome work and an awesome, laid back guy who helps you with anything you need.

Got my very first tattoo at Broad Wing by Jaimi, in August 17. Great experience. She listened to what I wanted, explained everything and designed a great tattoo. My wife also went there and got her first about a month ago. Same results.

Went in with friends and got some piercings done by Joe, who is really good at what he does. We had a great experience here! We all will certainly return for more piercings and tattoos.

Got my ears pierced here the other day, Zoe did a really good job & I was in & out in less than 20 minutes.

Ive only ever been here once, and will not be returning. The positives are it was clean, and the tattoo looks good. I was tattooed by a male his book said he was the owner, my wife and I both felt like he was being rude and unfriendly, for that reason we will not be returning.

Im seeing people saying to stay away from zoe. I just got my double lobe piercings done by her and they were amazing! she was super friendly and im not sure about the other people, but she asked me to make sure where she marked was straight. She was also SUPER accomadating to where I wanted them. I think shes great and super sweet! and if whoever youre getting your piercings done by doesnt ask if where they marked is good, speak up yourself. Its your choice so if you dont like the placement, just say so!

Tattoo faded within a month and is still raised. I got it June 2014. Had to get it redone in August by someone else. Had no problem with it since but still raised a lot.

Went in with an appointment at 630 was told to give her 10 to 15 minutes and it took her over an hour to do whatever and still hasnt started the tattoo.

I went there to get my lip done and the guy who did it was really sweet. Even when I knocked it out and had to come back the next week to get it repirced.
