She use to be great. Now you never know when or if the store will be open. She does answer on social media any longer. My wife and girls have gotten almost every piercing they have ever gotten from Tracy, but anymore it is as if she does not even care.

She did my 7 year old ears and she did my daith. She did such a wonderful job I had my other 2 kids with me so I wasnt about to go into room with her we left door open so I could see both! She was fast quick and good!! My kids never shed a tear she was so fast!! With me also real fast even tho I jumped and moved my leg as the needle went thru. She stayed professional the whole time. We will be going back

Ive had my septum and my industrial pierced here, and i cant see myself getting piercings anywhere else!The service is great, and i havent had any problems with either of my piercings in terms of ill placement or infection. Highly recommend this place, especially to people uneasy about where to get their first piercing(s)!

Quick, easy, painless. Piercer was very kind and had answers to any questions I had. Ill definitely return the next round of piercings. Go get some holes put in you.

Had her pierce my septum cost about 27.00 and she did an amazing job and she keeps everything sanitized and shes super sweet!

I think Tracy is good and pierces very well.I had no issues at all with her piercing my septum. Its healing nicely. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the young man that does your paperwork acts like you are a bother and he doesnt want to be there. If they had someone a bit more up beat it would be more comfortable but as for the actual piercing and piercer there is no issue. Will be going back.

Fast !!! Well, once I finally got in the back to get the piercings.. but I got 3 piercings & it went really quick.. I waited longer than it took to get the piercings..

Said they open at 9 waited 2.5 hrs for nobody to show up. Eff these peopleGo somewhere not in a flea market.

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced after a disaster of a piercing experience we had with Claires a few years ago. All I can say is Tracy is great and the price was great to! She made my daughter so comfortable and her ears look great! I will definitely be coming back here for my own piercings soon!

I went about a week ago and got my nose done. To start with the young boy out front seemed like his life was ending. He didnt want to answer any of my questions. Then when I got back in the room to get my nose done it only got worse. The old lady that was doing my nose was short, rude, unhelpful and just straight up unprofessional. She hardly cleaned my nose at all, she was short with me. Then when I looked in the mirror I was horrified. Instead of the cute nose ring I was expecting to see I got a 14 gauged ring in my nose. It was so big. When I asked her about it she snapped at me and told me that she was the one doing the piercing. I left there feeling dirty and went and Amediately and clean my nose thoroughly out of fear of getting an infection bc of how dirty this place and its employees were.

Ive gotten all of my piercings here (lobes, septum, and double helix) and Ive had no problems with them besides normal piercing troubles that are no fault of them. However, minus one star for the use of externally threaded jewelry (both my septum and lobes) which can damage a freshly healed fistula. Also, they recommend Dial soap which is *decent*, but there are better cleaning products. I also remember having the option of getting my lobes pierced with a gun—I dont believe this should be offered to people who may not be aware that needle piercings are much better and safer. However, the staff were always kind and caring, and the sterile environment feels safe. When I accidentally caught one of my helix hoops on something and popped the ball off, they were happy to replace it with no charge at all, which was very much appreciated. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for new piercings.

I had a wonderful experience here getting my septum pierced. Tracey was awesome and so was the gentleman at the counter. If I decide to have anything pierced, I will definitely come back!!

I can honestly tell you this is a 5 star studio. We work hard to go above and beyond typical standards. Your comfort and safety is a priority and we like to make sure you leave with a smile on your face. Outer Loop is mom approved, because this mom likes to make sure everything is PERFECT for all her clients!

They were amazing the girl who did my piercing was sweet and gentle and made sure I knew what was gonna happen and the man at the front desk was nice and funny and made sure I knew how everything was gonna happen and made sure I knew how to clean it and everything else I would definitely go back recommend it to anyone who would ever want a piercing

They’re nothing but rude and smart too you, they don’t know how to pierce noses you’re better off piercing yours yourself or going somewhere else before you go to outerloop! The service is awful, won’t be getting anymore piercings there anymore!
