Nice people, good service.

Phone problems for the last month! I spent 3 hours online, 2 hours making calls then 20 minutes at store only to be told I should turn phone off then back on. I am tired of using a service that does not work!! Turning service off tonight and will find a phone service that actually works tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!

I love cricket everyone is so nice and so helpful theyre honest not just trying to make a sale for the money they give honest reviews and opinions on the phones. I have the family plan 4 lines $100 bucks. Perfect...also refer a friend gets you both $25 credit after 3 months and that came in super handy for me.

Absolutely horrible. They dont own up to any of the false advertising that they surely do to people who are poor. Every time I have a problem I receive no help from them nor customer service. They treat as they are a prepaid company so they arent responsible for any problems you may have. Setting up a new phone that I was tricked into buying was absolutely worthless. The gentleman said he would set it up for me but in the end I was doing it because he apparently didnt know what he was doing. Nobody here looks eager to work. If anything I cant even tell if there is a manager because it looks like the store is ran by stoners. When you jump on their case about them needing to do their job, like me for instance I was looked down on because I was poor which is a struggle, but I at least try. I dont underminingly steal and low-ball customers into a service that clearly isnt stable. I lost my job because the new phone I bought from them didnt work how it was supposed to. I couldnt even call 911 for myself in a serious matter. All I can say is if you believe the lies they throw at you, be my guest. But if you ever have issues expect the solution to be solved through an all out war.

The in store customer service people are wonderful. But when you have to contact customer service on the phone you are in for an experience and not a pleasant one at that.

Had cricket for a long time now. 4 stars bc I wish they offered some other services but they have always been great to me and affordable

When people have to wait to be seen for over an hour, as a service company you should offer more than an Im sorry. I understood the situation, but what a waste of our time for nothing we can do.
